The Heating,Ventilation,and Air Conditioning(HVAC)system is an important support system for the Liquefied Natural Gas(LNG)module E-house,and is also crucial for maintaining the continuous operation of the LNG module.The Russian LNG mining,processing,and transportation module located within the Arctic Circle needs to withstand extremely low temperatures and harsh working conditions,meet strict fire and explosion protection requirements,and many local Russian regulations.Therefore,the usual HVAC system design is no longer able to meet its usage requirements,and it is urgent to design a set of HVAC systems suitable for polar LNG modules:fully consider extreme operating environmental factors in system calculation,compare traditional heat transfer and Hourly Analysis Program(HAP)calculation methods,introduce the selection of heat dissipation and air volume calculation methods.In addition,the special requirements of local regulations in Russia are analyzed and corresponding solutions are provided.The research results can provide some references for the HVAC system design of the polar LNG module E-house.

In order to achieve real-time monitoring of the cutting status of plates and profiles during the manufacturing process of the upper module,four key technologies for data networking of cutting workshop equipment are analyzed.Based on actual cases,two cutting machine networking solutions are proposed:Option 1 uses an external data acquisition card;Option 2 is based on the distributed numerical control interface of the cutting machine to obtain hardware related information.Both solutions can interact with the workshop manufacturing execution control system through a local area network,automatically receiving equipment operation status information and feedback production data through external data acquisition cards and corresponding sensors.Multiple numerical control cutting equipment can be monitored simultaneously through a central control room computer,visually displaying electronic information such as equipment status,current processing tasks,and staff,achieving networked control of cutting equipment.

To ensure the ability of passengers to evacuate safely in emergency situations and the safety of personnel on board,a simplified evacuation analysis method based on the MSC/Circ.1533 circular is proposed.The assumptions,scenarios considered,performance standards,and calculation methods for evacuation analysis are introduced,and a basic evacuation analysis calculation is conducted for a certain Ropax.On this basis,analyze the application cases of secondary evacuation and two new special scenarios added in the regulations on passenger roll off ships.Research shows that special scenarios can increase evacuation time,and special attention needs to be paid to the route design of special scenarios.Evacuation time can be reduced by adjusting the parameters of stairs and corridors,personnel distribution,and evacuation routes to meet the needs of passengers for safe evacuation.The research results can provide some references for the evacuation analysis of passenger ropaxes.
