Creative leadership is related to the creative areas. The nature of creative activities determines the specific character-istics of creative leadership. One of the most significant goals of creative leadership is to inspire creative people’ s creativity and innova-tion, which makes the difference between creative leadership and general leadership in functions. A key part of creative leadership is the build-up of organizational culture in order to satisfy the characteristics of creative work, which essentially embodies the functions of creative leadership. On the basis of analyzing the nature of creative leadership, this study explores the specific functions of creative leadership, and pitfalls.
This article mainly discussed the weapon supply of the national government to the Eighth Route Army during the AntiJapanese War. According to the original agreement,the Eighth Route Army has the equal right with the National Revolution Army,their treatment should be the same as the other nationalist army. However,in fact,the national government rarely provided weapons to the Eighth Route Army in addition to the necessary ammo,the pay and clothing. With the development of the Eighth Route Army,Chiang Kai-shek was more and more concerned about its mightiness. In 1940,he stopped the replenish of ammunition to the Eighth Route Army,and stopped giving out medical supplies and military expenditures before long. Although the national government negatively offered less ordnance supplement to the Eighth Route Army,these weapons and equipment are greatly helpful to them at the beginning of the Anti-Japanese War. Through discussion of this problem,on the one hand,we can understand the second cooperation between CPC and KMT from one aspect. On the other hand,we can also understand how the CPC was strengthened in the difficult situations,and achieved the success in the end.
Competitiveness is a manifestation of the company s comprehensive strength. The evaluation index system is construc-ted in this paper, with the nuclear listing corporations of China as the examples. The Dominance-based Rough Set Approach will be ap-plied to classify the corporations, and the improved T0PSIS method is used to rank one class, in order to achieve the effect of simplify-ing, and the extracted rules provide the reference for future competitiveness evaluation.

Routing optimization must be considered in the process of transportation. Reasonable paths can save time and improve the working efficiency at well. So ant colony algorithm and its improved algorithm are introduced with their superiority to solve the problem in distribution routings with the reality that residents' demand for fruits and vegetables in Baohe area are under a state of rapid development. Based on finding the optimal path,the solutions of two algorithms are compared to find out the shortest path. The results illustrate the necessity of solving the distribution routings of fruits and vegetables in Baohe area,and also show that the algorithms are adaptive in a new environment.
Political consultation in decision-making process is an important institutional arrangement and development of democracy,it's also an important principle and measure to promote modern governance. Bringing political consultation into decision-making process corresponds to the requirements of modern democratic governance,scientific governance and rule of law and so on. This paper analyzes the main factors restricting political consultation in decision-making procedures and puts forward that we should truly bring political consultation into decision-making process by raising awareness,establishing and improving relevant systems,promoting procedural and legal construction and taking other steps such as self-construction of the CPPCC.
The investment behavior of ST companies is the vital issue which capital market concerns.Based on this fact,this article,from the perspective of shareholders and creditors,examines the effect of corporate ownership structure and financial leverage on ST corporate investment spending.The selected data is from the background of listed companies in A-stock market titled with ST between year 2005 and year 2012.According to our research,we believe that ownership concentration as well as long-term liabilities can promote corporate investment,whilst the balance of equity and short-term debt do the opposite.Additionally,we find that the larger the scale of the ST companies,the less their corporate investment while free cash flow keeps positive correlation with investment spending.

In this paper,we construct the evaluation index system of agricultural science and technology competitiveness,which includes four aspects and forty- nine indicators. The main components analysis and regression curves are used to analyze the level of agricultural science and technology competitiveness and the evolution trend of six provinces of central China( Anhui,Henan,Shannxi,Hubei,Jiangxi,Hunan). The results show that the competitiveness of agricultural science and technology of Hunan province is second only to Henan,some indicators are low such as internal R D funding,agricultural technicians,number of patent application( invention). Finally,we recommend some suggestions about agricultural science and technology policy,personnel training and technology system services.
The study examines the perceptive boundary between / y / / / in disyllable situation in Mandarin by tests of identification and discrimination,investigating the effect of context,the displaying orders of options and genders on the position of boundary.The results show that the perceptive boundary of / y / / / is dynamic and it can be affected by a few factors. Finally,the paper has a contrast between monosyllable and disyllable on perceptive boundary.

This paper intro-duces the design rationale and the process of compiling the Chinese-English Parallel Corpus of Public Signs on the basis of a critical re-view of the existing study of public signs. The design and compilation of corpus includes the purpose, scale, criteria, representative-ness, sampling, data collection, digitalization, tagging, and alignment respectively. The purpose of this paper is to provide a reference for researchers.

W-Ni-Fe high density alloys are widely used in the fields of modern military in-dustry and civil industry with its excellent comprehensive mechanical properties such as high intensity, good plasticity, strong impact toughness and penetrability, corrosion resist-ance and high temperature oxidation resistance etc. This thesis discussed the effects of preparation process such as powders preparation,forming,sintering,heat treatment,deform-ation strengthening etc on the comprehensive mechanical properties of W-Ni-Fe high densi-ty alloys,meanwhile it explored the applications of W-Ni-Fe high density alloys into fields of nuclear industry and aerospace industry which provides credible data for the research on the preparation and application of W-Ni-Fe high density alloys.
