为研究浮式生产储油卸油装置(FPSO)上部模块海运绑扎与加固,以某FPSO的上部模块海运绑扎设计为研究对象,根据模块结构的布置形式,设计模块的海运绑扎方案.基于新版《海事作业和海事担保标准》及有限元理论,计算得到货物重心处的加速度值并提取模块绑扎构件的支反力,依此验证绑扎设计安全性和可靠性.该方案可为同类产品海运绑扎加固设计提供参考.
为研究甲板驳船远洋运输卸船机整机的绑扎方案,以1500 t/h卸船机整体远洋运输为研究对象,依据卸船机构造特点,设计了卸船机整体运输的海运绑扎方案.基于三维势流理论及有限元方法,建立了运输船舶在实际航线和发运时间条件下的水动力模型,分析得到运输船舶及卸船机的运动响应加速度值,提出了海运绑扎的设计输入载荷,验证了绑扎设计安全性和可靠性.设计方案可为同类大型设备海运绑扎设计及安全性分析提供参考.
