
The yard plays an important role in meeting the needs of the community, namely by planting in the yard of the house, especially to meet the needs of the household, especially in meeting the needs of the family's home food, can be planted with food crops such as fruit, vegetables, tubers, spices, etc. The aim of the research was to study the types of food plants found and to know the abundance index and dominance index of food plants found in Mandikapau Barat Village. The method of this research is to determine the area of the yard, take samples of the yard, identify the types of food plant categories (fruits, vegetables, tubers, and spices), and calculate the abundance index and dominance index of these food plants. Results Food plants found totaled 25 families 32 genera 40 species (27 fruits; 5 vegetables; 2 tubers; 6 spices). The highest relative abundance index of the three locations was in the category of spices, bulbs, fruits, vegetables with a value of (28%; 6%; 5%; 4%) with galangal, cassava, papaya and cayenne pepper plants. Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang Pola Longsoran di Daerah Rawan Longsor Berdasarkan Nilai Resistivitas Bumi di Desa Sungai Langsat, Kecamatan Simpang Empat, Kabupaten Banjar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui litologi berdasarkan nilai resistivitas bumi di daerah yang diperkirakan rawan longsor dan menentukan pola longsoran menggunakan metode tahanan jenis. Konfigurasi elektroda yang dipakai menggunakan metode Wenner-Schlumberger (1D). Data dari hasil pengolahan program Progress digunakan untuk menentukan litologi. Hasil litologi tersebut dibuat penampang dua dimensi dan tiga dimensi menggunakan program Surfer sehingga dapat ditentukan arah serta pola longsoran pada daerah pengukuran. Nilai tahanan jenis tanah/batuan antara 6,82 – 145,35 Ωm diduga sebagai zona lemah/pelapukan yaitu lapisan lempung sedangkan nilai tahanan jenis tanah/batuan antara 145,35 – 538,33 Ωm diperkirakan sebagai zona lapisan keras yaitu tanah endapan berpasir. Pola longsoran untuk tanah endapan berpasir diperkiraan pada kedalalaman antara 10 – 30 m, ke arah koordinat X = 285740 mT dan Y = 9635900 mS. Untuk lapisan lempung, longsoran diperkirakan terletak pada kedalaman antara 4 – 6 m, ke arah koordinat X = 285770 mT dan Y = 9635900 mS. Besarnya sudut kemiringan lereng yang terbentuk adalah 16,26o. Pola longsoran pada daerah tersebut adalah pola longsoran translasi dan pola rayapan tanah.
Limau kuit is a typical orange from South Kalimantan which is used by the Banjar people in some certain local culinary. This experiment is explorative research that aims to determine the yield of essential oils obtained by hydrosteam distillation method with ball condenser (type of Allihn) cooling, to determine the characterization of the oil comprising specific gravity, refractive index, optical ratation, solubility in alcohol, the composition of using GC-MS. The leaves of limau kuit were air-dried for one week to decrease the water content and then were cut into smaller pieces about 5 mm in size. A 2.050 grams of the sample lay into the tray of the distillation kettle which was filled with adequate water. The distillation was carried out for about 6 hours and 50-60oC in temperature. The results showed that the performed extraction yielded 0.59%-(v/w) or 0.52%-(w/w) of oils. The oil values of specifie graviry, refractive index, optical ratation, and solubility in alcohol 90% were 0.8285, 1.472, (-)1.90, and 1:4 respectively. The CG-MS analysis showed 31 chemical compounds of the oils and these were five the dominants: γ-terpinene (24,19%), followed by prehnitene (18,26%), (+)-4-carene (8,53%), β-cis-ocymene (7,20%), and β-pinene (5,46%) respectively.
