Bio
I hold Ph.D. and M.Sc. degrees in Food Engineering at University of Campinas (Brazil) and graduation in Food Engineering at Federal University of Paraiba (Brazil). I have expertise in non-conventional extraction techniques of bioactive compounds applied to mass transfer kinetics and mathematical modeling. I also have expertise in rheology, chemometric techiniques and artificial neural network areas applied to food characterization, classification and pattern recognition, and modeling. Finally, I also have some published works about economic feasibility study of chemical process.
