This paper summarizes a basic projective inequality of D∞.It's important for proving D∞ to be a λ-model of extensionality in reference[1],However,reference [1] takes it as the frequent application of an equality by mistake.
Objective To evaluate the value of multidetecter computed tomography(MDCT) in the diagnosis of acute bowel obstruction. Methods CT signs were analyzed in 20 patients with acute bowel obstruction which had been pathologically confirmed through operation and CT examination. Results 18 cases had been diagnosed by CT before operations.The obstructive parts were accurately reported in 17 cases,and the causes of acute bowel obstruction were confirmed in 16 cases by CT. Conclusion As MDCT has high diagnostic rate for finding the site and cause of obstruction(94.4% and 88.8% respectively),it can be the first choice in diagnosing acute bowel obstruction.
Severe gastroesophageal reflux was found in 9 out of 18 infants with congenital esophageal atresia studied radiographically shortly after primary reconstruction. Pulmonary complications were recorded in 18 out of 32 similar patients in long-term follow-up. Strictures at the level of the anastomosis were detectable in 18 out of 32 patients; eleven strictures were severe enough to require dilation or surgical revision. These findings suggest that early evaluation for gastroesophageal reflux may be useful in management of infants with esophageal atresia. The precautions taken preoperatively to prevent complications of gastroesophageal reflux should be continued in the postoperative interval unless a competent lower esophageal sphincter is demonstrated.
Objective To find a simple and easy method of diagnosing fatty liver. Methods The risk factors of fatty liver were assessed retrospectively by quantitative determination of the critical point with the receive operating characteristic curve(ROC curve).The inquiry chart of fatty liver was established according to the critical value of most significant factor in diagnosing fatty liver. Results The areas under ROC curve of body mass index(BMI),body weight(BW),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),triglyceride(TG),vital low density lipoprotein cholesterol(VLDL-C) and asparagines aminotransferase(AST) in order were: 0.916、0.872、0.868、0.858、0.833、0.799.The critical value of BMI ROC curve was the best index for diagnosing fatty liver. Conclusion The critical value of BMI ROC curve has high specificity and sensitivity for diagnosing fatty liver.The inquiry chart of BMI is a convenient and speedy means for screening fatty liver.
The critical theory,which has dominated the hermeneutics of art since the 20th century,has been very detrimental to the contemporary aesthetic culture.This can be imputed to a theory centered on logic concept,which positions criticism and works in an opposed relationship,neglecting the perceptual nature of poetic culture.Therefore,contemporary literary theory should reiterate the principle that the significance of criticism is to let literary works exist rather than to replace them or see them as tools for theoretical construction.

Based on the socia1 economic data from 1989 to 2005 years in Fujian,the problem of the structure of county areas in Fujian was reconsidered by using spatial autocorrelation analysis and gray analysis methods.Findings indicate that: Firstly,the over-all county-level spatial disparities of county economy in Fujian have been increased over time in generally;Secondly,the centre of county economy transferred from northwest land to southeast littoral;Thirdly,there were distinct economic convergency regions in Fujian.The economic levels between them were very different,some being high and others low;Lastly,the structure of county areas in Fujian will not change too much.

