
In view of the fact that the current R&D level of mobile microreactor cannot meet the requirements of the GB11806-2019"Regulations for the Safe Transport of Radioactive Materials",the work aims to study the transportation safety of mobile microreactor by means of risk assessment.The risk assessment mainly included calculating the probability and consequences of extreme accidents encountered by the mobile microreactor during transportation,and the types of accidents that the mobile microreactor might encounter during transportation were sorted out according to the relevant requirements of 10CFR71 and §12 of the United States.The collision with the tanker truck with the most serious accident consequences was taken as the extreme hypothetical accident and the accident consequences of the mobile microreactor with a hypothetical heat power of 20 MWt under a hypothetical accident were calculated by the method of five-factor formula.The hypothetical accident probability of the mobile microreactor was 9.7×10-6/year under the condition of annual transportation,and the irradiation dose to the workers under the hypothetical accident after the microreactor was cooled for one year was 810 mSv.After 5 years of cooling,the radiation dose to the workers under a hypothetical accident was 590 mSv.The consequences of the mobile microreactor under the hypothetical accident far exceed the irradiation dose limits for workers in SSG-26 Advisory Material for the IAEA Regulations for the Safe Transport of Radioactive Material and the GB 18871-2002"Safety Standard for Protection against Ionizing Radiation and Radiation Sources".Moreover,the probability of hypothetical accidents does not meet China's nuclear safety guidelines screening requirement of 10-7/year for beyond design basis accidents.Therefore,it is necessary to take management measures,including armed escort and route planning,during the transportation of mobile microreactors,to reduce the probability of hypothetical accidents,and to take corresponding emergency measures to mitigate the accident consequences of hypothetical accidents to meet the regulatory requirements of the nuclear safety authorities.

This forms a keyword graph with inflation word analysis, guiding innovation direction. Applying this to fitness rowing machine innovation identifies needs. Empowering R&D for swift decisions enhances competitiveness.
The current stereo warehouse in the cold chain logistics industry faces problems such as high product loss rate, severe temperature deviations, and low level of informatization. To ensure the food quality and safety of cold chain logistics warehouses, and achieve cost reduction and efficiency improvement, this study focuses on the operational scenarios of stereo warehouses in cold chain logistics, and designs a five-dimensional digital twin model with full mapping and multidimensional simulation. By integrating heterogeneous data from multiple sources, it achieves real-time visualization and monitoring of all elements in warehouses, and proposes a model optimization strategy that supports system-linked decision-making. This strategy intelligently adjusts the load and thermal distribution in the temperature-controlled zones of warehouses to maximize operational efficiency and reduce operating costs. Using this approach, a digital twin system for cold chain logistics warehouses was constructed. By comparing the warehouse operation data before and after optimization, the loss rate of fresh vegetables under the same storage conditions was reduced by 25-30%. This system achieves precise mapping and coordinated operation of real-time data from cold chain logistics warehouses and dynamic virtual models. The practical application of this solution is demonstrated in a cold-chain warehouse of a supply chain company in Guangdong, forming an integrated control model for cold chain logistics warehouses. This model provides a reference for the application of digital twin technology in the operation, scheduling, decision-making, and collaborative operations of cold chain logistics warehouses and offers new possibilities for establishing improved packaging for perishable products and ensuring cold chain food quality and safety.
The work aims to mine consumer preference information from online review data in order to explore the improvement strategy of Bluetooth headset design.The Python crawler was used to capture target consumer reviews,and the demand topic and keywords were located through data mining and text analysis.Based on the theory of consumer preference,sentiment analysis and demand description of product functional attributes were conducted to control vari-ables,and the Mixed-logit model was used to extract consumer preference characteristics,so as to seek the optimal design strategy.Through quantitative empirical research,the significant expression of preference characteristic parameters was analyzed by regression,and an example of Bluetooth headset improvement strategy was generated,and its feasibility was verified by a satisfaction test.The combination of review mining and Mixed-logit model can not only design the product design scheme with consumer preference as the core,but also provide guidance and suggestions for the improvement of related product design strategies,which has a certain degree of innovation and practicality.
