Due to the non-linearity and time-variation characteristics of precision angular alignment system,traditional PID control can hardly obtain good performance;a precision angular alignment PID control method based on fuzzy neural network is proposed.A control platform combining fuzzy control,neural network and PID control is applied in angular alignment control.A dynamic BP algorithm with three layer forward networks is adopted.With the functions of self-learning and adaptability,the weights of the BP network and the parameters of the PID controller are adjusted in real time to set up a group of kp,ki and kd parameters that are suitable for the control object;therefore the self-adaptation and intelligence of the precision angular alignment PID control can be realized.Experimental result shows that the PID controller based on BP neural network adjusting has better control characteristics than traditional PID controller.The positioning time is shortened and the positioning accuracy is effectively improved.
An ultra-precision positioning system based on reflective laser Moire signals is designed, k can achieve high-accuracy position detection and full automatic precision alignment using the reflective 0-th order Moire signals. In view of the existing non-linearity and the difficulty in obtaining a good performance by traditional PID control, a precision alignment PID control based fuzzy RBF neural network is proposed. This method utilizes the reasoning ability of fuzzy control and the study ability of neural net- work. Fuzzy control and RBF neural network are applied in order to adjust the parameters of PID online, so the self-adaptation and the intelligent PID control can come true. The experimental results show that the PID control based fuzzy RBF neural network has excellent control performance, such as, good stability and strong robustness. The positioning speed and positioning accuracy can be effectively improved. The device can achieve the positioning accuracy of±0. 4 μm.
The correlation between displacement of double diffracting gratings and the intensity of Moire signal is studied using optics theory;A mathematical model of precise displacement detection based on the Moire signal is established.The characteristics of laser Moire signals are studied by numerical simulation of Moire signals.The research results are applied to develop ultra-precision positioning stage.The stage can achieve precise position measurement and automatic precision alignment by the 0-th order Moire signal.In view of the contradiction between high accuracy and long work range of alignment,a novel compound alignment method is developed and reported,in which the coarse and fine alignment are completed only using one pair of narrow pitch grating.By using the two-step alignment,the high alignment accuracy and quick alignment speed are obtained in the wide positioning range.The positioning system is simple in structure by using only one pair of narrow pitch gratings.The experimental result shows the compound alignment can perform positioning accuracy of ±10nm in ±500μm positioning range.The approaches are of high value for accelerating the advancement of precision machining technology.
An ultra-precision positioning stage based on laser-Moire signals is developed,which takes a microcomputer as its core,adopts a laser moire sensor to detect the position deviation,and can realize automatic ultra-precision nanopositioning by organic combination of optical,mechanical and electronic technologies.The stepping-motor drives the macro-stage by precise lead screw drive set,which can realize large-stroke micron positioning.The PZT drives the micro-stage,which can realize nanopositioning.In view of the existing nonlinearity and time-variation of the system,and the difficulty in achieving ideal control effect by conventional PID controller,the intelligent control of precision positioning based on BP neural network is proposed,which can effectively improve the dynamic and static performance and the repeatability of the positioning system.The experimental results show that the working stroke of the precision positioning stage can reach 50 mm,the positioning accuracy is ±10 nm and the positioning time is less than 30 s.
The paper investigates the problem of robust stabilization for a class of nonlinear time-delay systems with polytopic uncertainties.Based on a parameter-dependent Lyapunov functional,state feedback controllers are designed such that the closed-loop system is robustly asymptotically stable for all admissible uncertainties.The main results were presented by linear matrix inequality.A desired state feedback controller can be constructed by solving a set of linear matrix inequalities.The conservatism is smaller because the result is delay-dependent.
With extensional application of Boost or Buck electric circuit converted by DC converters on AC converted,a novel regulated AC source has been proposed.Compared to the traditional transform,the new AC power source can achieve smaller size,higher efficient and continuously variable output voltage in power conversion,and the output of voltage is not affected by load when the feedback control loop is used in the AC source.Having analyzed the principle of communication and control strategy of the AC source in detail,at the end of the paper we have presented the results of a computer simulation and model test.The results prove that theory and deduction are correct.
This paper considers the H2/H∞ control problem for a class of continuous fuzzy systems with time-delays based on state feedback.The purpose is to design a state feedback controller such that the closed-loop system is asymptotically stable with given H∞ norm bound,and the cost function has an upper bound.Using the linear matrix inequality method,sufficient conditions are given for the solvability of this problem.It is shown that the desired state feedback controller can be obtained by solving some linear matrix inequalities.The simulation result shows the effectiveness of the proposed method.
Using DC - DC - AC - AC converter to invert 24 V DC voltage from fuel cells output to 220 V AC voltage, the problem of variable voltage characteristics of fuel cells could be overcome by the proposed circuit configuration. In order to reduce the weight of the converter and voltage stages, medium frequency link was used. The converter has simpler structure, less loss and is an ideal interface to the current source characteristics of fuel cells. Cycloconverter was used to realize AC - AC converter, and two carrier PWM approaches were also introduced as a way to implement a medium frequency link. Simulation and experimental results were presented at last.

This paper provides a new sufficient condition for the global asymptotic stability and uniqueness of the equilibrium point of cellular neural networks with time delays. This condition is expressed in terms of linear matrix inequalities, which can be easily checked by various recently developed algorithms in solving convex optimization problems. Numerical examples are provided to show that the proposed stability result is less conservative than some previously established ones in the literature.
