To examine the effect of sodium selenite in different concentration on the body weight,superovulation and embryonic developmental competency in mouse,the 6~7 weeks-age mice were randomly divided into four groups and treated with different concentration of sodium selenite solution,such as 0(control group),0.30 mg/kg(low dose group),1.50 mg/kg(medium dose group),2.25 mg/kg(high dose group),respectively.And then the body weight of mice was measured,as well as the number of embryos derived from superovulation and the in vitro developmental rate of embryo was recorded in each group.The results showed that the change of the mice body weight in high dose group(-0.31 g) was significantly lower than those of other three groups(control: 11.06 g,low: 7.95 g,medium: 8.65 g,P0.05),but there was no remarkably different among the low dose group,medium dose group and control group(P0.05).There was no significant difference in the number of embryos derived from mice superovulation among the four groups(P0.05).Compared with the control group,the blastocyst developmental rate of embryo from superovulation by in vitro culture was significantly decreased in high dose group(17.6% vs 27.6%,P0.05),but it had no significant difference with the low dose group(24.3%) and medium dose group(20.6%)(P0.05).These results indicated that high doses of sodium selenite had toxicity on embryonic developmental ability,and its mechanism should be took an intensive study at the cellular and molecular level.

To understand the phosphorylation status of histone H3Ser10during oocyte meiotic maturation,spatial and temporal distribution of phosphorylated serine 10on histone H3during in vitro matured rabbit oocyte meiotic maturation were examined by immunofluorescence staining method;and the influences of ZM447439on expression of histone H3serine 10phosphorylation were also detected.The results showed that:(1)At GV stage,few oocyte was stained by H3Ser10phosphorylation specific antibody.While oocytes growed to GVBD stage,high phosphorylation level of H3/ Ser10was clearly observed,and this high expression trend was maintained until MⅡstage.However,phosphorylation of H3Ser10was reduced at MⅠ stage,following by gradual increased from anaphase/telophase(AⅠ)to metaphase(MⅡ)stage.Among all of the maturation process,the highest phosphorylation level of H3Ser10was at GVBD stage oocytes.(2)The influence of low concentration ZM447439on in vitro-matured rabbit oocytes meiotic maturation was limited,93.5% of the oocytes treated with 30μmol/L ZM447439were stoped at GVBD stage.(3)20.7% of oocytes treated with 5μmol/L ZM447439were dephosphorylated at H3Ser10site,the remained oocytes was similar to the control group in H3Ser10phosphorylation level.When treated with 30μmol/L ZM447439,phosphorylation of H3Ser10in most of oocytes disappeared.Above results indicated that phosphorylation of histone H3Ser10of rabbit oocytes initiated mainly from GVBD,and maintained until MⅡ stage.GVBD oocytes had the highest H3Ser10phosphorylation level.ZM447439could effectively inhibit resume of oocytes meiosis,the phosphorylation level of H3Ser10 was reduced following by gradually increased ZM447439 concentration.30μmol/L ZM447439could terminate phosphorylation of H3Ser10.

The polymorphism EPHA1 gene of pig(Large White,Landrace and Duroc) was studied by PCR SSCP,and the association between the polymorphism and litter size was analyzed in order to find the molecular marker being used in marker-assisted selection(MAS) to accelerate the swine breeding progress.There were one polymorphisms occurring in exon15,which change from G to C,with three genotypes(GG,CG and CC).In Large White,GG genotype had significantly higher(P<0.05) NBA than CC genotype in third to sixth parity,and in all parities,GG genotype had greatly significantly higher(P<0.01) TNB than CC;In Landrace,GG genotype had significantly higher(P<0.05)TNB and NBA than CC genotype in the second parity,and in all parities,GC genotype had significantly higher(P<0.05) TNB than CC genotype.In Duroc,there was no significant difference on TNB and NBA.In Large White,the GG genotype was favorable marker genotype for TNB and NBA.

In view of the characteristics of wastewater produced by Xinyuangou aggregate system of A′hai Hydropower Station,a processing scheme of 2-level settling,sludge dewatering by machine,and reuse of clarified is adopted,in which,the natural sedimentation is in the first level settling and coagulation sedimentation is in the second level,and rubber belt vacuum filter is used for sludge dewatering.During 1 year of operation,the system has the advantages of low cost,meeting requirements of environmental protection and water reuse,realizing the integration of economical benefit and environmental benefit.The design and application of wastewater treatment system is presented.
706 pigs were detected the recessive halothane recessive alleles(Haln) with HhaI restriction enzyme by PCR-RFLP,which included 261 Yorkshire,265 Landrace,140 Duroc and 40 Huai.The results showed that the genotypes of all pigs were NN,without Nn and nn,and there had been almost no pigs carrying Haln regardless of breed.This information was provided for selecting seed breeding pigs,and theory base for reservation and development of Huai pigs.
