Background:Laser therapy has been proven as an effective technique for managing ophthalmological disorders. To guide future research, we conducted a bibliometric analysis of laser applications in eye diseases from 1990 to 2022, aiming to identify key themes and trends. Methods:We retrieved 3027 publications from the Web of Science Core Collection (WoSCC). Bibliometrix was used for science mapping of the literature, while VOSviewer and CiteSpace were applied to visualize co-authorship, co-citation, co-occurrence, and bibliographic coupling networks. Results:From a co-citation reference network, we identified 52 distinct clusters. Our analysis uncovered three main research trends. The first trend revolves around the potential evolution of corneal laser surgery techniques, shifting from the treatment of refractive errors to broader applications in biomedical optics. The second trend illustrates the advancement of laser applications in treating a range of disorders, from retinal and ocular surface diseases to glaucoma. The third trend focuses on the innovative uses of established technologies. Conclusion:This study offers significant insights into the evolution of laser applications in ophthalmology over the past 30 years, which will undoubtedly assist scientists in directing further research in this promising field.

Retinopathy of prematurity (ROP), which is characterized by retinal neovascularization (RNV), is a major cause of neonatal blindness. The primary treatment for ROP is anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) therapy, which is costly and can rapidly lead to desensitization. Celastrol, a bioactive compound extracted from Tripterygium wilfordii Hook F. (“Thunder of God Vine”), has been shown to exert anticancer and anti-inflammatory effects. However, whether celastrol has antiangiogenic activity and can suppress inflammation to inhibit ROP progression is unclear. This was investigated in the present study in vitro as well as in vivo using a mouse model of oxygen-induced retinopathy (OIR). Our results showed that celastrol treatment reduced neovascular and avascular areas in the retina and inhibited microglia activation and inflammation in OIR mice. Celastrol also inhibited proliferation, migration, and tube formation in cultured human retinal microvascular endothelial cells, and reversed the activation of the microRNA (miR)-17-5p/hypoxia-inducible factor (HIF)-1α/VEGF pathway in the retina of OIR mice. These results indicate that celastrol alleviates pathologic RNV in the retina by protecting neuroglia and suppressing inflammation via inhibition of miR-17-5p/HIF-1α/VEGF signaling, and thus has therapeutic potential for the prevention and treatment of ROP. 目的 比较单囊胚冻融移植周期中不同玻璃化冷冻保存时间对胚胎妊娠结局影响.方法 回顾性分析2018—2020年在本生殖中心解冻的9462个单囊胚冻融移植周期,按冷冻保存时间分组,保存时间0~<2月组有3350例;2~<6月组有3224例,6~<12月组有1448例;≥12月组有1440例.比较单囊胚冻融移植周期中不同冷冻保存时间对妊娠结局和新生儿结局的影响.结果 四组胚胎复苏存活率、临床妊娠率、流产率及活产率均无统计学差异,新生儿性别比例、分娩方式、出生时孕周、早产儿比例、极低出生体重儿比例以及巨大儿比例差异均无统计学意义,但≥12月组新生儿出生体重及低出生体重儿比例增加,差异有统计学意义.结论 单囊胚冻融移植周期中,囊胚玻璃化冻存时间对临床妊娠结局及新生儿结局无明显影响,但当胚胎冻存时间≥12月时,新生儿出生体重增加,低出生体重儿比例增加,其余指标无明显差异.
Background Hyperglycaemia-induced angiogenesis plays an important role in diabetic retinopathy (DR). This study aimed to investigate the role of sirtuin1 (Sirt1)/forkhead box O3 (FOXO3) pathway in the effects of high-glucose on human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs). Methods HUVECs were divided into normal control group (5 mM glucose), high glucose group (30 mM), 30 mM glucose + shsirt1 group, 30 mM glucose + Sirt1 over-expression group (30 mM + Sirt1), 30 mM glucose + Sirt1 agonist SRT group, 30 mM glucose + SRT + FOXO3 silencing group (30 mM + SRT + siFOXO3). Cell proliferation, migration, invasion and apoptosis were determined. Results High glucose treatment reduced the expression of Sirt1 and FOXO3 in HUVECs. However, Sirt1 over-expression or SRT attenuated the high-glucose-induced inhibition of HUVEC proliferation and migration as well as reduced their apoptosis. In contrast, Sirt1 silencing deteriorated the high-glucose induced inhibition of HUVEC proliferation and migration and further increased HUVEC apoptosis. FOXO3 expression increased with the increase in Sirt1 expression, which was accompanied by enhanced cellular functions. These were abolished after FOXO3 silencing. In addition, Sirt1/FOXO3 regulated HUVEC activities via peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma coactivator 1-alpha (PGC-1α). Conclusions Sirt1/FOXO3 pathway is essential for the survival of endothelial cells under high-glucose and plays an important role in the development of diabetes-induced retinal vascular endothelial injury.