Taking the machete arm and the paper as flexible bodies, a rigid-flexible coupling dynamic model of the web paper knife-type folding mechanism was established. The relationship between the deformation of the machete arm and the lateral displacement of the machete head was analyzed to determine the maximum rotation speed of the folding mechanism to ensure the folding accuracy. Then, the dynamic contact excitation between the machete and the paper was analyzed, and the working loads of the machete were determined. Finally, the dynamic analytical model of the rigid folding mechanism was established to compare with the analytical values of the rigid-flexible coupling model, it was found that when the rotation speed of the folding mechanism was greater than 25,000 rph, the deviation of the two support reaction forces was significant, and the influence of the machete arm deformation cannot be ignored. The study has certain reference value for the simulation and experimental research of web folding mechanism.
The work aims to translate"sign language",a visual communication language used by the hear-ing-impaired people,into a graphic language that is more intuitive,interesting and easy to learn,so as to help people to understand the form and semantics of sign language,and promote the protection and transmission of sign language.On the basis of the concept of translation,the basic principle of semiotics was applied to analyze and interpret the sym-bolic communication logic of sign visual translation.Based on the theory of literal translation and free translation,the model of sign language visual translation design was constructed.Graphic design method was used to carry out visual design of sign language visual information.There are still many problems to be solved in visual translation of sign language.The communication logic of sign language visual translation is a process from"abstract meaning"to"sign language vision"and then to"graphic symbol".Visual translation of sign language should enhance the efficiency of visual communication in both application and artistry.From the perspective of morphological translation,the"literal translation diagram"suitable for recognition and communication is divided.From the perspective of semantic transla-tion,the"free translation diagram"suitable for reading comprehension is divided.At present,the literal translation diagram of sign language needs to be improved,while the relevant free translation diagram is seriously ignored.The graphic design of sign language visual translation should take into account the whole process of information encoding and decoding.Its innovative design should strengthen the exploration of diversity,accuracy,functionality,artistry,humanity and interest.
目的 机器视觉图像处理技术是近年在图像处理领域发展起来的一门新兴边缘交叉学科,二维图像的质量检测是印刷行业中必不可少的环节,分析基于机器视觉的二维图像质量缺陷检测流程,探索影响基于机器视觉的二维图像质量缺陷检测精度的相关因素,为后续研究印刷品的二维图像自动化检测和质量控制提供参考.方法 在此基础上,围绕图像预处理中的灰度转换、噪声过滤、固定阈值分割、自适应阈值分割、Otsu法及边缘检测,对图像配准中的基于灰度统计信息分布配准方法、基于特征的图像配准方法进行总结,然后归纳分析图像的缺陷提取和分类.结论 以实际例子对上述研究内容进行了提炼,通过图像预处理中的噪声过滤为后续缺陷提取提供清晰图像,减少伪影干扰;通过图像预处理中的灰度变换、阈值分割、感兴趣区域提取减少系统处理时间,为实现高效的缺陷检测奠定了坚实的基础;通过图像配准消除了机械振动引起的图像位置偏移,确保后续缺陷提取的准确性;通过图像缺陷提取和分类帮助印刷企业找出生产问题,提供有针对性的改进措施,可为生产高质量产品提供支持.
目的 建立油墨中光引发剂的检测方法,从源头控制食品包装的安全.方法 油墨样品经乙酸乙酯和乙腈超声提取,体积分数为20%的乙腈溶液定容,固相萃取柱萃取后用乙腈定容,使用液相色谱进行测定.结果 11种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(R≥0.9995),平均加样回收率为90.0%~95.0%,相对标准偏差(n=6)小于3.5%.结论 建立了液相色谱同时测定油墨中2-甲基-1-(4-甲基硫代苯基)-2-(4-吗啉基)-1-丙酮、1-羟基环己基苯基酮、2-苯甲酰基苯甲酸甲酯、4-二甲氨基苯甲酸乙酯、4,4'-二(N,N-二甲氨基)二苯甲酮、安息香双甲醚、4-甲基二苯甲酮、4,4'-二(N,N-二乙氨基)二苯甲酮、对二甲氨基苯甲酸异辛酯、2-异丙基硫杂蒽酮、2,4-二乙基噻唑酮的方法.
