
Digital core technology, originating from the study of micro pore structure modeling of reservoir rock, is based on two-dimensional statistical characteristic information or three-dimensional scanning image of rocks.It is also a method through the use of a series of image processing algorithms or mathematical methods to achieve 3 D digital core model reconstruction, and on this basis to carry out core microscopic characterization and physical characteristics analysis.At present, the commonly used 3 D digital core modeling methods are divided into two categories: random method and process method.Among them, Markov chain-Monte Carlo(MCMC) is a random method, which is widely used due to its advantages such as fast calculation speed, wide application range and reflectable anisotropy.Taking carbonate rock as the research object, the 3 D digital core of carbonate rock with different image sizes was established by MCMC,and the modeling results were analyzed.The results show that because the length of the neighborhood template selected to calculate the transition probability is limited in the MCMC method, the reconstruction results are greatly affected by the image size; When the image size is small, the porosity of the section of reconstructed 3 D digital core model is in good agreement with that of the original 2 D image section, and the modeling result is relatively ideal; If the image size is large, the porosity of the section of reconstructed 3 D digital core model is greatly different from that of the original 2 D image section, and the modeling effect is poor.Therefore, when the MCMC method is used to reconstruct the 3 D digital core model, the appropriate image size should be selected to build the 3 D digital core model that is closest to the real core as far as possible.
The application of compressed sensing in sparse sampling of agricultural monitoring nodes could effectively reduce data redundancy and energy consumption.How to select measurement matrix,sparse basis and reconstruction algorithm was the key to realize sparse sampling and data collection quality control.The method of sparse sampling and reconstruction of single node based on compressed sensing was analyzed systematically.The functional framework of sparse sampling decision system based on compressed sensing was designed.The implementation technology and effect of the system in Python language environment were described.The preliminary application of the system shows that for 30 days of continuous monitoring,sampling interval of 15 minutes of flower stem flow,soil moisture data compression perception,should choose a fixed sampling rate,measurement matrix,sparse base,The reconstruction algorithm selects the periodic measurement matrix,the difference matrix and the SL0 algorithm,and reconstructs the data every 2-10 days to achieve a good compromise between the cost and accuracy of data recovery.

Torsional impact load can be used to solve the premature failure problem of PDC bits which was caused by the stick-slip vibration and the rate of penetration could be greatly improved.In the paper,interaction models between blade and multiple blades and rock were established.Then the comparative experiments between torsional impact load and static load were carried out in laboratory,the torsional impact rock breaking mechanism of PDC bits was studied.Experimental results of red sandstone show that it can save drilling time by 36.6% when drilling the same depth of red sandstone.Also,its maximum penetration rate is higher than that of static load and the average growth rate is 116.8%.Experimental results of yellow sandstone show that its maximum penetration rate is up to 152.3% under the torsional impact as it is under static load.In addition,for 75 mm PDC bit,the best specific weight on bit is 0.16~0.24kN/mm.The research on the torsional impact rock breaking mechanism of PDC bits is the theoretical foundation for efficient rock breaking of PDC bits.
The residues of thiophanate-methyl and carbendazim in primary agricultural products of Hubei Taihu port farm were determined with UV spectrophotometry.The results showed that the residues of thiophanate-methyl and carbendazim in hot pepper,eggplant,cowpea and water spinach exceeded the given standard.The residues of thiophanate-methyl and carbendazim in wheat and rice of parts of Taihu port farm also exceeded the given standard.

