It is not so easy for most medical postgraduate students to publish papers in SCI cited journals successfully. The article is to guide medical postgraduate students how to publish papers in SCI-cited journals successfully regarding preparation of papers,procedures in submission,and revision suggested by the journal and replying to reviewers.
In 2014,China Navy participated in the RIMPAC for the first time. We summarized an overview of the military medical communication,and analyzed the characteristic of U. S. Navy in the academic communication. On the basis,we give some suggestions on improving our military medicine academic communication.
Obj ectives The hospitalization expenses were compared in the different categories of patients with medical insurance (including medical insurance for urban workers , medical insurance for urban residents , medical corps, new rural cooperative scheme, and pay -of -pocket patients), to provide scientific basis to control the unreasonable growth of hospitalization expense .Method Cluster sampling method was used to obtain the hos -pitalization expenses of different categories of patients with medical insurance , who has be admit to a secondary hos-pital from 2011 to 2013.Descriptive statistics methods were used to analyze the inpatient expense and its constitu -tion.Conclusion The new rural cooperative scheme management department should strengthen the supervision of medical service to control hospitalization expenses .The keys to control the growth of the expenses should focus on the length of hospitalization day, the drug costs and other costs .
With the development of nursing,nursing management mode also changes. In this paper,a negative list management of nursing procedure was introduced,and some examples were illustrated,with which to broaden the idea of nursing management,strength the depth and breadth of nursing management further.
Objective The general benefits of the hospital were evaluated from 2009 to 2014,and then the corresponding measures for the hospital development were put forward.Methods Descriptive statistics method and TOPSIS method were used to analyze the bed scale,service volume,work efficiency,medical income and service quality.Results ①The number of beds,volume of outpatients and inpatients,utility of bed and income were increased year by year,the increasing percentage of which was 78%,165%,118%,93%,220%respective respectively from 2009 to 2014.②The comprehensive benefit of 2013 was less than 2012.Conclusion The development of hospital scale can bring the increasing of service quantity,efficiency,income and service quality.Meanwhile an uncontrolled expanding may cause the decreasing of comprehensive benefit.Therefore,it is important for hospital to pay attention to balance the bed scale,medical efficiency,service process,medical resources and the quality of medical treatment.
Objective To assessment the health promoting lifestyle level of clinical nurses in comprehen-sive hospitals, and analyze the influencing factors of demographic characteristics.Methods 360 clinical nurses from three comprehensive hospitals were selected by using the method of convenience sampling to fill out the general information questionnaire and Health Promoting Lifestyle Scale ( Profile-II, HPLP-II) .Results The standard-ized score of health promotion behavior is(110.84 ±19.79).the highest score of each dimension is interpersonal relationship dimension, the lowest score of each dimension is exercise dimension, 82.2%of the nurses′lifestyle are unhealthy, different gender, age, length of service of nurses health promoting lifestyle scores were different, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nurses'health promoting lifestyle is poor. Hospital nursing administration should further to find out the effect of other factors of nurses in a healthy lifestyle, to carry out health promotion activities, to promote the clinical nurses to develop a healthy lifestyle, ensure employees'physical and mental health, so as to improve the quality of nursing.
The moral hazard will cause excessive medical treatment,which will cost patients more medical expenses,meanwhile,physician will provide conservative treatment,and the curative effect is not ideal. These issues make the physicians- patient conflicts more prominent. From the perspective of moral hazard,the causes of physicians- patient conflicts were put forward,and the suggestions were given as improving the transparency of payment,paying attention on patients' satisfaction,developing the medical liability insurance,expanding psychological intervention and creating positive public relation.

Methods Based on the B /S four -layer system structure of ASP.NET and hospital information system (HIS) of oracle 10, the seamless contiguity was achieved of all the logistics systems of hospital management , and the sharing of the data was improved.Results The demands of different operational processes were taken into account in the design of the function module .The application of the system will make the logistical support management works more scientific, normative and effective.Conclusion The logistical support efficiency and quality have been im -proved with this system.

The medical treatment system in medical clinic for field infectious disease was designed and de-veloped after analyzing the treatment characteristics of infectious disease patients in the battle field and the medical support's demand of the field infectious disease clinic.It includes 5 subsystems:operation command system, triage and evacuation system, medical treatment system, medical technical system and pharmacy management system.It will pro-vide the information tools for the medical treatment system in field infectious disease clinic's combat readiness training.
Objective To shorten the register time and waiting time and improve patient satisfaction, and to raise the utilization ratio of health resources.Methods To compare the register time, waiting time and patient satisfaction between the period of time the booking before and after the implement of the measure.Results after implement the period of time to make an appointment, register time and waiting time significantly will be shortened (P <0.01), and patient satisfaction will be increased significantly (P <0.01).Conclusion Period of time to make an appointment can shorten registration time, waiting time, improve patient satisfaction, improve the utiliza-tion rate of health resources, and promote the quality of the hospital.
