The rapid integration of digital asset markets, including cryptocurrencies, into the global and national economy demands new approaches to modeling and managing their unique risks. Traditional econometric and mathematical models based on the assumption of a normal probability distribution prove insufficient for describing the dynamics of highly volatile cryptocurrencies. This paper proposes a methodology for analyzing and managing investment risks under conditions of economic turbulence based on the theory of random processes with catastrophes and using Bitcoin as a case study. A combined model for the dynamics of the Bitcoin price logarithm is constructed, integrating a Wiener process (background dynamics) and a generalized Poisson process with negative jumps (catastrophic drops). An economic catastrophe concept is formalized as a daily return drop exceeding 8
The article discusses the theoretical aspects of the development strategy of a commercial bank, as well as the author's approaches to defining the bank's financial strategy. The article analyzes the current financial strategy of JSC "Rosselkhozbank" for the period 2020-2025. The indicators of profitability and liquidity of a credit institution are analyzed. The article examines the potential of initiative budgeting (IB) as a comprehensive tool combining educational practice and a mechanism for the formation of civic identity and financial culture of youth. The relevance of the research is determined by the strategic objectives of improving financial literacy and strengthening the civic consciousness of the younger generation. The author analyzes the current state of information security, including its youth (IIB), school (SHKIB) and student (StIB) formats, in the context of their integration into the education system and youth policy. Special attention is paid to the role of the IIB in overcoming social passivity, developing project competencies and creating conditions for involving young people in managing the educational environment. Based on the analysis of statistical data, the regulatory framework and regional practices, the key problems of the IIB development (personnel, financial, methodological) have been identified and scenarios for their solution (inertial, innovative, intensive) have been proposed. According to the results of the study, the IIB contributes not only to the formation of project competencies of students and schoolchildren, but also becomes a catalyst for their personal growth and civic maturity.
Jean Piaget discovers such key phenomena of children’s thinking as syncretic statements, egocentrism, transductive logic and irreversibility of judgments (including many other phenomena), and also makes two attempts to conceptually explain the genesis of children’s pre-logical and adult logical human thinking in his main works: “The Speech and Thought of the Child” (early period) and “The Psychology of Intelligence” (late period). The dyadic structure of the cognitive concept of both early and late Jean Piaget confuses implicit and conditioned reflex competencies at the prelogical stage of cognition. The absence of such a distinction inevitably characterizes association as monosyllabic, which does not allow for a conceptual explanation of such phenomena of children’s thinking as multi-stage associations of syncretic statements and precausal juxtaposition. In this article, we will demonstrate that the phenomena of children’s thinking discovered by Jean Piaget are more effectively explained by Charles Peirce’s triadic epistemology. Specifically, we will demonstrate the following: Irreversibility of judgments and transductive logic pertain to the Primary level of cognition (implicit cognition), syncretic statements and juxtaposition pertain to the Secondary level of cognition (conditioned reflex/partially explicit cognition), and the abstract functional invariant of Tertiary is equivalent to operational groupings (explicit cognition).