Plant diversity indicates the existence of various variations in shape, color, body structure, and the amount contained in an area or ecosystem. The purpose of this study was to describe the types and number of index values for the diversity of types of flower plant in the yards of the residents of Mandikapau Barat Village. The method of this research was to determine the location by means of a survey, determine the area of the yard, take samples by purposive sampling technique, identify the types of flower plant using plant morphology book, and conduct data analysis by calculating the importance value index, species diversity index, dominance index, and abundance index. type. The results of this study found that there were 60 types of flower plant with an average abundance of 1087 ind/m² and 34 famili; RT 1 (26 species with an average abundance of 317 ind/m² and 20 famili); in RT 2 (26 species with an average abundance of 318 ind/m² and 22 famili); and in RT 3 (49 species with an average abundance of 452 ind/m² and 30 famili). The types of flower plant that were mostly found in RT 1 were dahlia flowers (Zinnia elegans L.) 16.72%; in RT 2, namely dahlia flowers (Zinnia elegans L.) 21.70%; and in RT 3, namely linjuang (Cordyline fruticosa L.) 14.38%. Plant in the tree ornamental plant category were 1.7%, leaf ornamental plant were 13.3%, and flower ornamental plant were 85%. The overall value of the diversity index of flower plant is 2.71, which is in the medium category. The overall value of the domination index of 0.1 for flowering plant is in the low category. The overall value of the abundance index of types of flower plant is 0.78, belonging to the high category. The overall value of the important value index of 0.67% for flowering plant is classified in the high category.
Aliran permukaan merupakan air yang mengalir di permukaan tanah dan merupakan curah hujan yang mengalir ke sungai atau saluran danau dan laut. Di daerah beriklim basah bentuk aliran yang mengalir dikenal sebagai aliran permukaan. Debit adalah laju aliran air (dalam bentuk volume air) yang melewati suatu penampang melintang sungai persatuan waktu. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Catchment Area Sungai Hauran karena dapat dikatakan sebagai daerah tangkapan air bagian hulu dari Sub Sub DAS Apukan, Sub DAS Banyu Hirang, DAS Maluka. Analisis Aliran permukaan dan debit puncak dapat menggunakan Agricultural Non Point Source Pollution Model (AGNPS). Pengolahan data menggunakan model AGNPS diperoleh nilai tertinggi aliran permukaan pada sebesar 7,366 mm. Nilai aliran permukaan yang tinggi terdapat pada daerah tangkapan hulu, hal ini di pengaruhi oleh tekstur tanah dan tutupan lahan pada area tersebut. Besar nilai debit puncak pada outlet keluaran model AGNPS sebesar 3,063 m3/s , sedangkan nilai debit puncak tertinggi yaitu sebesar 3,390 m3/s
Telah dilakukan penelitian penentuan karakteristik akustik interior ruangan menggunakan Metode Elemen Batas (Boudary Element Method, BEM). Model ruang/ objek yang digunakan berbentuk persegi berukuran 18 m x 8 m x 3,5 m dengan asumsi permukaan rigid (keras). Ruang objek didiskritisasi menjadi 56 elemen dan 170 node. BEM merupakan salah satu metode untuk menyelesaikan masalah-masalah numerik. BEM memiliki keunggulan utama yaitu hanya permukaan sumber akustik yang didiskritisasi sehingga mengurangi dimensi persoalan yang dipecahkan, menghemat waktu komputasi dan akurasi yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan karakteristik akustik dalam domain interior yaitu tekanan akustik dan kecepatan potensial yang kemudian divisualisasikan menggunakan software MATLAB. Ada empat kasus yang akan diuji yaitu, pertama semua sumber suara ada pada permukaan ruangan, kedua sumber suara berasal dari dua buah loudspeaker, ketiga sumber suara berasal dari satu buah loudspeaker dan keempat sumber suara berasal dari dua buah loudspeaker dengan dua buah bidang permukaan diberi bahan penyerap. Hasilnya menunjukkan nilai minimum dan maksimum tekanan pada titik medan (field point) kasus pertama, kedua, ketiga dan keempat masing-masing adalah 31,768 Pa dan 1664,600 Pa; 0,019 Pa dan 1,278 Pa; 0,018 Pa dan 1,742 Pa; 0,028 Pa dan 1,283 Pa. Waktu dengung yang diperlukan pada kasus pertama, kedua, ketiga dan keempat berturut-turut adalah 1,06 detik, 1,25 detik, 1,27 detik dan 0,7 detik. Waktu dengung pada kasus keempat lebih kecil dibandingkan pada kasus kedua dengan selisih 0,55 detik (sama-sama diberi perlakuan yang sama akan tetapi pada kasus keempat diberi bahan penyerap). Hal ini memperlihatkan bahwa dua buah sumber bunyi dengan kekuatan sama dapat menyebabkan waktu dengung yang berbeda bila bahan permukaan ruangan diganti dengan bahan yang mempunyai koefisien serapan tertentu. Selain itu, didapatkan pengurangan kebisingan pada kasus keempat sebesar 2,5 dB.
