介绍一种油气田开发过程中,油井正常生产状态下,运用井下智能开关器对油井进行分层开采、分层测试、堵水调层及任意层多层合采的工艺技术。该技术主要由智能开关器和智能分层开采及遥控调层工艺两部分组成。分层开采管柱采用丢手方式或整体管柱下入井中,用封隔器将井下各层位封隔,管柱上对应的每一个目的层位安装一套智能开关器,智能开关器能够按照预先设定的时序,或根据地面遥控发送编码指令工作,打开或关闭层位的进液通道,实现油井的分层测试、分层开采、堵水调层及任意层多层合采,同时开关器内置或外挂的压力仪还可获得油层的压力恢复和压力降落曲线。
为了提高高压挤注堵剂工艺成功率,降低施工风险,研究了高压防返吐挤堵管柱及配套工具。高压防返吐挤堵管柱由63.5 mm油管、安全接头、反洗阀、插管保护器和防返吐插管封隔器组成。防返吐插管封隔器底部下接头采用锥形设计,可防止被堵剂固住,便于起出;插管密封采用多级组合式密封,可保证密封的有效性和长效性;插管密封上端设计保护胶筒,可有效防止上部油套环空漏失物向下沉积。现场应用结果表明,该管柱解决了高压挤注难、封隔器密封效果差、施工风险高和斜井起下难度大等问题,满足油田高压挤注堵剂封堵施工要求。
Jianghan Oil Production Technology Institute had developed field logging software Huance3000 and interpretation software PPI in response to the new demands for production logging instrument,meters and craftsmanship.Huance3000 can run independently of hardware,bearing fairly well adaptability to different instruments and extensibility with reserved channel interface.PPI is able to hold any interpretation chart at any time while also can convert logging data straight to text file or an interpretation curve into image format which are easy to go through and produce final image.
Aimed at the questions easily meeting with obstruction in the process of running the layering production fluid section test instrument with diameter 25mm available in hole and being very difficult in obtaining downhole data and so on,an extremely minor diameter test instrument of production fluid section is introduced in this paper.The diameter of the test instrument is only 21mm,opening an umbrella by using electric motor drive and conducting test with the aid of double layer umbrella affluxion,with startup delivery capacity of 0.5m3/d,its application results at field site demonstrate that the test instrument has been improved greatly in running and pulling technology and test accuracy,which resolves preferably the difficulty in production fluid section test in oil wells with small diameter.
The advantages and shortcomings of conventional casing leak locating were denoted in detail.A new method of using small-diameter and multiparameter casing annulus tester was proposed.A combined test of well temperature was roughly analyzed by using well temperature profile,in which flow rate was tested for judging if fluid was produced for the purpose of locating the leak points.Application shows that good effects is obtained by using the method.
