
The spider genus Callobius(Amaurobiidae)was recorded for the first time from China and a new species is described here:Callobius changbaishan sp.nov.from Mt.Changbaishan of Jilin Province,Northeast China.Morphological description,photos,and illustrations of copulatory organs are provided.In addition,a NJ tree based on COI genes of some Amaurobiinae species also confirmed that this is a member of the genus Callobius.

The taxonomic name of Leptonetela sublunata(Chen,Jia & Wang,2010)is re-validated based on the ecological and morphological evidences,with comparing to Leptonetela reticulopecta Lin & Li,2010.Morphological descriptions and photos of these two species are given in current paper.
本研究通过考察不同捕食习性蜘蛛的药用价值和安全性,为蜘蛛入药应用提供科学理论依据.本研究选取游猎型蜘蛛—彭氏中遁蛛Sinopoda pengi、结大型圆网蜘蛛—大腹园蛛Araneus ventricosus和结管状网穴居型蜘蛛—大囊地蛛Atypus sacculatus为研究对象,采用原子吸收火焰法、原子荧光法和全自动氨基酸分析法测定了其体内17种游离氨基酸及8种微量元素含量并进行差异分析.结果表明,三种蜘蛛均富含硒、铁、锰、铜、锌五种人体所需微量元素,其中锌元素含量最为丰富,其次是铜和铁;彭氏中遁蛛和大腹园蛛中汞、砷重金属含量存在不同程度的超标;大囊地蛛中铜和铁含量明显远高于其余两种蜘蛛;二种蜘蛛所含17种游离氨基酸种类无差异,总游离氨基酸含量彭氏中遁蛛(7.02%)>大囊地蛛(4.78%)>大腹园蛛(4.2%),其中,药用氨基酸占比(62.13%~70.37%),精氨酸在所有种类中含量最高(0.94%~1.47%),且均未检测到游离胱氨酸(<0.01%).综上,蜘蛛富含人体必需的微量元素和游离氨基酸,具有极高的药用价值,且需要对其重金属风险进行评估.该研究结果为蜘蛛的药用、质量评价和开发利用提供了重要的理论参考.

甲螨数量庞大且种类丰富,是土壤动物主要的三大类群之一.自1922年美国蜱螨学家Jacot,A.P.首次报道采自北京的4种(亚种)甲螨算起,已过去100年.在这100年间,国内外甲螨学家对中国甲螨开展了分类学研究,并在生态学、环境监测、牲畜绦虫病防控等领域开展了一些工作.截至2023年10月,我国已报道甲螨112科309属158亚属993种35亚种(包括台湾、香港、澳门地区),约占世界已知甲螨种类的8.6%.基于对相关文献的梳理,作者将我国甲螨分类学研究历史分为破土期、静滞期、唤醒期、蓬勃发展期和新常态期5个时期,对每个时期的研究进展进行了系统总结与回顾,并针对当前我国甲螨学研究存在的不足,提出了发展建议.
Spiders(order Araneae)are generally divided into two suborders,Mesothelae Pocock,1892 and Opisthothelae Pocock,1892.Mesotheles possess a series of plates on the abdomen,and with the spinnerets situated near the front of the abdomen.Mesothelae contains four extinct and two extant spider families:+Eomesothelidae Wunderlich,2019;+Burmathelidae Wunderlich,2017;+Cretaceothelidae Wunderlich,2017;+Parvithelidae W underlich,2017;Liphistiidae Thorell,1869 and Heptathelidae Kishida,1923.The Carboniferous taxa,+Arthrolycosidae Fri?,1904,+Arthromygalidae Petrunkevitch,1923,+Pyritaraneidae Petrunkevitch,1953,are called mesotheles but insufficiently known.
The jumping spider genus Sparbambus Zhang,Woon&Li,2006 is reported for the first time in China.Detailed description,photos and illustrations of living spiders and genitalia,and biology information are provided for the species Sparbambus gombakensis Zhang,Woon&Li,2006 found from Yunnan Province,China.
The gnaphosid genus Xizangia Song,Zhu&Zhang,2004 was described to house Callilepis linzhiensis Hu,2001(the type species)and a new species,Xizangia rigaze Song,Zhu&Zhang,2004.They also synonymized Scotophaeus himalayaensis Hu,2001 with the newly combined taxon Xizangia linzhiensis.The World Spider Catalog(2022)considers these two taxa to comprise the currently known diversity of the genus.However,we recently detected this genus name is a homonym and thereby propose a replacement name for the preoccupied genus in this work,in accordance with Article 60 of the International Code of Zoological Nomenclature(ICZN,1999).
A new species of the genus Hersilia Audouin,1826 from Shiwandashan Mountain,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,China is described:Hersilia tortuosa Wen&Xu,sp.nov.(♂).Photos of body and genital organ,as well as a distribution map are provided.
Spinirta wuyishanensis Zhou sp.nov.is diagnosed and described from Jiangxi Province,China.Photos of habitus and copulatory organs,as well as the locality map,are provided.
The holotypes of Phrynarachne bimaculata Thorell,1895 and Phrynarachne papulata aspera Thorell,1895 from Myanmar are described,with P.papulata aspera being raised to species level,creating the new status Phrynarachne aspera stat.nov.Discussion on these specimens,which are fragmented,and the need for fresh topotypic material to be collected to fully elucidate their taxonomic positions is provided.
