Providing the quality of electricity and electromagnetic compatibility is currently a high priority for energy security. The energy infrastructure is considered as one of the critically important infrastructures of the Russian Federation. The introduction of modern electrical equipment and their control systems in enterprises of various industries leads to a decrease in the electricity quality. The development of industry in the Russian Federation and the continuous growth of the capacity of electric consumers lead to a violation of regulatory and technical documentation regarding the quality of electricity. Thus, it reduces the noise immunity and leads to the conductive low-frequency electromagnetic interference. These facts determine the importance of the problem of electricity quality and electromagnetic compatibility. The aim of the research is to study the ways of the emergence and distribution of the conductive lowfrequency electromagnetic interference and ways of their attenuation. The authors present a sequence of actions for the analysis and determination of the conductive low-frequency electromagnetic interference. Moreover, the authors consider issues of studying the nature of emerging the conductive low-frequency electromagnetic interference, its spread in electric power systems and ways to deal with them. The implementation of modern trends and methods to eliminate electromagnetic interference allows not only assessing in advance the impact of interference on the elements of electric power systems, but also on the reliability, efficiency and stability of power supply.
The article explores how digital footprints can be used as a data source revealing citizens’ assessment of the environment. The rapid digitalization in recent years has enabled the use of non-traditional sources of data about the state of environment. These may include social media, search queries, video hosting, and other sources. The use of non-traditional data sources has given rise to new environmental research directions, including "ecological culturomics" and "Internet ecology" (iEcology). Drawing on these methodological approaches, the study examines air quality perceptions among VKontakte users in the single-industry towns of Magnitogorsk and Cherepovets. The semi-automatic search identified 481 air-quality-related posts: 433 in Magnitogorsk and 48 in Cherepovets community discussions. Posts with the highest levels of user engagement were identified through a quantitative analysis of key metrics: reactions, comments, and shares. Confirming our hypothesis, the most popular posts highlight the issues most relevant to users, accurately reflecting their key concerns about air quality. The study reveals a significant dissonance between the official assessments of air quality and the public perception as expressed by social media users. Citizens assess the air quality far less optimistically than the officials do.
Relevance. To enhance the range of locomotion of an electric locomotive using the energy of a single battery. It is proposed to use an energy-efficient control law that increases the mechanical power of the engine with limiting the maximum values of voltage and current. This will indirectly increase the range of movement of the mine electric locomotive. Aim. To synthesize nonlinear control of a salient-pole synchronous motor of a mining electric locomotive under limitation of the current and voltage supplied to the motor windings, providing: increase in mechanical power transmitted to the movement of a mining electric locomotive; growth of traction motor maximum speed; linearity at current loop of controller, that provide to use common speed and position regulators; reduction of the time of parrying disturbances on the motor shaft, which is achieved by maintaining a minimum value of the reactive power circulating in the motor windings, in the static and dynamic processes of the motor, the linear nature of the change in the electromagnetic moment. Object. Control of a salient-pole synchronous motor with permanent magnets of a mine electric locomotive. Methods. Are based on the theory of nonlinear control systems, by means of which the linearization of the control structure of a salient-pole synchronous motor with permanent magnets is carried out. Synthesis of regulators in the linearized control system is carried out by methods of subordinate regulation. Results. The authors have developed the control system with reactive power minimization for a mine electric locomotive traction motor and compared it to the transverse axis current control system. The results of modeling the operation of a salient-pole synchronous motor demonstrate the fulfillment of the proposed condition for reactive power minimization in static and dynamic modes. As a result of comparing the proposed system with reactive power minimization with a transverse axis current control system, it was possible to increase the mechanical power by 50% and the maximum speed by 53%, while maintaining the linear nature of the torque change, for the possibility of further application of classical synthesis methods, such as subordinate control systems. The efficiency increase was 2% in the hourly S2 mode of operation. Based on the high energy indicators obtained, it can be concluded that the range of the electric locomotive using the energy of one battery is increased. The paper presents a new type of sextants, namely two-parameter sextants, which are currently at various stages of development and remain little known to navigators. One of the most promising technical implementations of a two-parameter sextant is a single-mirror sextant, the design of which is based on the use of a single semi- transparent mirror with two rotational degrees of freedom. Initial studies have shown that a single-mirror sextant makes it possible to obtain several navigation parameters within a single observation, including the sum of the altitudes of celestial bodies, the difference in their altitudes, the elevation of the upper observed celestial body relative to the lower one, and, under conditions of horizon visibility, the altitude of a celestial body relative to the horizon as well as the azimuth difference between the observed celestial bodies. The main advantage of two-parameter sextants lies in their applicability throughout the entire period of darkness and their independence from horizon visibility. However, the determination of navigation parameters using a single-mirror sextant requires prior knowledge of the altitude of the lower observed celestial body. In the absence of a visible horizon, this altitude can only be obtained by calculation and is therefore known with a certain error. This paper addresses the influence of errors in the calculated altitude of the lower observed celestial body on the resulting navigation parameters; for the analysis, an altitude error of 0.1° is assumed. Analytical expressions for the errors of navigation parameters, namely the altitude and the azimuth difference between the sextant mirror normal and the second observed celestial body, are derived. A numerical analysis of the obtained errors shows that favorable observation conditions correspond to a specific range of angular separation between the observed celestial bodies.
This article proposes an approach to ensuring cargo transportation security based on a digital aggregator platform. The mechanism includes mandatory verification of contractors (checking the agreement, experience, and company jurisdiction) and a system of interchangeable guarantees for the customer and carrier, minimizing the risk of default. The proposed model increases the transparency and security of logistics services.
