
汽轮发电机组为企业生产提供稳定的电能,必须安全、可靠地运行.为了及时发现设备运行的安全隐患和预防发生恶性事故,需要在线实时监测汽轮发电机组运行的状态.针对汽轮发电机组恶劣的运行环境,设计了ARM-FPGA架构的异构多通道数据采集系统.基于"流水线"的思想,提出一种并行数据采集控制策略提高多通道数据采集的速度.实验表明,本装置的精度、实时性和稳定性均满足应用需要.该系统已成功应用于汽轮发电机组的在线监测中,为汽轮发电机组的长期稳定运行提供了保障.
In order to reduce the pressure ulcer phenomenon when the patient uses a non-invasive ventilator mask, the patient’s facial pressure ulcer prevention in the design of the non-invasive ventilator mask is studied.First, the decompression pad of the non-invasive ventilator mask was designed, and then the rubber band was made, and finally the ventilator mask placement bracket was designed to complete the design of the non-invasive ventilator mask.Experimental results showed that after 10 patients applied the non-invasive ventilator mask based on the patient’s facial pressure ulcers in this study, only 2 had blood blisters and redness, and the remaining 7 patients had no pressure ulcers, and only One patient had air leakage when using a non-invasive ventilator mask, and the cost of the mask was less, which proved that the patient’s facial pressure ulcer and pressure ulcer prevention effect in the design of the non-invasive ventilator mask in this study was good, which satisfied the non-invasive The patient’s facial pressure sore prevention needs in the design of the ventilator mask.
In this paper,how to realize data acquisition of various control systems is introduced in iron and steel enterprises through industrial isolation gateway,using OPC technology,DCOM configuration and various data acquisition strategies.The control system has various types of equipment and some of them are obsolete.An intelligent integrated monitoring and control system for production scheduling supported by modern information technology is established by using isolation gateway,data private network,firewall and server.The production process data is unified in a data platform to realize the data sharing and real-time monitoring of the production process, enhance the real-time tracking of the safety production status, realize the controlled management of the whole enterprise production links, and meet the relevant requirements of the Ministry of industry and information technology.The application of this example has certain reference significance for the construction of data acquisition information platform of relevant enterprises.
A smart electrical appliance detection system is designed for the problem that high-power appliances in college students’ classrooms may cause fires.When the electrical appliance is inserted into the socket,the electrical parameter sensor is used to complete the detection of the electrical parameter value,the data analysis is used to monitor and identify the working state of the electrical appliance,and the liquid crystal display is used to display the monitoring result.At the same time,the OneNET IoT cloud platform is used to store and update the electrical information in real time.The system and the cloud platform are connected through WIFI.The administrator can log in the real-time view of the electrical appliances in the bedroom through the mobile APP or webpage to realize the remote monitoring function of the electrical appliance.The experimental results show that the recognition rate of electrical appliances can reach more than 90%,and the liquid crystal display and cloud platform modules can work normally.
in order to be able to under specific conditions of mechanical seal leakage in medium,spring rate,temperature,pressure, torque measurement,performance parameters,such as through acquisition card using LabVIEW as the development platform for designing mechanical seal performance parameters measurement system,and according to the mechanical seal experimental process of designing the software of the data collection process, and according to the measured parameters of the mechanical seal performance measurement parameters for the determined,according to the measured parameters and control requirements for acquisition task set,the sampling rate al-location,then determine the control channel and measurement channel. Based on event driven to differentiation of program function modules,design the system user interface. Through the experiment on the system,the system of anti-interference measures to effectively improve the precision and reliability of measurement data,and the measurement data of the system were analyzed,the system stable enough in the process of operation,data collection and has high precision,effective data collection to meet the mechanical seal performance meas-urement requirements.

The detection on line of marine Shafting is plssible because of the damage identification method base on vibration energy.The fault diagnosis system is designed with the hardware of acceleration sensor(ICP) and multi-channel telemetry module(MT32) and communication module(ADAM4521) and with the software of graphical programming language of Labview. The feasibility of the method is verified by the experiment.
Remote monitoring system of water wells for waterworks based on industrial Ethernet ring nets is introduced in this paper,the structure and principle of the system are expounded in detail,The whole monitoring system is mainly composed of industrial PC、switches、PLC controller.Via Ethernet pump control and information collection are realized through the information exchange between industrial PC and PLC,the reliability and stability of the monitoring system is verified after a long run.
Aiming at the requirements of electric power industry for current digital surveillance equipment,the paper combined with AT89S52 microcontroller,MPU6050 acceleration sensor and WIFI232 wireless router and designed a set of device which could monitor the tilt angle of overhead traction plate in high voltage overhead line construction real-time. At the same time,the angle data that the device collects could transmit wirelessly by WIFI232 wireless router. In the data reception,we design data receiving interface based on C#. The receiving interface could show three-dimensional inclination angle of the traction plate runtime. We have designed an adaptive filter. We conduct engineering data experiments. This adaptive filter has ideal performance and the output signal data are consistent with the real angle. Experiment results indicate that the monitoring device can provide three-dimensional inclination angle data after de-noising of high voltage overhead line construction traction plate runtime for workers. All in all,the device can improve the efficiency of construction tremendously,relieve the construction workers' pressure,and enhance security and stability of engineering.
