In order to explore the intervention effect of growth mindset training on the cultivation of grit quality in middle school students.120 high school students with fixed mindset are grouped by behavioral experiment,and the effect of the intervention is measured by the growth mindset dimension of the implicit personality questionnaire,self-efficacy questionnaire and adolescent grit quality self-report scale in this study.Results show:(1)The immedi-ate effect is obvious after the intervention,that is,for the each variable of the growth mindset(F(2,114)=6.817;P<0.001),self-efficacy(F(2,114)=18.081;P<0.001)and grit(F(2,114)=25.554;P<0.001),there are significantly difference among the three groups,the experimental group is significantly higher than the control group and control group;(2)Two months after the intervention,the delayed test effect is also significant,for the self-effi-cacy variable(F(2,88)=3.667;P<0.05)the experimental group is significantly higher than the control group;for the variable of grit,there is significant difference between the three groups,and the experimental group is sig-nificantly higher than the control group(F(2,88)=7.287;P<0.001);In the growth mindset variable(F(2,88)=1.380;P =0.257),there is no statistic significance among the three groups.The conclusion is that experimental intervention can promote the transformation of middle school students'fixed mindset into a growth mindset,promote the cultivation of grit quality,and provide theoretical basis for middle school students to develop girt quality.

It is of great significance to explore the influencing factors of college students'patriotism emotion un-der the background of the new era.Based on the public data of the 2017 Internet users'social consciousness sur-vey database,this study analyzed the influencing factors of college students'patriotism through multiple regression analysis(OLS).The results show that there is a significant positive correlation between government trust,cultural identity,official media trust and social equity appeal and patriotism emotion,and there is a significant negative cor-relation between non-official media trust and patriotism emotion.Therefore,it is necessary to set up a correct guid-ance in the group of college students and do a good job of ideological and political education in colleges and univer-sities in the new period.

Career Planning for Undergraduates is aimed at establishing a healthy,positive and rational employ-ment mentality and to find the right career orientation for the students.The teacher-centered mode is difficult to stimulate students'participation,and the goal of"Curriculum Ideology and Politics"is difficult to obtain and eval-uate.In this paper,the effective teaching design of BOPPPS is integrated with"Curriculum Ideology and Politics"in the career planning course.Teaching practice among 706 junior undergraduate students reveals that the course under the BOPPPS model highlighted the concept of student-centered participatory learning and effectively achieved the teaching objectives of knowledge transfer,value leadership and ability enhancement.
Decriminalization includes the dismissal of a case at the investigation stage,the decision not to pros-ecute at the prosecution stage,and the verdict of acquittal at the trial stage.The exercise of discretion by judicial subjects at different stages of litigation to convict perpetrators who are not punishable is a concrete manifestation of the balance between the values of justice and efficiency,which can effectively improve the efficiency of criminal proceedings.However,from the viewpoint of judicial practice,the effect of decriminalization is mainly realized by the prosecutor as a doubtful and discretionary non-prosecution,and there are fewer cases in which the police and the judges exercise their power to decriminalise,resulting in uneven application of the decriminalization procedure,which is not conducive to the coordinated development of the institutional system.Therefore,in order to improve the system of criminal discretionary power,this paper takes the perspective of the judicial subject's use of discre-tionary power to make factual determinations and apply the law,clarifies the legitimacy of the exercise of the power to decriminalise,and analyzes the structure of the subject's cognitive system and the factors affecting it on this ba-sis,and clarifies the regulation of the power of discretionary power to decriminalise and its limits,so as to ensure that the judicial subject can exercise its power in a standardized manner.