Tear high osmotic pressure (HOP) has been recognized as the core mechanism underlying ocular surface inflammation, injury and symptoms and is closely associated with many ocular surface diseases, especially dry eye. The endoplasmic reticulum (ER) is a multi-functional organelle responsible for protein synthesis, folding and transport, biological synthesis of lipids, vesicle transport and intracellular calcium storage. Accumulation of unfolded proteins and imbalance of calcium ion in the ER would induce ER stress and protective unfolded protein response (UPR). Many studies have demonstrated that ER stress can induce cell apoptosis. However, the association between tear HOP and ER stress has not been studied systematically. In the present study, rabbit corneal epithelial cells were treated with HOP and results showed that the production of reactive oxygen species increased markedly, which further activated the ER signaling pathway and ultimately induced cell apoptosis. These findings shed new lights on the pathogenesis and clinical treatment of dry eye and other ocular surface diseases.
目的 观察tmTNF-α/TNFR2信号轴对荷瘤鼠肿瘤生长影响及其机制.方法 采用Western blot检查H22荷瘤鼠肿瘤微环境中Treg细胞TNFR1及TNFR2的表达.TNFR2敲除BALB/c小鼠和野生型鼠各10只,在TNFR2敲除的BALB/c小鼠皮下接种H22肝癌细胞株,观察肿瘤直径及肿瘤微环境中Treg的募集数量,同时以野生型小鼠做对照.用tmTNF-α刺激Treg细胞,ELISA检测上清IL-10和TGF-β的含量.结果 荷瘤鼠微环境中Treg细胞TNFR2表达明显高于野生型小鼠脾脏Treg细胞(P<0.05),而TNFR1表达未见明显变化;TNFR2基因敲除鼠肿瘤直径明显低于野生型小鼠(P<0.05),且肿瘤微环境中Treg细胞数量也明显少于野生型小鼠(P<0.05).在体外tmTNF-α可以促进Treg细胞产生IL-10和TGF-β(P <0.05).结论 TNFR2基因敲除小鼠肿瘤生长减缓,肿瘤局部微环境中Treg细胞减少,同时tmTNF-e能够刺激Treg细胞释放抑炎因子IL-10和TGF-β,增强其免疫抑制功能.
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Seniovita coated tablets in the treatment of the pa-tients with mild and moderate anxiety and/or depression . Methods:A total of 322 patients with mild and moderate anxiety and/or depression were randomly divided into Seniovita group (n=162) and control group (n=160) . The Seniovita group was orally given Seniovita (2 tablets, tid), and the controlled group was orally given Deanxit (1 tablet, bid). The efficacy of the 2 groups were evaluated with Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) and Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) before and 2, 4, 6, 8 week after the treatment. Results:There was a significant decline in HAMA score and HAMD score in the 2 groups at 2nd week after treatment ( <0.05). There was no significant difference between the 2 groups in HAMA score and HAMD after the treatment ( >0.05). At 8th week after the treatment, there was no significant difference between the 2 groups in the obvious effective rate and the curative rate. Conclusion:Seniovita coated tablet is safe and effective in treating anxiety and depression.
