The article analyzes the evolution of the information policy of the Russian television channel “Channel One” in the context of the sociocultural space of the Republic of Tajikistan in the post-Soviet period, with a special emphasis on the transformations that have manifested over the last decade. The main attention is focused on identifying stable stereotypes, narrative models, and thematic accents used in forming the media image of Tajikistan in the Russian information field. The examination of news broadcasts, analytical programs, and reports by special correspondents allows tracing how media content constructs a multilayered image of the republic, touching upon issues of cultural ties, social problems, and historical memory. At the same time, a tendency toward simplification and schematization of representations of Tajik society is revealed, which often leads to a distortion of its social and cultural complexity. Within the framework of the study, a comparison of media representations with real sociocultural processes is conducted, which makes it possible to indicate hidden contradictions and imbalances between information interpretation and reality. The author concludes that the historical context of Russian-Tajik relations has a significant impact on the character of media discourse and the reproduction of stable stereotypes in the Russian media..
As the digital environment transforms the Tajik language, it turns into a new hybrid functional style that diverges from literary standards. The article describes the graphical evolution of digital Tajic, as well as the Russian-Tajik code switching in online comments in social networks. Based on digital ethnography and discourse analysis, the author compares the actual online usage with the norms codified in the Tajik National Corpus. The Tajik net-speak is examined from the perspective of the law of least effort (Zipf’s law). It demonstrates an obvious typological parallel with the digital erratives of Russian online communication known as "Olbanian language" or "Scumbags’ slang". The graphical deviations from standard Tajik include vowel reduction, with readability maintained by the consonantal frame. These violations are systemic, driven primarily by technological factors. Russian borrowings are integrated into the agglutinative matrix of the Tajik language via the mechanisms of morphological adaptation and code-switching strategies. Virtual communication legitimizes dialectal forms, transforming them into a sociolect, which reflects the high vitality of the language in the digital age.
The article is devoted to the study of the problem of the formation of female subjectivity in the poetry of the Silver Age. The turn of the 19th–20th centuries is characterized by a rethinking of cultural and literary norms, an increase in the number of female authors, and increased attention to issues of gender, female psychology, and sexuality. The research examines models of femininity, including the concepts of the «new woman», «superwoman» and Divine Sophia, as well as analyzes the historical reception of women’s creativity, often associated with patriarchal stereotypes and criticism of women’s creativity from the perspective of the conservative literary community. The material is based on the works of poets, whose work is of key importance for understanding the evolution of women’s identity in the literature of the Silver Age. The purpose of this article is to explore the themes of female emancipation and tragic motherhood as the main strategies for expressing female subjectivity in the poetry of the Silver Age, as well as to determine their role in the transformation of gender representations of the era. The research applied such scientific methods as cultural-historical, hermeneutic and gender, allowing to consider motherhood and female emancipation as interrelated elements of identity and artistic experience. As a result of the research, it becomes clear that women’s poetry at the turn of the 19th–20th centuries demonstrates a significant shift towards understanding female subjectivity, inner world and social status of women in Russian culture. A significant result of the conducted research is the identification of the internal intertwining of the theme of tragic motherhood and female emancipation, due to their common correlation with the social role of women. The artistic interpretation of the female poets of the period under review focuses on a consistent criticism of patriarchal ideas about the social and spiritual role of women, as well as the desire to assert her creative self-sufficiency. The rejection of the gender labeling of creativity by the poets under study is important: they oppose the fixation of literature on the “feminine” or “masculine” principle. The lyrics of the authors under study proclaim the concept of a “new woman” – a personality with inner strength and resilience.
Introduction. In the context of digital transformation, digital literacy is becoming a prerequisite for social inclusion, access to services, and full participation in economic and social life. At the same time, age remains one of the most persistent factors of digital inequality, which determines the relevance of studying differences in digital literacy among various age groups and the issue of digital divide. The aim was to analyze the differences in digital literacy among various age groups as well as to assess the digital divide as a social and institutional problem. Materials and methods. The research is theoretical and analytical in nature and is based on an analysis of scientific literature, international analytical reports and statistical materials on digital literacy, digital skills, and age-related aspects of digital inequality. The paper uses methods of analysis and generalization of scientific sources, a comparative analytical method, a systematic approach and content analysis of publications on digital literacy of various age groups. Results. It has been established that digital literacy in modern science is interpreted as a multicomponent characteristic, including knowledge, skills, motivation, security and the ability to act effectively in a digital environment. It is shown that the highest level of digital inclusion is typical for young people, while older age groups are more likely to face a lack of digital skills, limited confidence in the use of technology, and an increased risk of social exclusion. It has been revealed that the digital divide has a multi-level character and manifests itself not only in differences in access to the Internet and devices, but also in skill levels, the intensity of technology use and the ability to obtain practical benefits from participation in the digital environment. It is concluded that there is a need for an integrated approach to bridging the digital age gap, including the development of digital infrastructure, continuous learning, intergenerational support, and the adaptation of digital services to the needs of different age groups.