ABSTRACT. Magnetic susceptibility measurements have been carried out at three points (A1, A2 and A3) on the surface soil around the Asam-asam power plant. This study aims to determine the magnetic minerals that may be present in these soil samples. Magnetic susceptibility measurements were carried out using the Bartington Susceptibility Meter MS2B. Based on the range of susceptibility values in soil samples, it shows the content of magnetic minerals such as ilmenite, pyrrhotites and titanomagnetite which are thought to come from fly ash and bottom ash from combustion at the PLTU.KEYWORDS: magnetic minerals, soil, flying ash, bottom ash
Effect of sulfuric acid as catalyst due to synthesis of nitrocellulose from pure cellulose towards substitusion degree had been done. The purpose of this research are to find FT-IR absorbance and substitution degree. Nitrocellulose wassynthesized using nitration method in a mixture nitric acid, sulfuric acid and water then cooled at 5OC - 15OC for 60 minutes. Results is showed that nitrocellulose synthesized has FT-IR character that the formation nitro functional group (-NO2) sharp peak at 1635 cm-1 were subtituted completely. However the peak at 1361 cm-1 and 1288 cm-1 nitro functional group (-NO2) incompletely substituted because peak is not sharp. So two hydroxyl functional group peak (-OH) at 3201 cm-1 and 3424 cm-1. Concluded, substitution degree using absorbance ratio from FT-IR spectrum is 2,89.
In general, wheat flour noodles have a chewy and elastic texture, due to the presence of amylose, amylopectin and gluten proteins. People with celiac disease are gluten intolerant, so to enjoy noodles like people in general, an alternative gluten-free flour is needed to replace wheat flour, one of which is banana-cassava flour. To increase the nutritional value and texture of noodles, such as using wheat flour, egg white protein or soybean isolate and xanthan gum or ash water are added. This study aims to determine the effect of adding egg white protein or soybean isolate and the effect of xanthan gum or water ash on banana-cassava flour noodles on the physicochemical and sensory profiles. The research stages are the production of banana-cassava flour noodles, physicochemical profile analysis includes chemical profiles (moisture content, ash content and protein content), physical profile (optimum cooking time, swelling index, cooking loss and water absorption) and gluten content and sensory testing. The results of the analysis showed that the chemical profile of banana-cassava flour noodles met the wet noodle quality standard set by SNI 2987-2015, while the ash content was higher than the quality standard. Some good formulas, the water and ash content in the addition of egg white and xanthan gum (PTX) were around 4.95% and 1.80%, respectively, while the protein content in the addition of soybean isolate and water ash (PKA) was 12.89%. . Physical profiles for cooking time and swelling index on the addition of soybean isolate and water ash (PKA) were 2.50 minutes and 186.10%, respectively, cooking loss on the addition of egg white and xanthan gum (PTX) was 5.85%, while the water absorption in the addition of egg white and water ash (PTA) was 73.95%. Gluten levels in the addition of soybean isolates and water ash (PKA) ranged from 1.10%. The physicochemical profile of banana-cassava flour noodles was influenced by the type of protein and the best formula for gluten-free noodles was the addition of soy isolate. While the ash content, swelling index, water absorption, and gluten content are influenced by the type of agglomerate, and the best formulation for gluten-free noodles is the addition of ash water. The results of the organoleptic test obtained an average score of 4 (out of a scale of 5) on the attributes of color, aroma, taste, texture, and overall preference for the banana-cassava flour noodle sample.
