本文采用拉曼光谱方法研究抗疲劳类保健品中非法添加化学药物的快速筛查方法.该方法结合拉曼光谱初筛、光谱叠加分析和增强拉曼光谱以获取样品的特征拉曼信息,通过分析样品和化学药物的拉曼信息的匹配程度,判断抗疲劳类保健品中是否非法添加了化学药物.采用这种方法对北京公安在市场上抽样送检的上百种保健品进行了测试,检测的准确性大于95%,这表明拉曼光谱方法可用于快速筛查抗疲劳类保健品中是否非法添加药物.
本文考察便携式拉曼光谱仪对毒品和易制毒化学品的检测识别能力,主要是利用RT3000便携式拉曼光谱仪对甲基安非他命、安眠酮等10种毒品进行测试,以及对黄樟脑、甲苯等10种易制毒化学品进行测试,同时测定白糖、淀粉等白色安全粉末的拉曼谱图.利用专门的建库软件建立以上标准物质的拉曼谱图库,并考察其识别能力.结果显示:此10种毒品和10种易制毒化学品都具有典型的特征拉曼峰,将此毒品和易制毒化学品谱图进行建库,可以对其进行分子层面的准确识别.通过对算法识别的优化以及阈值的调节,便携式拉曼光谱仪所测安全粉末的误报率为0.便携式拉曼光谱仪具有重量轻,便于携带的功能,可为毒品和易制毒化学品的现场快速判别提供一种新的手段,具有良好的应用前景.
Raman spectroscopy is widely used for the inspection of dangerous goods , customs / border check smuggling , drugs identify , cultural authenticity of identification , mineral exploration and petroleum components identified . In order to improve the effi-ciency and quality of software product development and reduce workload , this paper researches and designs a Raman instrument software product line . The core resource is developed first , on this basis , the specific software products are developed . Through the construction and application of Raman instrument software product line , this paper makes a useful attempt for domain specific of software product line , providing a reference solution for a similar application .
Raman spectroscopy technology has a wide range of applications.In this article,Raman spectroscopy is applied into security inspection.With the self-developed Raman security inspection system(Model: RT1003,NUCTECH Co.Ltd.),we detect some flammable and explosive liquids,toxic chemicals,strong oxidizing and strong corrosive liquids,such as gasoline,kerosene,diesel,benzene,toluene,ether,carbon tetrachloride,hydrogen peroxide,sulfuric acid,nitric acid,etc,establish a Raman spectra database of common dangerous liquids.RT1003 Raman security inspection system is now on trial at Beijing South Railway Station,and is well received.
