Importance. The relevance of the study is determined by the need for standardized methods to assess physical readiness in service members with combat-related injuries, taking into account the specific features of the cardiorespiratory system and vestibular stability. The aim of the work was to evaluate the reliability, construct validity, and practical effectiveness of the author-developed exercise complexes (standard: 1, 10; adapted: 2–9) for monitoring physical fitness in this population.Materials and Methods. The study involved service members with lower limb amputations (n = 15). The methods included performing exercises with recording of performance indicators (time, number of repetitions), functional tests (cardiorespiratory reserve 65–70 %, vestibular stability 10–15 points), as well as correlation and consistency analyses (ICC, Spearman’s correlation coefficient) using Statistica 27.0 software at a significance level of p < 0.05.Results and Discussion. The results demonstrate high within-class reliability of the complexes (ICC = 0.58–0.93 for subgroups 4–6, 8–9, 2–5, 1–10) and strong correlations between exercise indicators (4–6 with 8: r = 0.83; 4–9: r = −0.71; 6–9: r = −0.76) and functional tests (4, 6, 8, 9 with vestibular stability: r = 0.64; 3, 7 – weak: r = 0.16–0.37). The standard error of measurement (SEM) ranged from 0.16 to 0.70.Conclusion. The complexes are recognized as a reliable and valid tool for assessing physical readiness. Their implementation into the Physical Training Manual of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation is recommended to optimize rehabilitation and restore professional fitness.
The article is devoted to the analysis of the eff ectiveness of modern rehabilitation tools in the training process for elderly people with ischemic heart disease. Theoretical foundations and practical aspects of implementing innovative technologies-such as telerehabilitation, wearable devices, mobile applications, biofeedback, and virtual simulators- into rehabilitation programs are considered. The peculiarities of individualized approaches to the selection of means and methods of training, taking into account age and concomitant physiological changes, are emphasized. The advantages of modern technologies in increasing physical activity, improving cardiovascular indicators, reducing the risk of recurrent complications, and enhancing the quality of life in the elderly are detailed. Domestic and foreign research results confi rming the eff ectiveness of integrating modern tools into the rehabilitation of elderly patients with ischemic heart disease are presented, as well as directions for further development in this area.
This paper reviews the inconsistency of the applicable standards of the Physical Training Manual of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation and biomechanics, physiology, and the mental status of military personnel with lower limbs amputated during the special military operation, who exercise the right to continue military service under Federal Law No. 315-FZ. A comparative analysis of regulations and the functional performance of individuals with prosthetic lower limb demonstrated that standard running, strength, and coordination tests are unattainable for most military personnel of this category, sometimes have a significant injury potential, and create risks of secondary injuries, fatigue syndromes, and low motivation for regular training. The study shows the need to integrate the adapted physical training in the physical training system as a condition of safe, valid, and fair tests. We propose a taxonomy of hazardous standards and alternative options with functionally equivalent and safe exercises (running, forced marches, and obstacle course); an adapted certification model based on a comprehensive assessment of performance status with respect to the type of prosthesis and psychophysiological state, and organizational regulations for physical training professionals, ensuring personalized planning, monitoring, and admission to testing. The study aims to develop a safe, and motivating personalized physical training system focused on preserving the professional capacity and maintaining the combat readiness of military personnel with lower limb amputations.
Aim . To consider the practical application of an individual educational conversation as a method of forming traditional values in the younger generation of Russians. The problems and prospects of this educational direction for employees of internal affairs bodies are described. Methodology . The article presents the results of a survey, which involved Russian police officers, on the features of individual educational conversations aimed at forming moral stability on a specially formed sample (n=114). To confirm the results of the study, a set of methods such as pedagogical observation, analysis of the products of creative activity of cadets, and methods of mathematical statistics were used. Results . Based on theoretical analysis, the article defines the factors and problems of spiritual and moral education (the need to choose educational methods that can have the strongest pedagogical impact on the educated, considering current social and political factors). The article describes the technology of spiritual and moral education in the process of individual conversations (the specifics of the time and place of the conversation, personal characteristics of the educator, creativity in choosing questions for conversations). The educational potential of individual educational conversations for the formation of spiritual and moral values in cadets has been determined, which is in demand for the functioning of an educational organization in the conditions of uncertainty and transformation of society. Research implications. This study contributes to the improvement of the police education system, which is important in the modern conditions, brings scientific research related to the study of value orientations of police officers to a new level. The results of the study can be applied in the development of methodological recommendations for improving the work of cadet unit commanders on the spiritual and moral education of police cadets. Conclusions . The research makes it possible to improve and optimize the process of spiritual and moral education of police officers based on modern pedagogical methods. It describes the role and place of individual conversations in the education of the younger generation. Recommendations are given to improve the technology of educating law enforcement officers. The author proves the relevance of individual educational conversations for the upbringing of Russian youth in modern conditions.
