One of the working principles of promoting the modernization of primary-level governance system and governance capacity is: “basing on collaboration, participation, and benefit sharing and fostering a community of primary-level governance in which responsibilities are shared and duly fulfilled, and achievements are enjoyed by all.” Based on this, we deeply analyzed its profound connotation, forming logic and realistic predicament, put forward the practical path of building grassroots governance community, which aims to provide a framework explanation for cultivating a consciousness of grassroots community, condensing value consensus and promoting grassroots governance efficiency.
In the era of digital economy, a study in taken from a sample of 346 employees from Internet companies with the help of structural equation modeling and multilayer regression analysis method. The study explores the influence of employees’ work engagement on their job performance regarding four dimensions（task performance, contextual performance, innovation performance, and learning performance）, reveals the mediating role of psychological capital in the relationship between work engagement and job performance, and explores the intrinsic influencing mechanism of work engagement on job performance. It is hopeful that the study can provide theoretical guidance for human resource management practices in Internet companies. The results show that work engagement has a positive effect on task performance, contextual performance, innovation performance and learning performance, and that psychological capital has a mediating role in the relationship among the four dimensions.

人类社会的发展不单单来源于生产力的推动,思想文化不可忽视.中华民族在漫长的历史进程中,创造出无数璀璨的文化瑰宝,中华传统文化对于中华民族的形成、繁衍、团结、稳定,发挥了极为重要的影响.在人类社会步入现代化时代之后,面对着全球性的"现代化"大潮,中国的传统文化因陷入了绝对的封建主义和绝对统治的困境,已被西方文明远远甩在后面.马克思主义来到中国,为中华传统文化的现代化指明了正确的发展方向.进入新时代,在中国现代化建设中,坚持把马克思主义同中国实际以及中华优秀传统文化相结合,取得了三次历史性飞跃,推进了中华传统文化的现代化进程.通过阐释中华传统文化现代化的发展历程,在马克思主义哲学视角下分析其形式与实质,对系统研究马克思主义中国化对传统文化现代化的影响具有一定理论意义.
Under the background of revitalizing rural economy, the importance of rural environmental art design becomes more and more prominent. Doing well in rural environmental art design can improve the humanistic style of rural environment, promote the development of rural tourism economy in our country, assist the inheritance and development of rural culture. This article takes the art glass as the research object,discusses its performance and application in the rural environment artistic design, and offers suggestions for the development of rural tourism economy and the beautification of human environment.
