Stray current is able to be produced through applying weak voltage on the conventional iron-carbon fixed bed.The stray current produced by reversing cathode and anode caused the corrosion of the iron bed,which could inhibite the passivation of the fixed bed.The modified micro-electrolysis device treating simulant dyeing wastewater was tested,the effects of electrode diameter,rearranging electrode cycle and voltage on the removal rate of chroma were studied.The results showed that: the said device could greatly improve the removal rate of chroma in dyeing wastewater,and the removal rate increased with the increasing of electrode diameter and voltage as well as the decreasing of rearranging electrode cycle.In addition,compared with the traditional iron-carbon fixed bed,the acid-washing period of the said device was 2 times longer.
采用常压蒸馏—动态强化微电解—Fenton试剂—中和沉淀工艺处理高浓度增塑剂废水,试验结果表明:经该工艺处理后,原水CODCr由105600mg/L降为44521mg/L,去除率达到57.8%,B/C为0.53,为后续处理创造了良好的条件,该工艺具有可回收有机物、易于工程化等优点。微电解处理过程中产生的Fe2+可作为后续Fenton试剂法的铁源,降低了运行费用。
For resolving the problems of membrane fouling and high energy consumption in membrane bioreactor,auditor combines airlift inner-loop bioreactor with ordinary membrane bioreactor,designs the new airlift inner-loop membrane bioreactor.By the study on disposing domestic wastewater through the new airlift inner-loop membrane bioreactor,the excellent quality of outlet water can be available for wastewater reuse.It was demonstrated that the velocities along membrane surface obtained was 1.53~2.44 times higher in airlift inner-loop membrane bioreactor than in the ordinary membrane bioreactor,and the oxygen mass transfer coefficient(KLa) was high.The results showed that the airlift inner-loop membrane bioreactor can reduce aeration energy consumption,keep up better stability of the membrane filtration characteristics and slow down membrane fouling.
以MBR中活性污泥为材料,以硫化钠为还原剂,丙酮为萃取剂,对传统TTC-脱氢酶活性测定法进行了改进,解决了标准曲线制作繁琐和稳定性差的缺点,并对测定中诸多影响因素进行了比较分析,确定了最佳实验条件.
