In developed countries government performance auditing was carried out earlier,and the experiences in auditing range,contents,standard and ways and methods in government performance auditing of the developed countries can be used as references.On the basis of these analyses,this paper suggests that we should perfect the system of rules and regulations,set up the system of evaluation,bring forth new ideas in the auditing ways and methods,andoptimize human resources,and it is expected that they can be helpful in the development of the government performance auditing of our country.

Security is the everlasting topic of the Civil Aviation.Since 1974,the accident rate of the commercial jet transport aircraft in the world stays constant.The accident statistics within the world indicates that 80% flight accident is related to the human error,and 70% of them is closely related to the pilot.Since 11.21 air disaster in 2004,the safe flight record of China's aviation is kept on and the aviation transportation is in potential crisis with a periodic rule of accidents.At such a sensitive period in an era of globalization and diversification,there is an urgent need for our civil aviation to set up a sound system for crisis management.This article introduces the crisis management theory,analyzes the crisis and causes,and puts forward some countermeasures.
Complete cost method and variable cost method are two different cost calculation methods with distinct characteristics.Their key differences lie in the cost contents of products,the stockholding contents and the gains and income statements calculated according to the two methods,which result from the different disposals of the fixed manufacturing costs.Based on the establishment of some essential accounts,it is completely feasible to realize the organic integration of variable cost method and complete cost method.
