The ideological and political construction of professional courses in colleges and universities under the background of new agricultural science has become the top priority of today's teaching reform.It is also important to strengthen moral education,cultivate people,and realize the three complete education.Taking the teaching of Soil Science at Gansu Agricultural University as an example,this paper starts with the necessity of implementing curriculum ideology and politics,the way to implement curriculum ideology and politics,and the reflection on curriculum ideological and political teaching,it analyzes how to effectively implant ideological and political elements into the teaching of professional knowledge,so as to achieve the effect of moisturizing and educating people silently.

Animal medicine is a traditional major in agronomy,which mainly trains ranch veterinarians.However,in recent years,with the rapid growth of China's economy,more and more pets are raised in families,pet medical industry emerges at the historic moment and becomes a rapidly developing emerging industry,so there is a strong demand for pet veterinary talents.In this new form of business,in order to meet the strong demand for pet veterinary talents in China,the animal medicine major of West Anhui University has established a talent training goal focusing on training pet veterinary doctors,and has formulated a talent training program focusing on training students'excellent clinical diagnosis and treatment ability of pet veterinarians.For this reason,the teaching and research team has carried out teaching reform from four aspects:dual-ability teaching staff,practical teaching platform inside and outside the school,practical teaching curriculum system and practical teaching quality assurance,constructed a practical teaching system with the training of pet veterinarians as the talent training goal.Through the teaching practice and exploration,good teaching effect has been achieved and the expected goal of talent training has been achieved.
The visual design of agricultural product regional brands needs to reflect the characteristics and cultural heritage of their respective regions,fully reflecting local historical and ethnic culture,and ensuring the independence,integrity,and diversity of regional culture in the visual design of agricultural product regional brands.Based on the characteristics of regional brand visual design for agricultural products,and in response to the current issue of regional brand visual design for agricultural products,a visual design strategy for agricultural product regional brands from the perspective of regional culture is formulated to enhance the application value of regional culture in the visual design of agricultural product regional brands.

In order to establish a rapid propagation system of Salvia miltiorrhiza,this study took Salvia miltiorrhiza as experimental material.The influence of the disinfection time soaked in 0.1%mercury solution on the contamination rate and Browning rate of stem segments was studied.Plant growth regulators naphthoacetic acid(NAA)and 6-benzyl amino adenine(6-BA)were added into the medium to study the effects of different concentrations of plant growth hormone on the induction process,propagation process and rooting process of Salvia miltiorrhiza.The most suitable medium formula was selected to provide technical support for the tissue culture of Salvia miltiorrhiza.The results showed that the stem segment of Salvia miltiorrhiza was suitable to be sterilized with 75%ethanol for 30 s and 0.1%HgCl2 for 10 min.In the initial culture,the induction rate of axillary buds was the highest in the medium supplemented with 1.5 mg/L 6-BA and 0.1 mg/L NAA.At this time,the buds grew well,the buds were strong and green with large leaves.The optimum medium for stem segment of Salvia miltiorrhiza was MS+1.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA.In the subculture,when 1.0 mg/L 6-BA and 0.4 mg/L NAA were added into MS medium,the proliferation co-efficient was the highest(12.83),with many tufted shoots and stout stems.In the rooting process,when 0.2 mg/L NAA was added into 1/2 MS medium,the rooting rate,average number of roots and average root length were the highest among the four treatments.In this case,the roots were thick,with multiple roots and secondary roots.In this study,the optimal formula of primary,secondary and rooting medium was selected,which pointed out the development direction for solving the problems faced by artificial cultivation of Salvia miltiorrhiza,establishing rapid propagation program in vitro and producing secondary metabolites.

The establishment of the China ASEAN Free Trade Area in 2010 and the proposal of the"the Belt and Road"development strategy make agricultural trade between China and ASEAN countries better,and the trade partnership with ASEAN member countries has become more mature.Based on the data of UN Comtrade,using the indicator of TCI and RCA index,this paper analyzes the RCA and TCI of agricultural products between China and ASEAN and finds that the RCA of ASEAN's agricultural products is higher than that of China,and the TCI index of agricultural trade between China and ASEAN is relatively low.This shows that the trade of agricultural products between the two sides has great development potential.So suggests to improve the competitiveness of China's agricultural products,improve the trade infrastructure,and increase the import of agricultural products to ASEAN.