8-week growth trial was conducted to investigate the effect of taurine and L-carnitine on growth and antioxidant capacity of gibel carp(Carassais auratus gibebio).Taurine and L-carnitine had three additive levels individually(Taurine:1000,2000,3000mg/kg;L-carnitine:100,200,300mg/kg).The results showed that,food rate(FR)had no significant differenre,food coefficient rate(FCR)and special growth rate(SGR)was affected significantly by taurine and L-carnitine.Groups taurine(1000mg/kg)and L-carnitine(200mg/kg)had the significantly lowest FCR andhighest SGR.The activities of catalase and peroxidase and the contents of Vitamin E,reduced and oxidized L-glutathione were affected significantly by taurine and L-carnitine,and these indexes were the significantly lowest or highest for groups taurine(1000mg/kg)and L-carnitine(200mg/kg).The conclusion was that the growth performance is closely related to antioxidant capacity.
The cDNAs of one FUL homologous gene,FaeseuFUL,were cloned using homology cloning and 3u0027RACE,as well as 5u0027RACE method based on the sequence database of NCBI.The fulllength of Faeseu FUL cDNA was 1060 bp,containing an opening frame(ORF)of 696 bp which encode a polypeptide of 231 amino acids,as well as a 38 bp 5u0027untranslated region(5u0027-UTR)and a 326 bp 3u0027-UTR including apoly-A tail.Sequence comparison and structure analysis showed that Faeseu FUL is a gene of family of MIKC-type MADS-box,highly homologous with protein FUL in Arabi dopsisand belonged to the clade of eu FUL which is a clade of subfamily of AP1/SQUA.In the CTerminal region of Faeseu FUL,there is a FUL motif and paleoAP1 motif.

The resources of Compositae plants in Lvlin town,Jingshan County,Hubei Province were investigated.The results showed that 80 species belonging to 55 genera of Compositae were observed in the area.There are 12areal-types among the total 15 in China.At the level of origin,most of Compositae in Lvlin town,Jingshan county were originated from the temperate regions.Temperate genera accounted for 63.6%(35genera),while the proportion of tropical genera was 21.8%(12genera),and there was only 1endemic genera..This illustrated that Compositae flora of the area mainly consisted of temperate genera coexisting with some other varieties.Many species appeared to be resource plants.According to their use,they could be divided into wild vegetables,honey plants,ornamental plant,medicinal plants,spice plants and pesticidal plants.These resource plants have great potential value of exploitation and use.
Microstructure of peripheral blood cells in Acipenser sinensis were described to provide more information for blood morphological features.Results showed that the erythrocytes and five types of leukocytes,including lymphocytes,thrombocyte,monocytes,neutrophils and eosinophils,were identified in the Wright-Giemsa's stained smears of peripheral blood.However,no basophils were found.Most cells were erythrocytes in peripheral blood cells of Chinese sturgeon,the density of which was(4.82±0.15)×1011cells/L,while the leucocytes were in the minority.Among these leucocytes,the number of thrombocyte was the most,accounting for(48.56±1.38)% of the total number of lecocytes,followed by lyumphocytes,accounting for(32.44±1.92)%,while that of eosinophils was the least,accounting for only(0.37±0.14)% of the total number of lecocytes.Neutrophils had the largest volume while lymphocytes had the smallest,and the size of them were(20.29±1.62)μm×(16.07±2.89)μm and(9.74±2.65)μm×(7.20±0.97)μm,respectively.
The experiment was conducted to study the effect of foliar spraying BR-120 diluted liquid in 750 times on Chlorophyll content,the resistance of grape to Plasmopora viticola,Elsinoe amelina and Uncinula.Necator and main fruit quality of tested varieties,including 9307,Weiduoliya,Flamesee-dless,SO4,Shifuluosha,Hongxia,Ruby seedless and Fujiminor by the method of combining natural identification of disease in field with apparatus measuring inside and outside.The result indicated that two times foliar spraying BR-120 diluting liquid in 750 at flower buds and young fruit period could increase the relative content of chlorophyll.Among tested varieties,SO4 increased scope was the biggest,Hongxia was the smallest.The inner and appearance qualities of fruit had some improvement.But different variety had some difference.The resistance of different tested variety to Plasmopora viticola,Elsinoe amelina and Uncinula.Necator all decreased.
