Kursk State University (Russian Курский государственный университет) is Kursk's oldest higher educational institution, founded in 1934 as Kursk State Pedagogical Institute, later in 1994 transformed into Kursk State Pedagogical University and has a current status since 2003..
Recent experimental studies characterize the central nervous system not as a collection of independent cells, but as a closely integrated system of neurons, astrocytes, and blood vessel. According to this paradigm, there is a clear tendency to combine all these three components into a single system, and hence the concept of the neuroglyovascular unit. The primary task of such a module is neurogliovascular coupling, which instantaneously and locally adjusts blood flow to match current neuronal activity, thereby providing the cells with energy. According to this, the interactions of individual elements determine the processes of brain functioning. It is known that astrocytes can release arachidonic acid and synthesize its derivatives—metabolites, which, in turn, can have vasoconstrictive and vasodilating effects, affecting synaptic activity. In this study, we propose a model of the neurogliovascular unit that includes IP_3 -dependent calcium dynamics in the astrocyte, neuronal activity, and vascular dynamics, taking into account the synthesis of arachidonic acid and its metabolites. Extension of the single unit model to a 2D domain illustrates that arachidonic acid-mediated metabolic signaling fundamentally modulates the propagation of large-scale pathological phenomena such as cortical spreading depression. The results of numerical solutions of the model suggest that vascular dynamics acts by stimulating arahidonic acid metabolites, which directly affects synaptic activity. Elucidating the internal processes of the neurogliovascular unit and its multi-unit network is an essential prerequisite for advancing the diagnosis and treatment of neuropathologies.
The study examines the general characteristics of the long-term care system as one of the modern technolo-gies of social services, specifically applied to a category of social service recipients, namely participants of the special military operation. Particular attention is paid to the functioning of the long-term care system, analyzed through the lens of the Kursk region. It also conducts a comparative analysis of the long-term care system and hospital-based technologies of social work, social care services, and the general list of social services. The specifics of implementing the long-term care system are identified, including the most pressing challenges in its implementation for military personnel from the special military operation zone. The long-term care system is defined as an innovative social service technology for various segments of the population, including special military operation participants. The article emphasizes that the implementation and development of the long-term care system can significantly improve the quality of life of military personnel and their families by provid-ing them with the necessary resources and services.
The article analyzes the features of the epidemic season of 2025 in the Kursk region in comparison with long-term data. It was found that an abnormally warm spring, elevated summer temperatures and mild winter months caused significant shifts in the phenology and abundance of ticks. For the first time, single specimens of Haemaphysalis punctata have been recorded in the Kursk region, which may indicate the introduction of the species with migrating birds. The incidence of ixodic tick-borne borreliosis and the incidence of bites was higher than the average annual values of previous years. The volume of acaricide treatments in 2025 remained at a high level with the expansion of treatment areas compared to previous years. The data obtained confirm the crucial role of climatic anomalies in the transformation of population and epidemic dynamics.
This article characterizes a number of factors that have a particular impact on the professional and personal development of beginning teachers, whom the authors conditionally classify as the "digital generation," and identifies trends in scientific and methodological support for beginning teachers. Taking into account the socio-psychological characteristics of the "digital generation" of children and beginning teachers, as well as the leading theoretical and methodological provisions of the Federal State Educational Standard and the Federal Educational Standards for Education (FGOS) of general education, their concept, structure, content, planned educational outcomes (personal, subject-specific, and meta-subject-specific), and typical challenges in pedagogical activity in ensuring students achieve personal, meta-subject, and subject-specific outcomes, a model for personalizing scientific and methodological support for beginning teachers in the context of the digital transformation of education is presented. This model includes components such as: methodological foundations and principles, motivational and value guidelines, content-target settings, legal and regulatory frameworks, organizational and activity-based mechanisms and technologies, digital resources, and reflective and evaluative procedures and tools.
Based on a specific historical approach, the functions of a single public government system are analyzed. The purpose, object and content of the activities of public authorities, as well as the methods and means of ensuring these activities, are considered in their interconnection. Measures are proposed to adjust the content of the activities of public authorities in the new conditions, as well as measures for the effective implementation of their creative function.
