The number of people using cell phones and the requirement for the radio band has increased over the last few years. The fast rise of 5G networks for wireless communication and wireless communication has met this need. There is reason to believe that the issue of improper use of the wireless spectrum could be resolved with the progress of cognitive radio and its spectrum-sensing technology. Deep learning technology is known for being able to learn and change amazingly quickly. The purpose of this research is to provide a brief summary of the approach used in cognitive radio spectrum-sensing technology and deep learning technology. The first part of this study talks about the common spectrum-sensing methods to give a big picture of the benefits of deep learning-based spectrum-sensing algorithms. We find that our method can increase the accuracy of previous work and conventional learning strategies by as much as 83%.
Central Silk Board offers several comprehensive silk testing services through its seventeen centers located all over India. In order to provide wide publicity of the silk testing services to stake holders and increase revenue generation from silk testing services, an attempt is made to design and develop an E-commerce website for all the silk testing services available with Central Silk Board. After the successful evaluation and usage of the website, a Mobile App version of the same E-commerce website is also developed. The proposed website development comprises of front end and back end development with payment gateway API and delivery integrated to the website. Details about the differences in requirements for proposed E-commerce website over other E-commerce websites developed is also reported in the paper.
Microbial transformation involves the production of new active biomolecules from natural products using microorganisms. This study focuses on exploring the microbial conversion of curcumin to develop improved antimicrobial agent for managing Flacherie disease in silkworms. The fungal cultures, Schizophyllum and Debaromyces species capable of converting curcumin into four metabolites. The chemical structures of the metabolites were analyzed using Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectroscopy, identifying them as tetrahydrocurcumin, hexahydrocurcumin, vanillin, and an unidentified metabolite. Antimicrobial activities of the metabolites were tested in vitro against various bacteria and showing the highest activity against Staphylococcus. A blend of the four metabolites was tested in systemic conditions on infected silkworms, resulting in a 14% increase in pupal survival against Staphylococcus. The new metabolites did not have any adverse effects on the economic characteristics of the silkworms. Overall, the converted compounds showed enhanced antimicrobial activity compared to the parent compounds, suggesting that curcumin derivatives could serve as a broad-spectrum antimicrobial agent.
Tasar silk get a high acceptance from the Indian consumers due to its rustic look, eco-friendly production process, unique luster and strength in the current market scenario of Vanya Silk Sector.Wet reeled Tasar Silk yarn is currently more advantageous than Traditional practice of Dry reeled Tasar Silk yarn in terms of luster, strength. But there is a limitation of Tasar fabrics in terms of diversified products in different designs, colour combinations.Bleaching of Tasar yarn, fabrics are not bleached scientific manner thus cause an uneven dyeing. In this connection to that in this article an attempt was made to optimize the process parameters to meet the requirement of the Tasar Industry.Bleaching of Wet reeled Tasar Silk Yarn was carried out using Box and Behnken design of experiment with three levels of four independent variables Hydrogen Peroxide Concentration (g/l), Sodium Silicate Concentration (g/l), Boiling Temperature ( 0 C) and duration of boiling (minutes). The effect of independent variables on dependent variables Tenacity (gm/den), Breaking Elongation (%) and Whiteness Index were studied. From the design of experiments, it was observed that 18 cc/l Hydrogen Peroxide (H2O2) of 30% w/v, 5 g/l Sodium Silicate (Na2SiO3) at 90 0 C with 30 minutes time duration facilitates uniform degumming cum bleaching without significant deterioration of tensile properties.
