The problem of modernizing the training of future managers under martial law, post-war state building and national education is updated. Training requires significant rethinking, focusing on anti-crisis management, resilience and psychosocial support. The importance of developing value orientations and relevant competencies of a future education manager is revealed. It is determined that anti-crisis and security management is a key aspect that should become cross-cutting in the training of future education managers. The competence of a future manager in risk management in the content modules of training is formed by developing skills in assessing and minimizing risks associated with physical security, cyber threats and the financial stability of the institution in conditions of instability. It is noted that mastering the skills of organizing psychological assistance for students, teachers and parents becomes important; The manager must be able to recognize signs of stress, trauma and involve specialists. In this context, emotional intelligence management involves the development of emotional resilience and the ability to constructively manage emotions in stressful situations. At the same time, supporting teachers is no less important; creating conditions for overcoming professional burnout and providing support to teachers who have themselves experienced traumatic events. In the post-war period, the focus of life will shift to restoration and modernization, so project management becomes important. The training of a future education manager should develop initiative and entrepreneurship (the willingness to take the initiative and seek unconventional solutions to ensure the work of the institution). These features of training are aimed at forming a manager-leader who is able not only to survive in a crisis, but also to be an agent of change and reconstruction of Ukrainian education. The formats for highlighting and making changes to the content of the training program for the head of an educational institution in the context of his future activities in the new realities of threats, risks and challenges from the aggressive northern neighbor in accordance with the concept of the «steel porcupine».
The article attempts to comprehensively analyze the problem of the negative impact of institutional crisis on the system of public administration and national security. It is noted that the purpose of the article is to analyze and theoretically generalize the institutional crisis as a phenomenon in the context of a threat to the stable functioning of the system of public administration. The main theoretical and methodological approaches to the study of the causality and nature of institutional crises are highlighted: functional, systemic, neo-institutional and socio-cultural. The process of developing crisis situations through the sequential change of individual phases is analyzed. It is noted that the specifics of the political regime affect the features of the course of crises. It is argued that crises have an ambivalent nature, which is manifested through a destructive impact on the system as a whole, and, at the same time, crises allow us to identify its (the system's) vulnerabilities. The main manifestations and key factors of the emergence of institutional crises are determined. The impact of institutional crises on the national security of the state is studied. It is stated that a proactive strategy becomes the key to the endurance and stability of the state's security sector, since in the current conditions of global socio-political turbulence, national security cannot be guaranteed by international institutions. The factors that cause the emergence of institutional crises are analyzed. Among them: low efficiency of state institutions, spread of corrupt practices, economic crises and financial instability, dysfunction of accountability and control mechanisms, fragility of institutional structures. Ways of overcoming institutional crises are outlined, in particular, attention is focused on the role of civil society.
Purpose. To substantiate and describe a methodology for developing the physical fitness of students in grades 7-9 in general secondary education institutions of rural territorial communities through the use of football. Materials and Methods. An analysis was conducted of contemporary international and national publications on school football programs, recreational football, and small-sided games as a means of developing adolescents’ motor abilities, as well as regulatory and methodological documents on the organization of physical education in general secondary education institutions. Pedagogical modeling (goals, principles, content, conditions), design of training load (volume, intensity, interval structure), and construction of a system of control and assessment were applied. For monitoring, accessible field tests (speed, agility, endurance, strength qualities) were proposed, and a subjective rating of perceived exertion (RPE) scale was used to control intensity. Results. The methodology is structured into three blocks (organizational-content, training-methodological, and control-assessment) and includes a detailed algorithm for its implementation over 10-12 weeks with 2-3 sessions per week. The priority of small-sided games is substantiated as a universal tool for simultaneous teaching of technical and tactical actions and the development of endurance, speed, agility, and strength. An indicative calendar plan of the cycle, an algorithm for in-lesson load adjustment, a minimum list of equipment for a rural school, and a monitoring battery that allows tracking individual progress and timely load correction are presented. Conclusions. The proposed methodology is suitable for implementation in rural general secondary education institutions and combines the learning outcomes of the variable module «Football» with a safe increase in physical fitness and motivation for physical activity. Its practical value lies in the availability of ready-made solutions for organizing mixed groups, dosing intensity (through small-sided game formats and intervals), pedagogical control, and «school-community» partnership. Further research should focus on experimental verification of the methodology’s effectiveness and refinement of assessment standards with regard to age, sex, and initial fitness level.
This article explores the stylistic functions of neologisms in English language chick lit, a genre characterized by its wit, relational focus, and female-centered narratives. While lexical innovation has been widely studied in science fiction and children’s literature, its role in popular women’s fiction remains underexplored. This study examines how neologisms in chick lit are deliberately formed to reflect character identity, enhance humor, dramatize emotional states, and critique consumerism and gender norms. Through qualitative textual analysis, it is shown that these coinages – ranging from playful blends to metalinguistic jokes – function as stylistic tools with strong social and expressive charge. The findings contribute to the broader study of lexical innovation in fiction by situating chick lit as a genre where language is actively shaped to reflect contemporary cultural dynamics.
Background and Purpose The modern development of football requires the development and implementation of effective methods of controlling the competitive activity of both individual players and football teams. One of such methods is an integrated assessment of the tactics of a football team. The purpose of the research is to determine the indicators of the integrated assessment of the tactics of the leading football teams at the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup based on a systematic approach. Materials and methods The study was conducted during the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup. The competitive activity of the four leading football teams Chelsea (England), PSG (France), Real Madrid (Spain), Flumenense (Brazil) in the semi-final and final matches of this tournament was analysed. The research was carried out on the basis of the following methods: theoretical analysis of literary sources; pedagogical observation; analysis of video materials of competitive activity; methods of mathematical activity. Results The indicators of the integral assessment of game tactics (IATG) of the leading football teams at the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup have been determined. The structure of the IATG consists of 10 specific coefficients, on the basis of which the competitive activity of football teams in the phases of ball recovery and ball possession was characterised. The average value of IATG in the semifinal and final matches was 5.52±0.384 points. The highest value of IATG was registered in the Chelsea team (5.9 points), which won the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup. A significant correlation was observed between variables associated with individual players' tactical coefficients at the p<0.05 and p<0.01 significance levels. Conclusions The integral assessment of the tactics of the football team's game allows to purposefully exercise managerial control in the process of competitive activity, taking into account the main tactical components of the game in the phases of recovery and possession of the ball.