By means of observation,document data and statistics,this paper analyses attack faults in China's Men Basketball Team from the perspective of form,area and staffs.It is found that majority of attack faults are caused by the forward followed by the guard.The faults in attack,in dribbing and breakthrough in internal lines and in passing the ball from exterior lines to the internal lines are the key problem of attack faults.So suggestions for intensive training are put forward to solve this problem.
Objective To investigate the malignant tumor incidence in Zhouquan,Wuzhen and Shimen county of Tongxiang city,and to analyze its relationship to the arsenic concentration in the drinking water. Methods The cancer registration data of new cases from 1997 to 2006 were collected from the local hospitals in the three counties,and population data were collected from the Center of Zhejiang provincial disease prevention and control.These data were statistically analyzed. Results The general incidence of cancer was significantly increased from 1997 to 2006,especially during the recent three years(from 2004 to 2006).The lung cancer,gastric cancer and liver cancer were among the highest incidences of tumors.About 90% of patients with malignant tumors were at the age from 40 to 79,and the incidence of male patients was as twice as that of female patients.The incidence of malignant tumors was the highest in Wuzhen where the arsenic concentration in the drinking water system was 0.01-0.049 mg/L,whereas,The incidence rate of malignant tumors was lower in Zhouquan where the arsenic concentration was more than 0.05 mg/L. Conclusion The incidence of malignant tumors in Zhouquan,Wuzhen and Shimen county of Tongxiang city was no significant correlation with the arsenic concentration in the drinking water.
Objective To understand causes and countermeasures of interpersonal communication problems in college students. Methods Situation of interpersonal communication and relationship among 500 students in 5 universities of Shenyang was surveyed by the way of questionnaire. Results Among 500 students in 5 universities,66.31% of all students had perfect interpersonal communication and relationship,whereas,27.12% of the students had poorer interpersonal communication and relationship and 6.57% of the students had a big problem in interpersonal communication and relationship.There were differences of interpersonal communication problems in sex of students and regions where students came from.The problems of interpersonal communication in male students were more serious than those in female students,and the problems of interpersonal communication in students who came from countryside were more serious than those from major and medium cities. Conclusion Some students have interpersonal communication problems,and the correct directions are necessary for them to solve their problems according to the causes of these problems.
Objective To establish methods of qualitative identification and quantitative detection for total paeoniflorin in Granula Self-cleaning. Methods TLC and HPLC method were carried out respectively to identify and determine paeoniflorin.The HPLC analysis was performed using SHIMADZU HPLC system.An Agilent C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm) column coupled with guard column C18(Shim-pack GVP-ODS ×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used at 40 ℃.The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile and 0.1% phosphate aqueous(17 ∶83) at flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 230 nm. Results The linear ranges of paeoniflorin was 14～140 μg·mL-1(r=0.999 9) and its average sample recovery of paeoniflorin was 103.12%(RSD 3.37 %).RSD value of reproducibility and precision was respectively 2.20% and 0.38%. Conclusion The established method was simple,accurate,reliable and low cost,thus it is applicable for the quality control of Granula self-cleaning.
Objective To find better methods for cleaning occult blood on surgical instruments in delivery room,and to perish cross infection in hospital. Methods After operation,firstly surgical instruments were cleaned thoroughly by hands,and then instruments were divided into three groups: the peroxyacetic acid group(soaked in mixture of 0.6%～0.7%peroxyacetic acid for 30 min,n=100),and the peroxide group(soaked in stock solution of 3%peroxide for 30 min,n=100)),and the enzyme group(washing liqid of 0.5%enzyme for 30 min,n=100).After soaking,surgical instruments were took out,dried and sterilized,and then occult blood on surgical instruments was detected. Results The positive rate(95%) of occult blood on surgical instruments in the enzyme group was significantly higher than that(0%) in the peroxyacetic acid group and that(0%) in the peroxide group(P0.01). Conclusion It can thoroughly eliminate residual blood on surgical instruments that surgical instruments were soaked in mixture of 0.6%～0.7% peroxyacetic acid or in stock solution of 3% peroxide after thorough cleaning.

Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment level of testicular torsion. Methods The clinical data of 37 cases with testicular torsion were analyzed retrospectively. Results 10 patients were misdiagnosed on their primary visit.14 patients were performed orchiectomy,and the other 23 patients were treated by orchidopexy. Conclusion Testicular torsion can bring about serious problem such as necrosis of the testicle.When sudden acute scrotum pain occurs in an adolescent,the testicular torsion must be considered.Color Doppler ultrasonography is the first choice of accessory examinations to diagnose testicular torsion.Timely surgical exploration should be performed in the cases of acute scrotal problem suspected of testicular torsion.

Objective To observe the analgesic effect of automatic epidural analgesia pump(PCEA) on patients with cesarean section. Methods 180 patients with cesarean section were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group(90 cases) and the control group(90 cases).90 patients in the experimental group were applied with PCEA and 90 cases in the control group were given pethidine.The analgesic effects in those two groups were observed. Results The analgesic efficiency in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(χ2 =46.3,P0.01),and sleep time in the experimental group was significantly longer than that in the control group(t=5.68,P0.01).So were rates of early contact between mother and baby,early sucking of baby,on-demand breast-feeding and successful breast-feeding in the experimental group in comparison with those in the control group(χ2 =29.6、21.6、19.4 respectively,P0.01). Conclusion The analgesic effect of PCEA applied in patients with cesarean section is perfect,and PCEA is conducive to rehabilitation of maternity and breast-feeding success.