This study aims to analyze the density and distribution of the taro plant and to obtain information about the knowledge of the local population on the cultivation technique of taro (Colocasia esculenta L. Shoot) in Karang Intan Village, Banjar Regency, South Kalimantan. Taro cultivators was carried out by interview method with 10% of respondents. The interview were made a comparison percentage and discussed descriptively. The results showed that the taro cultivators are dominated by women (56.25%) and the rest 43.75% are men. Respondents majority were from the age group 41-50 years (43.75%) and the lowest (12.5%) was from the age group 21-30 and 31-40 years. Farmers are the most occupied livelihood (75%) and the rest are fish farmers (25%). Taro cultivators in Karang Intan Village still apply simple cultivation techniques and local wisdom that are hereditary. Key words: Taro, farmer, knowledge
Research on the adsorption of iron(III) ion using an adsorbent from duck feather-polyethylene composite has been studied. This study aimed to determine the optimum pH conditions and the optimum contact time required in the iron(III) ion adsorption process. Optimum pH and contact time are then measured using AAS to determine the amount of iron(III) ion adsorbed with the duck feather-polyethylene composite adsorbent. The determination of the optimum pH was carried out with pH variations which are 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8, while determination of the optimum contact time was carried out with contact time variations which are 40, 60, 80, 100, 120, 140, and 160 minutes. The result of this research showed that optimum conditions for iron(III) ion adsorption at pH 6 and contact time at 80 minutes, which each adsorption capacity are 68.33% and 79.78%.
Telah dilakukan penelitian tentang pengaruh pemberian pupuk NPK terhadap perubahan intensitas warna relatif air yang dilewatkan pada tanah gambut secara in vitro. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara melewatkan air pada tanah gambut yang telah dicampurkan dengan pupuk NPK dengan variasi konsentrasi 0; 1; 5; 10, dan 20% (b/b) dengan berat total 100 gram dalam sebuah kolom, kecepatan aliran air sebesar 1 mL/menit. Air yang keluar dari kolom ditampung setiap interval 8 jam selama 7 hari pengamatan dan diambil datanya berupa nilai pH dan absorbans. Nilai pH larutan pupuk NPK murni dalam air dengan konsentrasi 10, 20, 30, 40, dan 50% juga diamati sebagai pembanding, diperoleh pH larutan yang kontinyu menurun, yaitu berturut-turut 5,122; 4,821; 4,622; 4,566; dan 4,492. Pada air sampel sebaliknya ditunjukkan naiknya konsentrasi pupuk NPK pada tanah menyebabkan rerata pH air sampel yang dihasilkan cenderung mengalami peningkatan, yaitu berturut-turut 5.47; 5.40; 5,86; 5,71, dan 5,83. Larutan kemudian diukur nilai absorbansinya menggunakan spektrofotometer UV-Vis pada 344 nm. Hasilnya menunjukkan perubahan intensitas relatif warna air tertinggi terjadi pada konsentrasi 10% (b/b) pada interval waktu 24 jam, yaitu sebesar 359%. Hasil spektra FTIR pada endapan sampel menunjukkan lima buah puncak dominan untuk gugus fungsi –OH, –NH, –COOH, –C=N, dan O–CH3.Kata kunci: tanah gambut, pupuk NPK, intensitas warna air.
Karwinaphthol B is a compound of the naphthoquinone group. Karwinaphthol B is a chemical compound found in Bawang Dayak. Karwinaphthol B is one of the compounds considered to have antidiabetic effects. Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic disease that occurs when the body cannot produce enough insulin or cannot use insulin (insulin resistance) which causes blood glucose levels to rise (hyperglycaemia) under normal conditions. This study aims to see the potential of karwinaphthol B as a glucokinase inhibitor with parameters such as ∆G value and interaction of amino acid residues with molecular docking and pharmacophore studies using filter Lipinski, pkCSM, and SwissADME. The results of molecular docking showed that karwinaphthol B compound had potential as antidiabetic based on the ∆G value of -8.39 kcal/mole. Karwinaphthol B compound has an LD50 value of 2.168 mole/kg which is included in the non-toxic category; does not have hepatotoxicity, skin sensitization, and has a good bioavailability value. The interaction of Karwinaphthol B compounds with glucokinase enzymes at amino acid residues VAL62, ARG63, SER64,THR65, PRO66, GLU67, GLY68, SER69, GLN98, MET210 , ILE211, TYR214, TYR215, CYS220, GLU221, MET235, CYS252, LEU451, VAL452, and VAL455.
