This paper analyzed the main problems of teaching ship auxiliary engine,gave the construction and use methods of ship auxiliary engine dimensional materials,which is a good reference value for enriching ship auxiliary engine course resources and improving the quality of course construction.
Introducing ad hoc arbitration in China can overcome the unfair and unequal problems faced by China and foreign countries in the recognition and enforcement of arbitral awards,enhance the international competitiveness of China's maritime arbitration,and help improve China's investment and trade environment.In the background which the Arbitration Law only recognizes institutional arbitration,the Opinions of the Supreme People's Court on Providing Judicial Guarantee for the Building of Pilot Free Trade Zones lacks a legal basis for the recognition of ad hoc arbitration.Before the amendment of the Legislation Law,China could only introduce ad hoc arbitration by amending the Arbitration Law.After the amendment of the Legislation Law,ad hoc arbitration can also be introduced by suspending the application of Article 16 and Article 18 of the Arbitration Law in the Free Trade Zone as well as making flexible provisions to the Arbitration Law through the regulations of the Special Economic Zone and the Pudong New Area.Comprehensively comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the three introduction paths,it is believed that the best path is to make flexible provisions to the Arbitration Law through the regulations of the Special Economic Zone and the Pudong New Area.

Taking the navigation state of a ship from Anchorage to berth as the research object,the overall dynamic risk of the navigation process of the ship channel is evaluated based on the matter element analysis model,and the index weight value determined by the information data is used to obtain the simulation chart of the dynamic risk assessment of navigation in the ship channel,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the safety management of port and shipping management departments and shipping companies.The actual ship verification results show that the risk of ship navigation in Dongying Port shows a"V"shape,and the risk is the highest near float No.5 to No.9,and the ship traffic flow is the primary factor affecting the risk of ship navigation.Based on the matter element analysis model,there can be a scientific and reasonable assessment of the dynamic risk of ship navigation.

In the era of big data,data information has exploded,and web crawlers have emerged as a data search engine,but in the process of using it,the legal benefits of data security have been threatened.As a neutral technical tool,web crawlers are only regulated by criminal law when they are classified as malicious crawlers,and due to the shortcomings of the law itself,the criminalisation path of malicious crawlers needs to be further clarified.Throughout the practice,the majority of cases involving crawlers are related to the infringement of computer information systems and the infringement of personal information of citizens,while the former involves more crimes of suspected illegal intrusion into computer information systems and illegal acquisition of computer information system data.In general,the criminalisation of malicious crawling cannot be divorced from the basic principles of criminalisation,i.e.the principle of unity of subjectivity and objectivity and the principle of statutory penalties.

In order to improve the accuracy of tea plantation recognition,an improved ShuffleNetV2 model was proposed based on Gaofen-1 remote sensing image in Meitan County,Guizhou Province.The research results show that compared with the traditional hLDA model,the improved ShuffleNetV2 model has a better effect in tea garden identification,and the overall classification accuracy and Kappa coefficient are increased by 4.2%and 0.09.The effectiveness of the improved ShuffleNetV2 model in improving the accuracy of tea plantation recognition was verified.
