The mass line is a kind of epistemology,w hich requires that the party fully respect the principal status of people and the standpoint of the masses,correctly handle the relationship betw een party and masses in ecological civilization construction,not only to provide guidance for ecological civilization construction,but also to provide manpow ered,leading and institutional guarantee in the process of ecological practice. M eanw hile,the mass line is also a kind of methodology,w hich indicates how to build ecological civilization. Through ecological education and the implementation of policy and ecological law,the mass line lets cadres and the masses internalize the ecological civilization concept as public aw areness,and improves the system of ecological civilization,making all the people join into the progress of ecological civilization construction.
In depth analysis of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) based on the mathematical model , and characteristics and structure of the assist motor for Electric Power Steering(EPS) system, hysteresis current tracking control strategy has been proposed and adopted.The paper establishes the simulation models of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor and hysteresis current tracking control system based on Matlab/Simulink to research on the torque、 response speed and anti-jamming capability for $\mathbf{A 0}$ class car at low, medium and high speed. The results verify the control strategy.
An algorithm is proposed for vehicle brand recognition in degrade image. It detects the front face of car based on symmetrical MSER regions,and then extracts the pyramid histogram of gradient orientation( PHOG) features for SVM to classify the vehicle brand. Experimental results indicate that this algorithm is robust to the low quality of non-uniform illumination and camera angle.
农户对农业技术的采用受多种行为及心理因素的影响.自20世纪70年代开始,学术界从政治、经济、心理、行为等多个维度出发,分别提出了小农理论、风险决策理论、技术决策行为理论、低碳技术应用与推广等多种分析范式.文章回顾分析了国内外相关文献,全面阐释了农户在农业技术采用中的经济特性、决策偏好及抉择模式,并提出对低碳农业技术的认知普及、应用与推广是学术界应深入探究的领域,将为农户技术决策行为的研究提供了理论依据.
The subject of Bei sentences in Chinese can be a locative role,w hich helps to constitute locative Bei sentences. Locative roles in Bei sentences can be positional phrases or locative w ords. The recognition of locative roles in the subject position of Bei sentences usually involve locative markers and case relations of verbs,in w hich the former can identify the locative status of the locative roles and the concrete positions of the objects,w hile the latter are based on verb valance and can identify the types and typicality of locative roles. Both of the tw o w ays have advantages and limitations. Sentence pattern valence based on construction grammar can compensate for the limitations of verb valance by stressing on the influence of the sentence pattern meaning and the characteristics of sentence pattern. This study show s that the combination of the verb valence and sentence pattern valence in studying the interaction betw een verbs and sentence patterns in depth can help to comprehend the location role in the subject position of Bei sentences more comprehensively and accurately.
Powdered milk,red beans and wolfberry were used as raw material,Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptocccus thermophilus were used as the production of bacteria to produce yogurt. The optimal technological conditions were determined by orthogonal test as follows:the ratio of juice of red beans and wolfberry is 14:6,the addition of powdered milk is 12%,the additive amount of sugar is 6%,the inoculum size of bacteria is 6%,the fermented temperature is 42℃ and the fermented time is 5h. The production has rich nutrition,good sensory quality and stability.
Taking a main certain type of boom in working device for backhoe hydraulic excavator as research object,three-dimensional(3D) model of boom is established by using 3D parametric design software Pro / E. Through designing of seamless interface of ANSYS and Pro / E software,the boomu0027s 3D model is successfully imported into software ANSYS to establish finite element analysis model,and then the optimization analysis of boomu0027s performance is carried out by using the OPT module in ANSYS as the research platform. With taking the boom of minimum volume( lightest weight) as the optimization target,the effect by using optimization design method in practice is finally analyzed. The results before and after optimization show that,the optimization analysis method can effectively enhance the design efficiency of product based on finite element technology,which providing theory reference for the similar parts of structure optimization.
This paper used the software of Fluent to simulate the hot wind flow field of Coating machineu0027s dryer air nozzle,and got the distribution characteristic of the hot wind in the nozzle,found out the reasons that made the hot wind in the outlet fluctuate greatly. Then some optimization measures were put on to even the hot wind in the outlet,and reduced the effect that caused by the eddy. Thus this paper can make some reference to improve the dry effect.
