At present day, Russia’s Far North with its extreme conditions is characterized by intensive destruction of native vegetation and its replacement by secondary communities, presumably able to exist in anthropogenically disturbed habitats. Therefore, it is highly relevant to study the development of artificially created phytocenoses (biosystems), most particularly producers being the system’s foundation. When vegetation cover is disturbed, heat exchange between soils and atmosphere increase, permafrost thawing and degradation accelerate. Thus, there is a strong need for a better understanding of permafrost distribution, temporal evolution of the ground thermal regime and the preserving role of vegetation cover in these regions. When producers are used to restore the vegetation cover, it is commonly assumed that soil stabilization improves soil microclimate and hydrothermal conditions and makes it more sustainable, which helps to reduce permafrost thawing. Studying the patterns of phytocenosis development after biological reclamation, is undoubtedly one of the most important approaches to scientifically credible restoration of phytocenosis in Russia’s Far North.
The flexible piezoresistive sensing membrane has the tremendous opportunity in wearable and foldable devices for healthcare detection, artificial skin, human body motion, and robotics applications. The aim of this paper was to develop the polymer based piezoresistive membrane using cast solution. Poly (4-styrenesulfonic) (PSSA) were mixed with Polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) polymer by using Deionized water(DW) as a solvent, to make a series of flexible piezoresistive membranes out of PVA/PSSA and investigate their electrical characteristics across a frequency range of 20 Hz to 10 MHz. The results show that raising the concentration of PSSA from 0.2gm to 0.8gm increases the dielectric constant, conductivity, and gauge factor from 105 to 107, 10-3 s/cm to 0.1 s/cm and 2.794 to 5.092 respectively, in the proposed PVA/PSSA piezoresistive ionic membrane. The electrical properties of piezoresistive ionic membranes were analyzed using the impedance analyzer for the varying wt% of PSSA. When the wt% of PSSA was varied, it was discovered that the composition containing 0.8 gm of PSSA in PVA/PSSA based ionic membrane produces the greatest results in terms of high sensitivity and gauge factor for piezoresistive sensing applications.
In the present era of financial instability which is a haunting situation for the economy, the inflationary effect cannot be ignored which is prevalent in every inventory system. The incredible increase in the prices of commodities has resulted in monetary depreciation. As the inventory constitutes the substantial capital investment for any type of organization thus it would be completely unethical if the consequence of inflation along with time value of money is not taken into consideration. Also, there is a significant effect of deterioration in any inventory system. There is a vital role played by the shortage of commodities in flawless functioning of the inventories. These may be partially backlogged and even partially lost due to the delay in the replenishment of the orders under consideration. For the conversion of the lost sales into sales the retailer provides a type of incentive to the customers by charging the price from them which is equivalent to that at the time when the order is placed rather than the current price of the commodity due to the effect of inflation. All these conditions have been properly considered in this paper and a system of inventory has been established under these conditions in crisp along with the fuzzy system. The elementary aim of the study is to resolve and compare the cost in total for both crisp along with fuzzy environments. A suitable numerical example is included for illustrating both the models.