Quercetin is a polyphenolic flavonoid with potential chemopreventive activity. Quercetin is a chemical compound found in Solanum torvum Sw fruit. Quercetin is one of the compounds that are considered to have anti-inflammatory effects. Inflammation is a localized protective response elicited by tissue damage caused by physical trauma, damaging chemicals, or microbiology. Tumor Necrosis Factor-α (TNF-α) is a proinflammatory cytokine that functions in mediating the innate immune response. Irregular production of cytokines can lead to various immunopathological conditions, including auto-inflammatory, autoimmune, and cancer-causing diseases. This study aims to determine the potential of quercetin compounds derived from turkey berry (Solanum torvum Sw.) which have the potential as anti-inflammatory drugs with parameters such as ∆G, the interaction of residues on TNF-α protein (PDB ID: 6X85) with molecular docking, and pharmacophore studies using Lipinski, pkCSM, and SwissADME filters. The molecular docking simulation results showed that the quercetin compound had a ∆G value of -8.55 kcal/mol and had amino acid residue interactions in the form of ILE155; TYR59; GLY121; TYR119; GLN61; TYR151; VAL123; LEU157; ILE58; GLY122; SER60; LEU120; LEU157. Quercetin has the potential as an anti-inflammatory drug on TNF- α protein with an LD50 value of 2.471; bioavailability value of 0.55; does not have hepatotoxicity and skin sensitization properties and has passed the Lipinski test.
Analisis kandungan silika hasil ekstraksi merupakan limbah kulit padi Banjar varietas “Siam Mutiara”. Analisis dilakukan agar memperoleh informasi saintifik tentang efektifitas variasi dalam konsentrasi Natrium Hidroksida bagi kemurnian silika beserta produk pengarakteran menurut (FTIR) Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy dan (XRF) X-Ray Fluoresence. Teknik pengujian akan dilaksanakan dengan memanfaatkan kulit padi pada kawasan Desa Puntik Tengah, Kec.Mandastana, Kab.Barito Kuala, Kalimantan Selatan dengan melewati proses pembakaransekam padi pada suhu 200oC berlangsung dalam waktu 60 menit yang diteruskan dengantemperatur 600oC berlangsung dalam waktu 240 menit untuk membuat abu dari kulit padi Siam Mutiara dengan corak keabuan putih memiliki hasil abu sebesar 25,49%. Selanjutnya dilakukan metode ekstraksi menggunakan berbagai jenis kadar Natrium Hidroksida 1,0 M; 1,5 M; 2,0 M; 2,5 M; 3,0 M dengan produk ekstraksi silika yang paling menonjol pada konsentrasi NaOH 3,0 M yakni 7,6767 gram dengan 76,767%. Selanjutnya produk karakteristik pengenalan gugus fungsi menggunakan FTIR membuktikan sepenuhnya abu dengan silika pada kulit padi Siam Mutiara mempunyai kelompok yang paling menonjol yakni gugus silanol (Si-OH) dan siloksan (Si-O-Si), sementara itu karakteristik bahan penyusun berdasarkan XRF senyawa silika menghasilkan kadar yang paling tinggi adalah 42,2% yang dihasilkan pada konsentrasi NaOH 1,0 M.
Knowledge of the three-dimensional structure of proteins is very important to understand their character and function at the molecular level. Determination of protein structure in the laboratory is expensive and relatively difficult because it requires sophisticated instruments and takes a long time. As an alternative, an in silico approach can be used to predict the three-dimensional structure of proteins, namely the fold recognition method. The purpose of this study was to create a three-dimensional structure model of snakehead fish (Channa striata) calponin protein using the Phyre2 web server. The target protein sequence was obtained from UniProt KB with code K9LH64. The results of the study showed that the template for building the model was the c1wynA code. The results of the model (MP) evaluation obtained a coverage value was 45%, a confidence value was 100%, and an identity value was 69%. Validation of the model (MP) using the PROCHECK program showed the model was in the most favoured residue plot of 82.4%. This model deserves to be used as a model for calponin protein of snakehead fish, because the disallowed area was below 15%. The results of the analysis of interactions with other proteins using STRING-DB obtained the interaction model (MP) with Actin assembly-inducing protein (ACTA2) was 0.791; and Tropomyosin (TPM1) was 0.786. The results of molecular docking using PatchDock obtained the value of Atomic