目的 测定返青箬叶中铜在不同食品模拟物中的迁移量,评估其食品安全风险.方法 将返青箬叶置于不同食品模拟物中,在100℃下保温24 h,使其中的铜向食品模拟物充分迁移,用微波消解-原子吸收光谱法测定返青箬叶在迁移模拟试验前后铜的含量,并计算迁移量,以分析迁移规律.结果 返青箬叶中的铜在50 g/L碳酸氢钠溶液中未发生迁移,在其他5种食品模拟物中发生了不同程度的迁移,在大豆油中的迁移量最大.当五水硫酸铜浸泡液的质量浓度为5 g/L时,所制备的冷冻返青箬叶和冷鲜返青箬叶中的铜含量分别为1119.2、548.2 mg/kg,向大豆油中的迁移量分别为6.1、2.8 mg/L.返青箬叶中的铜含量越高,铜向食品模拟物中迁移的量越大.结论 除碱性食品外,将返青箬叶用作食品内包装材料存在一定的食品安全风险,冷冻返青箬叶的风险远高于冷鲜返青箬叶.
The work aims to propose a method of designing cultural and tourism images from regional impressions to design impressions with user impressions as the research guide in the user-centered design context.Longgang in Shenzhen was taken as an example.Firstly,based on the Zaltman metaphor extraction technique,the regional impressions of users were mined,the direction of impression expression was sorted out,and the design representation was determined.Sec-ondly,from the selected regional impression,the design translation was carried out,and the design case was exported by moving forward on two levels:symbolization and imagery.Then,the fuzzy hierarchical analysis method was used to con-struct a design impression evaluation system to form a professional guide.Finally,users were allowed to evaluate the im-pressions of the design cases to verify the application satisfaction as well as the feasibility of the study.The method im-proves the interaction space between user impressions and cultural travel image design,fits the design trend,and opti-mizes the development and dissemination of regional culture.It is also found in the study that attention should be paid to three points:the precise mining of regional impressions,the improvement of designers'ability and the construction of collaborative design.
The ancient street needs to form a strong cultural atmosphere and business environment.The work aims to develop cultural and tourism products with a good sense of experience,and add experience design to existing products,to provides tourists with the feeling of its regional characteristics,enhance their motive of visiting,enable them to rhythmi-cally experience the information conveyed in cultural and tourism products of the ancient street,and form a sense of gaining,satisfaction,identity and other feelings in interacting with the products,so as to promote the development of cultural tourism industry in the ancient street.Based on the CORE model,the observation method,literature research method and exploratory research method were adopted to collect the points with fun experience in cultural tourism prod-ucts in the current ancient street.Combining brainstorming with the learning gained from the positive experience in games,toys and labor practice,the design action and experience activities were organized,and the psychological process feedback of product experience was emphasized.The innovative experience products and experience processes were de-signed,and product solutions were evaluated through Likert scale and Kano model.When designing new products,the focus is on showcasing the fun experience of cultural and tourism products,providing ideas and action plans to increase the experience of products on sale,and enhancing tourists'perception of regional characteristics and culture.
The work aims to quantitatively study the key factors of artificial intelligence(AI)-generated cosmetic packaging design from the perspective of user perception evaluation to analyze the relationship between them and user satisfaction,and provide AI-based packaging design-related development strategies.Through literature research and user interviews,an evaluation system containing 5 dimensions and 18 factor indicators was constructed in combination with experts'opinions;A respondent questionnaire survey was conducted on AI-generated packaging designs based on the evaluation indicators;And an IPA model was used to analyze the degree of importance and satisfaction of each factor in-dicator of AI-generated cosmetic packaging designs.The research found that users showed high recognition and satisfac-tion with AI-generated packaging design in terms of information communication and creative appeal dimensions,while they generally tended to be dissatisfied with the functional usability and user experience aspects of the packaging.There-fore,enhancing the utility and user experience of Al-generated packaging is a key to improve user satisfaction.The effec-tiveness and user satisfaction of Al design can be enhanced through strategies such as training Al models with existing mature packaging public models,enriching data sets by enhancing multi-modal learning,optimizing the interpretability and controllability of the AI design generation process,and building a multi-stakeholder participatory platform for gen-erative design.