目的:探讨眶尖综合征的临床特点和治疗。方法:回顾性分析眶尖综合征3例的临床资料并结合文献总结该病的临床特点、诊断及治疗方法。结果:3例患者均表现为II、III、IV、V1、VI颅神经损害,病因为癌性及炎性所致,头部MRI及增强扫描对本病的诊断有重要意义,早期治疗可改善预后。结论:眶尖综合征临床上并非罕见,早期病因诊断至关重要,根据病因选择相应治疗,以改善预后。
肥厚性硬膜炎(HP)的病因不完全清楚,诊断及治疗存在许多尚需研究之处。本文对HP的病因与发病机制、临床表现、检查、诊断及鉴别诊断、治疗及预后的相关研究进展综述如下
目的:了解副肿瘤性边缘性脑炎(PLE)的特点。方法:对我科收住的2例PLE患者的临床资料并结合国内外文献进行综合分析。结果:该病主要表现为急性或亚急性起病,首发症状为记忆障碍、精神异常,常常有癫痫发作,病程前后发现肿瘤病灶。典型MRI影像学改变表现为单侧或双侧边缘叶T2WI高信号,FLAIR图像病灶更清晰,增强扫描不强化或有轻度小斑片状强化。结论:PLE临床表现缺乏特异性,易漏诊、误诊,需提高认识,早期明确诊断、筛查原发隐匿肿瘤。

随着人们对边缘性脑炎(LE)的进一步认识,LE的经典概念得到了拓展。首先LE可以是副肿瘤性和非副肿瘤性的;其次,病变部位不局限于边缘系统,还可波及到大脑的其他区域和(或)脊髓。LE的分类也由以前根据临床表现进行分类变化到依据抗体进行分类。
Objective: To explore the clinical presentations and imaging features of hypertrophic cranial pachymengitis(HCP).Methods: The clinical data of one HCP patient diagnosed in our department and other 153 patients from literatures were analyzed retrospectively.Results: It was chronic onset in 138(89.6%)patients of 154 patients.The first sympotom of HCP was headache in 136(88.3%) patients.MRI of head demonstrated local or diffused thickened in cerebral flax,entorium of cerebellum,and the dura of frontal region,temporalis,parietalis and occiput,which could be enhanced through reinforced scanning.Seventy-three(47.4%) patients were misdiagnosed early.The 128 patients were treated by corticosteroid hormone and 11 patients whose pathogenetic condition recured were treated by immunodepressant.Conclusion: The first sympotom of HCP was chronic headache.It was multiple cranial nerves impariment and cerebellar ataxia subsequently.The MRI of head has an important significance for diagnosis.The treatments are corticosteroid hormone and immunodepressant.
目的探讨肥厚性硬脑膜炎的临床表现、影像学特征及治疗。方法报道本院1例患者的临床资料并复习相关文献。结果本例患者表现为多组颅神经麻痹,头部MRI示局部硬脑膜异常增生并强化,激素治疗后好转,激素减量后病情再次复发,加用硫唑嘌呤后病情得以控制。结论肥厚性硬脑膜炎以慢性头痛、多组颅神经麻痹及小脑性共济失调为主要临床表现;头颅MRI可见特征性的硬脑膜肥厚并强化改变;激素治疗的基础上加免疫抑制剂可防止病情复发。

Objective:To analyze the clinical characteristics of Fahr disease.Methods:The clinical data of 7 cases with Fahr disease were analyzed,including the clinical manifestations,family history,laboratory investigation,diagnosis and differential diagnosis,treatment methods and outcome.Results:This was a rare and slowly progressive disorder manifested by disturbance of intelligence,seizures,dysphonia,ataxia,extrapyramidal disorders and pyramid sign.CT scan showed the bilateral and symmetric calcifications of the basal ganglia.Conclusion:The bilateral and symmetric calcifications of the basal ganglia,including the caudate nucleus,lentiform nucleus and thalami are characteristic of Fahr disease on CT scan while the normal levels of serum calcium,phosphorus and parathormone are the markers for Fahr disease to differentiate from other diseases.

Objective To investigate the corresponding relationship between the locations of hematoma and aneurysm in aneutysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage.Methods 50 patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage were detected by CT and DSA.The relationship between the locations of hematoma and aneurysm was analyzed.Results In the 50 patients,all of the 23 cases with anterior communicating artery aneurysms and anterior cerebral artery aneurysms in DSA were found hematoma in anterior longitudinal division in CT;18 cases(90.0%) of the 20 cases with carotid-posterior communicating artery aneurysms in DSA were found hematoma in basal cistern in CT;all of the 5 cases with middle cerebral artery aneurysms were found hematoma in lateral fissure in CT.Conclusion It is very valuable for the location of hematoma in patients with aneutysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage to judge the location of aneurysm.