Objective To investigate the published papers by Chinese scholars at home and abroad and understand the development of translational medicine in China. Methods The published translationalrelated professional papers between Jan. 1 2000 and Jun. 31 were searched and analyzed,database using Pub Med,Chinese biomedical literature database( CBM disc) and China Knowledge Network( CNKI) database for statistics and using the information visualization software Citespace to clearly display the hot research fields. Results In China,the translational research lags behind the developed countries. The main type of papers is review related to the translational medical concept,education and training,platform construction,and research-oriented hospital. The main research papers were involved to tumor,neuroscience,cardiovascular,tissue engineering,and infectious disease.Conclusion The translational medicine has become a research hot spot in our country,but should get out of the concept,and to solve clinical problems in major diseases for serving the majority.
Through preliminarily constructing education quality assurance and assessment system of gradu -ate students in military medical university , the article defined the concept of quality of graduate education , evalua-tion criteria and related factors , which would play a positive role in promoting the formation of a quality standard system in line with national conditions .
Objective To investigate the psychological measurement index for the effectiveness and discrim -ination of drug packaging (Color Mark) in the medicine for self -aid and mutual -aid.Methods ①The classical Learning -recognition paradigm was used to investigate the memory effect by memorizing the characteristic of three series of color mark.According to the ebbinghaus forgetting curve , the recognition judgment task was arranged 3 mi-nutes and 48 hours after the learning to investigate whether the accuracy decreased .②The cognitive research para-digm within subjects was used to investigate whether there were differences among the accuracy (ACC) and reaction time(RT) of three series of color mark in the classification judgment tasks .Results ①The ACC 3 min later: Color mark 1 was 96.27%, Color mark 2 96.39%, and Color mark 3 95.42%.48h later: Color mark 1 was 96.99%, Col-or mark 2 93.91%, and Color mark 3 98.40%.Using repeated measures analysis of variance , time factors F =0.496, P =0.482 >0.05, it was considered that there was no obvious decline in the recognition ACC of the three se -ries of color mark over time.②The classification ACC : Color mark 1 95.56%, Color mark 2 95.56%, and Color mark 3 97.72%.Single factor analysis of variance was used , F =0.444, P =0.642 >0.05, and it was considered that there was no significant difference in classification ACC among the three series of color mark .The classification RT: Color mark 1 680.37ms, Color mark 2 699.05ms, and Color mark 3 648.95m %.Single factor analysis of vari -ance was used, F =1.32, P =0.268 >0.05, and there was no significant difference in RT , either.Conclusion The characteristic of the color mark was distinctive and had satisfactory memory effect , keeping stable over time.
The aim of with the high- value quality management in hospitals abroad is to maximize patients' rights,namely to achieve the best result of diagnosis and treatment with the lowest cost. There are 6 main parts to implement this kind of management as following: to organize integrated practice units( IPUS),measure outcomes and costs of the medical service,take bundled payments for care unit,integrate care delivery system,expand geographic reach and build a sharing information platform. The high- value quality management provides us a good way to solve the mechanism problem and systemic,structural contradiction in public hospital reform.
Objective To study the recruits adapt ability, and provide evidence for early intervention and health education of recruits.Methods The symptom checklist(SCL -90), questionnaire and psychological inter-vention were adopted to evaluate the police recruits before and after adaptation.Results ①The total average score of SCL -90 about police recruits after adaptation was 1.17 ±0.20, which significantly lower than the total average score of police recruits, and significantly lower than that of Chinese adult norm(P <0.01);②The total average score of SCL -90 between the groups of the urban and rural of recruits were no significant difference(P >0.05);③The total average score of SCL -90 about high cultural degree is significant difference with low education level before training(P <0.05).After training, high degree of culture recruits was lower than the low cultural degree(P<0.01).Conclusion The results of this study suggest that mental health education and psychological interven-tion should be individualized in new recruits, and pay attention to cultural degree.
Objective To investigate job stressors of a hospital affiliated to a military medical university and provide references for nursing management.Methods A total of 162 nurses were selected from a hospital affiliated to a military medical university using convenient sampling method and investigated with the Job Stressors Scale.Results The first and foremost occupational stress latitude of employed nurses in a military hospital is workload and time assignment.The specific stressors in descending order were too much non-nursing job; Nursing procedures will make patients hurt; Low income.Nurses who have different income show different stressors.Conclusions Occupational stressors of employed nurses in military teaching hospitals should be taken seriously and psychology training should be carried out by nursing managers to promote nurses physical and psychological health and to improve nursing quality as well.
The health information platform for priority officers were used to supervise the routine medical service and nursing, manage health care quality and realize the management of the whole service process .In the fu-ture, the focus will be put on the daily management and inspection information collection , thus to improve manage-ment level.