Through adding different metal ions in the culture medium,inoculated fusarium oxysporum after shaking flask fermentation,determination of pectinase are three components in fermented liquid enzyme( Polygalactuonatelyase PG,Polygalactuonatelyase PL,Petinesterase PE) enzyme activity,discuss different types of metal ions,adding amount on the influence of the pectic enzyme activity. The experimental results show that 0. 06% Mg2+,0. 04% Fe2+raise PG enzyme activity of 205. 62 U / m L,297. 33 U / m L,1. 07 times,1. 45 times higher than that of control group,respectively. When Fe2+concentration was 0. 08%,PL enzyme activity reached 283. 31 U /m L,2. 83 times of the control group,indicating Fe2+plays a role of promoting PL enzyme activity. Fe2+,Zn2+have a significant role in promoting PE enzyme activity,the influence of the concentration of 0. 06% when the maximum 255. 67 U / m L,200. 68 U / m L,2. 40 times and 1. 66 times of the control group. The experimental results of metal ions enhance the vitality of pectinase different components has the reference value,in order to improve the enzyme activity to make it more efficient,fast,the degradation of citrus sacs,realize industrialization of fruit and vegetable cleaning and processing and production to provide the reference.

For the instrument operating conditions is:Agilent19091s-433 chromatographic column; Injection Port Temperature:250℃; Temperature Program:the initial column temperature 60℃,keep 1 min,at 220℃,20℃ / min up to 1 min,then in 5℃ / min up to 280℃,keep 4min; Carrier Gas:He( 99. 999% purity),Flow Rate:1ml / min; Sample:donu0027t shunt sample; Sample Quantity:1μL. Mass Spectrometry Conditions:chromatography and mass spectrometry interface temperature 250℃; Ionization Methods:source of electron impact( EI); Monitoring Ways:select ion scanning mode( SIM). Ionization energy:70ev; Solvent Delay:7min. used this method to detecte three kinds of PAEs( DBP、DEHP、DINP) in four different links of liquor samples of Xiang Jiao company. The results show that adding standard recovery of the ways established was between 91. 4% and 105. 7%,and the degree of precision was between 2.5% and 9. 3%. The calibration curves of method show good linearity in the range of 0. 1μg / m L to 10. 0μg / m L to deteminate PAEs on liquor. Linear correlation coefficient are 0. 977 ~ 0. 998. The detection limit is 0. 05 mg / kg. this way is simple,rapid,sensitive and has strong anti-jammingcapability,qualitative,quantitative,accurace and has reproducibility and precision. The way is completely fit for detecting the residual quantity of 3 classes phthalate consist ing in wine. And Strengthen liquor storage and transport link key control,ensure the quality and safety of liquor.

Through the comprehensive analysis on service type, nature, regional and industrial dis-tribution of technology service in the Western Region in Hunan, this paper gains insights into the present situation of technology service industry development.The results show that there are many problems including small size companies and uneven distribution of types, a low degree of specialization of labor, unreasonable ownership structure, low degree of marketization, unbalanced regional development, difficulty in sharing technical resources, few involved trades, low development level, etc.We should strengthen the support on policy, promote the balanced development of technology service industry, transform government function, cultivate the multiple subjects of technology service industry, plan science and technology resources as a whole, promote the cluster development of technology service, expand the industry area and enhance the development level of technology service industry.
In this study,the Spatial Dynamic Panel M odel is used to analyze influencing factors and spatio-temporal characteristics of China's commercial housing prices using provincial panel data from2003 to 2012. The results demonstrate that land price,supply of commercial residential building and per capita disposable income of urban dw ellers are key influencing factors to housing prices. M eanw hile,the housing prices have dynamic inertia effect in time and regional correlation characteristics in space,i. e.mutual influence of housing prices in neighboring areas or areas w ith similar economic features is higher than that in nonadjacent areas or areas w ith dissimilar economic features.
The security return rates was described by interval fuzzy number,and the security risk rates was described by triangular fuzzy number. Then the maximizing return single objective portfolio model is established based on transaction costs in this paper,Fuzzy two- stage algorithm was applied to solve it. Finally,a numerical example is given to illustrate the validity of the method,to compare and analyze the differences among the fuzzy portfolio model and the clear portfolio model.
