The purpose of the study is to analyze the relationship between students' perceived organizational culture of the university, their satisfaction with the learning environment and belonging to certain student subcultures in order to develop recommendations for targeted support of professional development. The empirical basis was a survey of 73 students of the 2nd-3rd courses of the PSUAS (technical and managerial profiles) using the adapted OCAI methodology, a modified satisfaction scale and cluster analysis methods. The results revealed the hybrid nature of organizational culture with the dominance of hierarchical and market features with a weak expression of clan and adhocratic components. Clustering allowed us to identify three groups of students, conditionally corresponding to the types of "professionals", "academics" and "adaptive-neutral". A positive correlation has been established between the orientation of "professionals" towards the university's market values and the negative relationship of "academics" with the hierarchical bureaucratization of the environment. The scientific novelty of the work lies in the empirical verification of the relationship between macroparameters of organizational culture and microgroup subcultural attitudes of students. The practical significance of the results is to justify the transition to a differentiated educational policy aimed at strengthening the market component for "professionals" and developing adhocratic and clan elements to support the research potential of "academics".
The purpose of the study is to determine the significance of offensive strategies in the competitive performance of elite female basketball players. Research methods and organization. Methods of generalizing data from scientific and methodological literature, analysis of video materials and pedagogical observations, methods of recording parameters of competitive activity in basketball, and methods of mathematical statistics were used. The examination was carried out during the games of the 2025 European Championship and Russian Championship among women's teams. Research results and conclusions. The characteristics of varieties of special offense in basketball have been revealed. The established parameters of the proportion of successful attacks in standard situations indicate the high significance of the influence of this type of special offense on the success of competitive interactions among elite female basketball players. Increasing the effectiveness of offensive actions when organizing ball inbound plays in the frontcourt requires targeted improvement of this component of competitive activity.
The article presents the results of a study examining the use of technological audits at manufacturing enterprises as a cost optimization tool. The article analyzes the dynamics of the total costs of Russian industrial enterprises, their profitability, and the proportion of unprofitable enterprises. It also identifies areas for using the results of technological audits to improve the efficiency of manufacturing enterprises.
An inhomogeneous multilayer continuous elastic rod with heterogeneous layers parallel to the axis of the member and one of the main planes of inertia of the cross-section is considered. It is shown that the formula for calculating the critical force for an elastic multilayer member with heterogeneous layers parallel to the axis of the member and one of the main planes of inertia of the cross-sectional section coincides with the Euler formula for a homogeneous elastic member. The use of heterogeneous elastic rods makes it possible to ensure the fulfillment of the condition of equal stability in the given cross-sectional dimensions by changing the mechanical characteristics and sizes of the rod layers. A numerical example is considered. The results obtained in the article can be used in the design of rectilinear elastic heterogeneous racks of buildings and structures to ensure their strength and stability in compliance with the condition of equal stability in the given cross-sectional dimensions.
Roadside vegetation strips are critical ecotones that provide essential ecosystem services, including carbon sequestration, while being constantly exposed to anthropogenic stress from traffic emissions. This study assesses the ecological state and carbon assimilation capacity of roadside plant communities along three classes of motorways (Class 1–3, total length 684.4 km) in the Penza region, Russia, based on field surveys and remote sensing data from 2024. We found significant non-compliance with standard roadside widths, with the actual width of Class 1 highway strips reaching only 57.5% of the required value. This spatial deficit is linked to visible biotic stress responses: canopy closure in forest belts follows a second-order parabolic function of belt width, reaching levels typical of regional forests (70–80%) only when the belt width exceeds 30 meters. Carbon assimilation by forest vegetation is best described by a logistic growth curve, reflecting biological productivity limits under varying width and density conditions. Herbaceous communities exhibited an average carbon sequestration rate of 2.81 t/ha, with biomass dynamics perpendicular to the road described by a third-order parabola, indicating a gradient of stress and recovery. The compensatory capacity of existing strips for traffic carbon emissions ranged from only 11.9% on heavily used Class 1 highways to 57.3% on Class 3 roads. Our integrated mathematical model, based on biological response curves, reveals an optimal forest belt width of 35 meters, beyond which marginal gains in assimilation plateau. Using this model, we derived a practical parabolic function linking the required grassy strip width to traffic intensity (up to 5000 vehicles/day) to achieve carbon neutrality. This study provides a quantitative framework for understanding how anthropogenic pressure shapes roadside plant communities and offers biologically sound guidelines for designing resilient green infrastructure