Contact Energy (ACE) for the calponin protein model (MP)-ACTA2 was 372.76 kJ/mol; Calponin model protein (MP)-TPM1 was 406.93 kJ/mol. The interactions that occured in the calponin model (MP)-ACTA2 were hydrogen bonds at residues Gly-41, Glu-60, Arg-64, Arg-66, Pro-67, Gly-68, Lys-71 and hydrophobic bonds at Arg-64, Lys- 71, Lys-72, Ile-73, Va-138. The interactions model of calponin model (MP)-TPM1 were hydrogen bonding at residues Ser-13, Lys-71, Ala-95, Tyr-96, Ser-136, Arg-137, Arg-150 and hydrophobic bonds at residues Leu-12, Ala-14, Lys-71, Ala-95, Val-138, Arg-150, Phe-152. Analysis of the relationship between the quality parameters of crude palm oil (CPO) at PT. Laguna Mandiri Rantau Factory using a simple linear regression method and multiple linear regression has been carried out. This study was to determine the free fatty acid content, water content, and gross content of CPO and to compare the sample with company standards and SNI. The relationship between parameters was modeled with a simple linear regression mathematical model, Y = a + bx and multiple linear regression, Y = a + b1X1 + c2x2… + bnXn. The results showed that the average free fatty acid was 4.02%, the water content was 0.18%, and the impurities content was 0.018%. The fatty acid content has not met the company standard, while the water content and impurities have met the company and SNI. The relationship of water content (X) to free fatty acids (Y) in the equation Y = 3.328 + 3.804x. The relationship of free fatty acids (X) to water content (Y) in the equation Y = - 0.808 + 0.246x. The relationship between impurities (X) and free fatty acids (Y) in the equation Y = 3.569 + 25.399x. The relationship of free fatty acids (X) to the level of impurities (Y) in the equation Y = -0.124 + 0.035x. The relationship between dirt content (X) and water content (Y) in the equation Y = 0.070 + 6.315x. The relationship between water content (X) and dirt content (Y) in the equation Y = - 0.007 + 0.135x. Cymbidium hartinahianum atau anggrek Hartinah adalah salah satu tumbuhan endemik di Pulau Sumatera bagian utara (Provinsi Aceh dan Sumatera Utara). Selain endemik anggrek ini termasuk anggrek yang di lindungi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui habitat dari C. hartinahianum. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Data yang dgunakan adalah data koordinat, data yang diperoleh selanjutnya akan di masukkan kedalam MS. EXCEL. Data tersebut di konversi menjadi data decimal kemudian di kombinasikan atau di gabungkan dengan data habitat elevasi, curah hujan, kemiringan lereng, tutupan lahan, jenis tanah dan lahan kritis menggunakan software ArcGIS Berdasarkan hasil identifikasi habitat menggunakan pendekatan Sistem Informasi Geografis di peroleh Habitat Anggrek Tien Soeharto (C. hartinahianum) secara umum ada jenis tanah Ao104-2/3c (Orthic acrisol), Curah Hujan menempati 1500-2000 mm/tahun, kedalam tipe tutupan lahan hutan lahan kering sekunder, Kemiringan lereng 60, Tipe lahan kritis, elevasi 2092-2600 m dpl.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen pengujian berbasis pengetahuan konseptual untuk melatih kemampuan berpikir siswa tentang konsep fisika pada materi Hukum Newton dan penerapannya yang sesuai dengan kelayakan instrumen pengujian. Jenis penelitian research and development model Van Den Akker dengan subjek penelitian yaitu X MIA 2 yang berjumlah 20 orang peserta didik di MAN 03 Medan. Hasil uji instrumen penelitian berdasarkan pengetahuan konseptual menunjukkan indikator mengenal, mengklasifikasi, mempresentasikan, membedakan, menentukan, memproduksi. Dengan menggunakan indikator-indikator ini, ditemukan bahwa 28% siswa mencapai hasil yang sangat baik. 12% siswa mendapatkan hasil yang baik, 2% siswa mendapatkan hasil sedang, dan 2% siswa mendapatkan hasil yang buruk. Instrumen tes yang dikembangkan dilakukan validitas ahli, dan uji validitas dengan hasil 96% soal valid dan 4% soal tidak valid, uji reliabilitas tes dengan hasil 086 reliabel berdasarkan validitas. tes, uji reliabilitas, tingkat kesulitan dan kekhasan, pertanyaan yang dapat dipilih dan 6 item yang tidak layak, dengan penerimaan keseluruhan 76%. Berdasarkan hasil uji diskriminasi, yaitu 52% soal dalam kategori sangat baik, 24% pada kategori baik, 8% pada kategori sedang, 8% pada kategori buruk dan 8% pada butir soal yang dibuang.
