个人简介
Xiaodi Jin received the B.Sc. degree in physics from Shandong University, Jinan, China, in 2014, and the M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from Technische Universität Dresden (TUD), Dresden, Germany, in 2018, modeling the advanced SiGe HBTs for mm-wave applications using the HICUM/L2. He is currently pursuing the Ph.D. degree at TUD, where he is focusing on the extension of the compact model down to cryogenic temperatures, as well as up to high temperatures.