目的 研究高斯激振力和非高斯激振力的随机振动对商品包装的影响差异,提供随机振动试验方法和参数,并对商品运输包装设计方案提供优化建议.方法 利用科学计量方法研究随机振动技术的发展态势.通过增大峭度的方法进行非高斯激振模拟随机振动试验.研究随机振动强度通过功率谱密度和疲劳损伤的表达,以及随机振动试验时间与疲劳损伤的表达关系.结果 电商渠道销售通过快递配送的洗洁精商品包裹优先采用ISTA 3A—2018 Packaged-Products for Parcel Delivery System Shipment 70 kg(150 lb)or less.使用Over-The-Road Trailer图谱和Pick-up and Delivery Vehicle图谱进行随机振动试验,通过加载峭度进行加速模拟试验和加强模拟试验.结论 在洗洁精商品包裹加载峭度为5、7、9条件下,能够复现实际配送中商品的货损.基于试验结果提出的包装设计修改方案在加强模拟试验条件下可以实现商品防护的功能.全渠道供应链配送商品包裹应采用高效、科学的实验室测试方法,为运输包装设计和验证提供方法和数据.
目的 研究截面构型及几何参数对泡沫铝夹芯双管结构在横向载荷作用下变形失效机制和吸能性能的影响.方法 运用有限元软件Abaqus/Explicit对泡沫铝夹芯双管构件受横向载荷作用进行数值仿真分析.结果 泡沫铝夹芯双管构件在横向压缩过程中表现出3个阶段:初始压缩阶段、塑性变形阶段和致密化阶段,并发现外方内圆双管夹芯结构的耐撞性能显著强于双方管夹芯结构.随着外管径的增大、内管径的减小,外方内圆双管夹芯结构的承载力和吸能能力越高;内管壁厚的增加使外方内圆双管夹芯结构的能量吸收、比吸能、平均压溃载荷和压溃力效率均表现出增大趋势.结论 泡沫铝芯材的变形失效模式受内管截面形状的影响,与传统双方管夹芯结构相比,外方内圆双管夹芯结构是一种更优秀的吸能构件,在横向碰撞安全防护中展现出更大的应用潜力.通过增加内外管间距和内管壁厚,可以提高外方内圆双管夹芯结构的吸能性能.
目的 为解决常规发光防伪油墨环境不友好,防伪性能单一等问题,以生物基材料为刚性主体结构,芳香磺酸类化合物为客体分子制备水性生物基室温磷光油墨,探索其性能调控因素及包装防伪应用性能.方法 将生物基材料与芳香磺酸类化合物溶于水中获得室温磷光油墨,调控油墨组分、含量等因素,研究其对油墨黏度、油墨层磷光性能的作用机理,并套印不同发光颜色、余辉时长的防伪油墨,获得多色、动态发光的防伪图案,挖掘其包装防伪应用潜力.结果 实验表明,在水性油墨中,生物基材料添加的质量分数为8%,芳香磺酸类化合物添加量为0.16%时,油墨干燥后获得最佳的长余辉发光效果;使用模板刮涂方式印刷防伪图案,模板厚度为0.5 mm时,防伪图案综合效果最佳.结论 具有丰富氨基、羟基等基团的生物基材料(如羧甲基壳聚糖、海藻酸钠),能形成具有强氢键作用的刚性结构,有效抑制芳香磺酸类化合物的非辐射跃迁,提升了所制备油墨的发光寿命和效率,有效提升了包装防伪油墨的环境友好度及防伪性能.
目的 建立一种快速无损的检验纸质快递文件袋的分析方法.方法 利用傅里叶变换红外光谱对63个纸质快递文件袋样品进行检验,分析样品的红外光谱吸收峰的峰位,结合主成分分析对光谱数据进行了降维处理并分类.利用费歇尔判别对快递文件袋的分类结果进行分析和验证.同时建立多层感知器神经网络和径向基函数神经网络2种分类模型,进行分析和验证.结果 63个纸质快递文件袋样品可被分成四大类,利用费歇尔分类模型进行验证,准确率为100%;多层感知器神经网络分类模型准确率为95.23%,径向基函数神经网络分类模型准确率为92.06%.通过比较发现,费歇尔判别可以实现对纸质快递文件袋更加有效地分类.结论 该方法简单快速,样品用量少且无损样品,可为快递文件袋类的物证鉴定提供科学依据.
