This paper mainly discussed the problems exists in practice courses of colleges and universities, to combine micro course with flipped classroom teaching model, put forward to a new teaching model based on micro course, and applied it to the Program Designing course. This paper aimed at three aspects in the process of research, include learning resources organization, learning support platform construction, teachers activity design, by this three aspects, we designed an online platform for supporting teaching activities and evaluation mechanism. In order to deepen the teaching activity and the resources interaction, this paper also provides some new ideas in the practice courses reform in colleges and universities.
In this paper, we first analyzed the course setting of programming in computer major and discussed the problems that exist in the computer programming course, then we put forward a course integration scheme according to the actual situation and the thinking of teaching reform, so as to improve the quality of the program design course teaching and cultivate the students' innovation ability.

Practice teaching plays an important role in training students' practical ability and innovative ability. This paper analyzed all the factors that restrict the students' practical innovation ability training in programming design based on the teaching content, teaching methods and evaluation system. In order to develop the students' ability of programming theory and programming ability, and to stimulate students learning polarity and strengthen the practice capability, we carried on some reforms and practices on every aspects of teaching contents, teaching methods, evaluation form and the online teaching resources platform construction, etc. After several years teaching practices, we get the conclusions that the reforms can improve the programming course teaching quality and students' programming ability, so we gain a better teaching effect.

This paper analyzed the monthly money supply since January, 2006 in China based on the ARIMA model. We established an ARIMA(1,1,2)(1,1,1) 12 model and predicted the money supply of the first five months of 2015, the results show that the average relative error value 0.258% is between the predicted values and the real value. So this model is considered having better fittings, it can be used to predict the future money supply, and further this paper predicted the money supply of the rest months of 2015.
Student's comprehensive quality evaluation is a complicated work, and it involves many uncertain factors, at the same time it is a half structural or unstructured problems. In order to improve the existing indicator system reduction method and the shortcomings of the methods to determine the attribute weights, this paper puts forward an effective student's comprehensive quality evaluation method based on rough set theory, this method based on the amounts of information and the attribute reduction heuristic algorithm, implements the screening of evaluation indicators, so as to optimize the indicator system. Based on the reduction of the importance indicator information to determine the weight, reduce the influence of subjective factors on the evaluation results. By analyzing the example, this method proved to be feasible and practicable.
