
A large number of functional lncRNAs have been discovered with the increasing development of deep sequencing techniques and bioinformatics tools.This paper conducted a search on the NCBI PubMed and NCKI database to pick out from the research literature of the last 5 years the functional genes that regulate muscles,fat,reproduction and immunity.The paper provides a comprehensive review of the latest research progress on the regulatory effects of lncRNAs in transcriptomes of muscle,fat,reproduction and disease resistance,which are the key traits for enhancing the economic performance of the dairy and beef cattle industries.This review seeks to provide scientific findings and evidence for the molecular breeding of dairy and beef cattle with a view to improving the economic performance of the dairy and beef cattle industries.
The myo-inositol that was extracted by the 70% ethanol from the milk and milk powder,and then was trimethylsilylated with the silane agents,which was composed of trimethyl chlorosilane,hexamethyldisilazane and N,N-dimethylformamide(1∶2∶8),was determined by gas chromatography.The linear relationship was perfect,the correlation coefficient was 0.9990;the detection limit was 6mg/100g,RSD were 3.625%,2.542% and 2.009%(n = 7);the method of recovery is between 89.1%~104.6%,which can all satisfy the requirements of the sample testing.
为了提高荷斯坦牛养殖业生产水平及牧场奶牛遗传品质,试验采用进口荷斯坦牛胚胎移植本地奶牛的方法,进行了受体选择、冻胚移植、基因组检测等技术实施.应用SPSS19.0软件,对2019-2020年的胚胎移植记录及产犊记录进行分析.结果表明,进口冻胚移植的妊娠率为53.11%,达到国内先进水平;秋季移植的妊娠率高于春季和夏季,春季进行胚胎移植的公犊初生重显著高于秋季(P<0.05),春季和夏季进行胚胎移植的母犊初生重极显著高于秋季(P<0.01);受体牛为青年牛的妊娠率最高,为54.44%,青年牛进行胚胎移植的公犊初生重高于成年母牛(P>0.05),成年母牛进行胚胎移植的母犊初生重极显著高于青年母牛(P<0.01);2020年进口胚胎移植后代的遗传品质均高于2019年的牧场奶牛.本研究对甘肃地区进口荷斯坦牛胚胎的移植效果及所产后代的遗传品质做了系统的分析,为将来筛选出后备核心高产母牛和制定育种方案奠定了基础.
妊娠诊断是牛繁殖过程中的重要环节.为了提高牛群繁殖效率,牛养殖场从业人员不断引入更高效的发情揭发、同期发情、妊娠诊断等技术.妊娠相关糖蛋白(PAGs)法作为近年来在规模化牛养殖场开始应用的妊娠诊断技术,被证明具有较高的诊断效率和准确率.本文针对牛妊娠相关糖蛋白检测技术研究现状,对该技术研究进展进行综述.
通过对2009-2022年湖南省奶牛生产性能测定(DHI)数据进行汇总分析,发现14年间湖南DHI参测规模不断扩大,参测牛群生产性能稳步提升,日产奶量、乳成分、体细胞数、尿素氮等生产性能指标明显改善.与2009年相比,2022年奶牛日产奶量提高了95.42%,乳脂率提高了0.22个百分点,乳蛋白率提高了0.14个百分点,干物质含量较2015年增加了0.23个百分点,奶牛群体改良成效显著.