In order to respond to the context of China's rural revitalization strategy and promote the outstanding tradi-tional Chinese"jade"culture of Liangzhu,an immersive design planning and strategy study was conducted on the exhibi-tion space of the Meiling Jade Museum in Meiling Village,Tianmuhu Town,Liyang,Changzhou City.New models of ru-ral museum space design were explored through technological means including VR virtual reality technology,interactive design,digital media,etc.The immersive experience design strategies were explored in terms of immersive experience models,applications of virtual reality technology in the Meiling Jade Museum,cross-media and digital space experiences.Feasible plans and ideas were proposed by participating in rural revitalization implementation activities and working hard on the design methods and paths for future beautiful rural construction.In the design of the Meiling Jade Museum,it is required not only to use new media technology,but also to innovate in design thinking and strategies,use local history and culture as the theme of narrative classic cultural stories,fully integrate rural cultural elements,establish multi-dimensional im-mersive experiences,enhance the status and influence of cultural tourism in Meiling Village,and support rural revitalization.
Chinese aesthetics are the aesthetic concepts,artistic styles and values embodied in the traditional culture of Chinese.In the era of great development of artificial intelligence content generation technology,this work focuses on cultural and creative design of Chinese aesthetics.Through the analysis of typical Chinese traditional aesthetic work-ink painting,the AIGC technology is used to realize the transformation and generation of cultural and creative products.Based on the characteristics of large-scale ink paintings and the scarcity of master paintings,saliency detection technology was adopted for image segmentation to effectively extract information.A machine learning algorithm based on an artifi-cial neural network i.e.diffusion model,was used to train an AIGC cultural and creative model that could realize the re-drawing of images with the characteristics of traditional ink paintings.Then,the model was guided to generate Chinese aesthetic images and the generated results were applied to the design of cultural products and creative derivatives.Taking the classic paintings"crab",which is painted by Mr.QI Bai-shi,a national treasure-level painter in China,as an example,features were extracted and image segmentation was performed to obtain a material library for artificial intelligence algo-rithms.Then,the diffusion generation model was used for training to explore the characteristics of traditional Chinese paintings,and experiments were designed to verify its feasibility.A customized path is established for Chinese traditional aesthetics AIGC content generation,analysis and transformation to solve the aesthetic boundary problem between Chinese traditional aesthetics and AIGC large models.From the aesthetic concept of modern artificial intelligence content genera-tion technology,traditional culture is combined with modern technology to create innovative art and design works and promote the development of cultural and creative industries,which is of great significance and value to the inheritance and innovation of traditional Chinese culture.
The work aims to explore the underlying meaning behind each behavior during the use of intelligent mow-ing robots,reconstruct the operational process,product functions,and component systems,and improve product usability and user experience.Non-participatory observation and in-depth interviews were conducted to analyze users'behaviors when using mowing robots.The SAPAD framework was introduced to uncover the mapping relationship between"beha-vior-object-meaning",and the general meanings were obtained by clustering.The AHP method was used to calculate the weights of general meaning clusters,and core meaning clusters at multiple levels were obtained through screening and clustering to identify users'core needs.By analyzing the mapping between"multi-level core meaning cluster-product",the component system was reconstructed.The design of an intelligent mowing robot based on the SAPAD-AHP method can more accurately capture the core needs of users,make the functional design more reasonable,and help designers to create more competitive solutions.It provides a reference and guidance for the design and development of similar intelligent robot products.
The work aims to study the potential guiding role of experiential and receptive reading in the development of past book design,clarify their concepts and connotations and,and on this basis,propose two routes for the design of book reading experiences.Desktop research and case studies were conducted to compare the internal divide between cur-rent book design theory and practice.The divide was found to be caused by two reading forms of readers.The ways in which design works could meet these two reading needs were further discussed.The body,the book,and the spa-tio-temporal environment were the elements that enabled experiential reading to occur;graphic symbolic texts and spatial symbolic texts were the objects of understanding for receptive reading.The enhancement of the reading experience re-quired a combination of these aspects according to the characteristics of different texts.Experiential reading and receptive reading provide the real starting point and direction for the design of the book reading experience,which are"serving the reader from experiential reading"and"expressing to the reader from receptive reading"respectively.
