Our research involves chemical modification of polysaccharides, elaborating polyelectrolyte complexes, smart hydrogels based on natural polymers as drug carriers, and customized 3D scaffolds with biocidal and bioactive properties.
Our research also focuses on exploring novel therapeutic biomaterials based on polysaccharides, nanoparticles, and organic molecules of natural origin for their application in tissue engineering, regenerative medicine, and complex dermal wound healing.