Aiming at the experimental stage vehicle test,the need for aircraft to match various signal simulation test system,a system was designed based on Ethernet transmission interface,using FPGA as the control core of the external system equivalent device. The equivalent device adopts W5300 to realize the communication between PC and FPGA Ethernet,sent to the main control board command parsing forwarding,to control the function board coordination produce the required signal,including 27 DC signal,17 Road,15 road condition signal pulse signal and the 3 Road sinusoidal alternating current,torque current,serial,digital platform motor power signal. Test results in combination with other equipment display,high reliability and stable function of the equivalent device,has been successfully applied in a space test system.
In view of the shortcomings of traditional development model in power electronic equipment,such as research and development cycle long,time-consuming for code test. By using the model based design method,developed a 1.5 k W single phase photovoltaic grid connected inverter with deadbeat controller,from the principle of single phase photovoltaic grid connected inverter to achieve the entire system,described the process and model based design method in detail,to show the superiority of the model based design. The results show that the method can significantly enhance the reliability,portability,testability and readability of code,leaving out manual programming controller code,test and verification for code,greatly shorten the development cycle.
According to the problems of circuit analysis experiment box,such as easy to damage,maintenance is not timely,potential safety hazard,developed a virtual simulation experiment platform based on Matlab software,adopts modular thinking and design each experiment as a module,which im proves the system reliability. Meanwhile,design virtual interface using the Matlab GUI,which is convenient for select experiment,view the experiment procedure and principle,and compare the experiment results under different parameters,the result is clear. Experiments show that the platform is easy to operate,has the repeatability,with numerical and graphical results,it is not only reduce the costs,but also attract the students to verify the experiment and design independent experiment.
Based on the structure and function analysis,gas enterprise SCADA system has been designed by secondary development of Kingview monitoring software. The configuration method which a USB serial port was connected to the computer USB interface were illustrated,and the system realized the function of the number of acquisition through the mobile communication network between computers without hardware limitations,no geographical barrier dynamic data exchange. We described the significant role of the SCADA system played in increasing the level of automation,improving the efficiency of gas production,enhancing security by intercepting the recorded data and the curve in the process of system operation,and put forward the developing direction of SCADA system.
To monitor carbon monoxide concentration in wider area and multi-place,the monitoring system based on ZigBee wireless sensor networks is designed. The system takes CC2530 chip as the core. The communication distance is extended with CC2591 chip. The field monitoring demand is met through the design of the system soft ware and hardware. The experiment results in lab and field show that the communication distance is 1.5 km. The system has advantages of high reliability,better anti-interference ability and good scalability. The field CO concentration can be monitored fast by this system.
Aiming at some shortcomings existing in the experiment of the traditional process control,the integrated automatic control system of power plant boiler is designed based on Siemens PCS 7,including overheating steam outlet temperature control system,fuel and air supply control system,feed water control system. The control strategy of each loop can be realized by usingthe continuous function chart(CFC),sequential function chart(SFC)in PCS7 and simulation equipment of SMPT1000.The experimental results show that the experimental system with small overshoot and fast response speed can switch without disturbance,run stably and have strong anti-disturbance capacity.
Aiming at the problems that the precise model of Nd Feb hydrogen explosion system cannot be established and the internal allloy grinding degree of hydrogen explosion process cannot be measured online,the ACP theory,which was applied to solve complex problems,was employed to establish a parallel system framework of Nd Feb hydrogen explosion process system. Based on the basic content and framework of ACP theory,the Nd Feb hydrogen explosion artificial system was constructed,which was equivalent to actual system. Numbers of computational experiments has been carried out to evaluate the artificial system. Through the parallel execution of artificial system and actual system,online constantly adjusting the best process curve for the system,and guides the practical production more reasonably.
Be dead against the shortage of the realistic use of the well logging communication system using 1553 BBUS base on FPGA,the paper designs a new type system base on the dual-core structure-FPGA and singlechip.It introduces the details of the 1553B-BUS using FPGA and the singlechip-C8051F340 and the key technology of the Manchester code's encoder and decoder in 1553B-BUS. The FPGA and the singlechip's advantages have been used fully in the design,and also multitasking ability and full function have been successfully used in the data processing system of C/O energy spectral logging tool,and has been in Shengli Oil Field verified practical logging.
Aiming at the control object was nonlinear and time-varying in the frequency con version and constant pressure water supply system now,a PID control scheme based on BP neural network was proposed. By self-learning and weight adjustment of neural network,the PID control parameters of optimal control performance were obtained.The simulation results show that the system improves the control accuracy,compared with the classic PID control method,and also has better robustness and adaptivity. Therefore,it makes the system output pressure constant,and has the effect of energy-saving.
Hot metal temperature was an important characterize for furnace temperature representation,the outliers and missing values in collected data sets bring greater difficulties to blast furnace modelling and operation optimization.This work will study the outliers and missing values new detection and recovery techniques due to the problems of error detection and low accuracy recovery by traditional detection and recovery methods. This paper begins with the blast furnace data aquisition background introduction from blast furnace operation angle. Then,according to the specific problems in data collected system,this work uses conventional methods to process and repair the outliers and missing values,and points out the problem. Furthermore,this paper proposes a new detection and recovery methods for hot metal temperature outliers and missing values based on multi-sacle technique,which takes the tapping number series as the time axis. Finally,a steel mill blast furnace data set was given to test the proposed methods,the results show that the new methods have better performance than traditional methods.
