个人简介
Wenfeng Liang received the B.S. degree in electronic engineering from the Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Nanjing, China, in 2009. Since 2019, he began to study and work in a successive master–doctor program in electromagnetic field and microwave techniques at Southeast University, Nanjing, where he received the Ph.D. degree in electronic engineering in 2014.
From 2015 to 2018, he worked as the Team Lead for all the RF/millimeter-wave circuit design-related activities at the Chair of Electron Devices and Integrated Circuits, Technische Universität Dresden, Dresden, Germany. Since 2018, he has been with Infineon Technologies AG, Neubiberg, Germany, working as the tool owner of different analog/RF/millimeter-wave circuit design subflows integrated into a large in-house EDA environment as well as the core developer of several analog/RF design methodology projects. Part of his research interests includes the design of millimeter-wave (mmw) integrated circuits, specifically mmw frequency synthesizers, mmw front-end transceivers, and passive components using advanced silicon/compound semiconductor technologies. His research interests also include the software development of analog/RF/millimeter-wave circuit design-related EDA tools and the corresponding verification/implementation methodologies.
