One hundred and one plus trees of Betula luminifera H. Winkl. were selected from Fujian Province, 55 of which were used in progeny test in State-owned Forest Farm of Weimin, Shaowu City of Fujian Province. Based on the investigation of 3-year-old traits from different families, it was showed that there were abundant variations within the B. luminifera and very significant difference among families in tree height, tree basal diameter, tree diameter at breast height, crown width, survival rate and preserving rate. The variations were mainly controlled by genetic factors. The family heritabilities of height and diameter at breast height of 3-year-old progeny were 0.446 and 0.431 respectively. The individual heritabilities of height and diameter at breast height of 3-year-old progeny were 0.327 and 0.291 respectively. The correlation coefficients among growth traits and crown width were very high. According to height trait,12 excellent families were preliminary selected, the average genetic gain for height and diameter at breast height were 7.95% and 11.87% respectively. Thirty-one excellent individuals were preliminary selected, the average genetic gain for height and diameter at breast height were 26.60% and 40.37% respectively. The selection effect was very significant. These selected families and individuals could be used for seed orchard or vegetative propagation.
在福建东山赤山防护林场对不同模式混交林中湿地松的光合特性进行野外测定,结果表明:湿地松的CO2补偿点为163 μmol/mol,羧化效率为0.0171,暗呼吸速率为0.28μmol/(m2@s),光补偿点为40 μmol/(m2@s),光饱和点为1 100μmol/(m2@s);湿地松林冠下层和林冠上层的净光合作用日变化均呈双峰曲线,且林冠上层叶在光合作用过程中起着主要的作用.在营造湿地松-木麻黄的带状混交林时,为了提高湿地松的光合效能,湿地松带的行数应不少于3~4行;对稀疏木麻黄林带下套种湿地松光合效能的研究表明,在郁闭度小于0.28的稀疏林带下套种湿地松,可作为老林带更新的一种方式.
对设在福建三明中村试验点73个9年生的马尾松优树子代试验林进行调查研究,结果表明,不同家系在生长性状上存在极显著差异,在木材基本密度、通直度、圆满度上也存在较大的变异;以单株木材干物质产量为主要指标,从参试的70个家系中选出8个建筑材优良家系,增产效果显著.
对福建三明和仙游两个试验点9年生的马尾松自由授粉子代试验林进行调查研究,结果表明:不同家系在树高、胸径、材积生长性状上存在极显著差异,这些差异主要是由遗传因素制约;在木材基本密度、木材化学组分、木材纤维形态上也存在较大的差异.以单株纤维素产量为主要指标,从参试的105个家系中各选出10个纸浆材优良家系.从三明点选出W00249、W00251等10个纸浆材优良家系,其平均单株纤维素产量达10.718kg,树高、胸径、材积的平均值分别为9.55m、12.4cm和0.05848m3,分别大于福建省马尾松速生丰产林标准的50.39%、93.75%和173.91%;从仙游点选出W00307、W00335等10个纸浆材优良家系,其平均单株纤维素产量为8.240kg,树高、胸径、材积的平均值分别为7.34m、11.4cm和0.04172m3,分别大于福建省马尾松速生丰产林标准的52.92%、132.65%和210.65%,增产效果极为显著.
为改变沿海地区造林树种单一状况,提高森林群落稳定性和生物多样性,1990年在福建东山县海岸后沿沙地引种厚荚相思、马占相思、大叶相思、肯氏相思、纹荚相思及毛绢相思;1998年选用厚荚相思、木麻黄、刚果12#桉、湿地松等树种在木麻黄基干林带下套种更新和带状采伐更新;1999年选用厚荚相思、肯氏相思、马占相思、纹荚相思在风口沙地造林.研究结果表明,在海岸前沿风口沙地厚荚相思造林成活率高,受风害轻微,对沙荒风口不良生境适应力强;在海岸木麻黄基干林带更新中,厚荚相思保存率高,生长迅速;在林带后沿沙地厚荚相思成活率和保存率高于其它相思类树种,树高、直径及材积生长量最大,降低风速明显,林内凋落物多,提高土壤肥力显著.
The seedling stage test on 55 open-pollinated families of plus trees of Betula luminifera H. Winkl. from Shaowu, Nanping and Wuping in Fujian Province was carried out in State-owned Forest Farm of Weimin, Shaowu. The genetic variations of Betula luminifera were studied, based on the investigation of 1-year-old seedling traits from different families. The results showed that there were abundant variations within the Betula luminifera and very significant differences among families in seedling height, diameter and lateral branch. The variations were mainly controlled by genetic factors. According to this analysis, 11 excellent families were tentatively selected, the average genetic gain of height and diameter were 18.72% and 10.44% respectively. The selection effect was very striking. The Shaowu region was probably a superior genetic resource area of Betula luminifera .
The results indicate that the survival rate of cutting treatment of the fast-growing individuals and the high resin yield families are more different. But the growth is little different. From them the cutting of 3 fast-growing individuals with 5815-1,5112- 1,1204- 1 and 4 families with Z116,Z211, Z106 and Z115 are seleted. The survival rate of cuttings treated by the growth regulator is improved and decreased by the age of inother tree.
The cluster analysis of the genetic distance of principal components was adopted to comprehensively evaluate the main growth traits of 229 13-year-old plus tree progenies of masson pine.Among which 19 high-yield and stable-yield excellent families were selected,their average stem volume genetic gains reached 28.30%,and they could be popularized in the whole Fujian Proveince.Other 13 high-yield fine families were suitable for northwestern Fujian and their average stem volume genetic gains reached 21.07%,and high-yield fine families were suitable for southeastern Fujian whose volume genetic gains reached 25.5%.
对福建三明市中村采育场9 a生马尾松家系测定林中73个家系、656个单株木材基本密度测定分析结果表明,木材基本密度在家系水平上变异较小,而在个体水平上变异很大;木材基本密度与胸径、材积、圆满度呈极显著的负遗传相关,与轮盘数呈显著的负遗传相关,与通直度呈极显著的正遗传相关;选择木材基本密度较大且生长迅速的马尾松家系和个体是有可能的.
首次采用非破坏性测定木材材质方法、并用立木木材弹性系数指标来研究9年生马尾松不同家系间材性的差异,取得了较理想的结果,初步说明了立木木材弹性系数在马尾松材性育种上的应用是可行的,同时提出了应用该技术时的一些注意事项,丰富了我国木材材质的测定方法.
在夏季平均自然水温26.3℃和全光条件下,进行马尾松水培试验.采用吲哚丁酸、砂水、流动水等不同水培处理基质比较,形成愈伤组织分别为61%、59%、49%;保存率分别为80%、73%、84%.水培与砂培试验发现,水培苗形成皮部愈伤组织类型的数量明显多于切口型与切口+皮部型;砂培苗则均为切口愈伤组织类型.以珍珠岩为砂培基质的扦插苗其愈伤形成率及生根率、生根根长等具有优势.
