The advantages and shortcomings of conventional casing leak locating were denoted in detail.A new method of using small-diameter and multiparameter casing annulus tester was proposed.A combined test of well temperature was roughly analyzed by using well temperature profile,in which flow rate was tested for judging if fluid was produced for the purpose of locating the leak points.Application shows that good effects is obtained by using the method.
介绍了在测井仪器中如何用单片机软件编程将井下仪测试数据实现曼彻斯特编码、发送传输,及地面解码等方法;阐述了井下仪实现双极性曼彻斯特码差分化的技术原理,地面译码时同步识别、数据采集、数据串/并转换等技术方法, 以及该方法在实践中应用情况.实际应用表明,该技术传/收数据稳定可靠,智能化程度高 ,大大地简化了仪器硬件电路,提高了仪器性能价格比,在生产测井领域具有良好的推广应用前景.
针对目前单芯测井电缆一次最多仅能传输3种参数,且全井动态参数的录取需分次分时取得,测井时效低等问题,研制成功JM825多参数编码测井仪.这种测井仪以单片机技术为基础,对需传输的多参数信号实施数字编码传输,在抽油机不停抽的情况下,实现了单芯电缆一次下井同时传输8种参数信号,基本实现了过环空数字化生产测井.现场应用表明,该仪器测试成功率达90%以上,单井测试最大下入深度3 300m,最高井温110℃,单井测试最多5层.它具有测试精度高、操作维护方便、兼容性强和测井时效高等优点.
