Widespread and sustained drought takes place in the North china in winter of 2010-2011,the drought in some places is extremely severe.Data shows that the drought has still not been effectively relieved till now.According to relevant data,the temperature anomalies,obvious precipitation change and atmospheric circulation during the drought are analyzed.As indicated by the results,the drought disaster in 2010-2011 is co-caused mainly by the human factors and the natural factors of low temperature,less precipitation and atmospheric circulation anomaly,and the relation of temperature,precipitation and atmospheric circulation with La Nina is revealed,indicating that La Nina is the direct cause of this drought.

Under the environment in which diffusing exists,an accessory of pressure testing system with capillary,being difficult to test and needing frequent blowing,we developed a pressure-testing and diffusing cartridge.The piston of the pressure-testing and diffusing cartridge could endure stated pressure and the size of pressure could account by the number of shear pin.The experiments in lab and the applications at locale show that the new-type cartridge could assure reliability and speedup construction of testing.Thus the new-type cartridge could assure the veracity of data and enhance success ratio of well testing.

The paper has carry out the optimum structure study for the hub of Halliburton 1400 fracturing pump aiming at its structural failure introduced in the paper of the structure finite element analysis of the hub by using the software of Pro/MECHANICA.Basing on the sensitivity analysis of the hub’s physical dimension,we have carried on the optimum structure study by selecting the most sensitive structure size(hub thickness and bore size) as optimum design variable,taken the stress most value 150MPa as optimization objective and the most lightness of hub weight as constraint function.We have finalily worked out the fitest structure of the hub by forementioned optimum design,at the same time,the new hub can satisfied the strength requirement by checking its fatigue strength.
The paper firstly has set forth in depth the worm gear attrition mechanism, then according to the worm gear superficial macroscopic attrition appearance, we obtains the reason which this worm gear surface attrition expires is the combined action of weary pitting, the coherence attrition and the abrasive attrition. Furthermore, by generalized analyzing for the worm gear material quality, the microstructure as well as the worm gear working surface microscopic appearance, we concludes that because quantity of the worm gear's eutectoid(α+δ) is overall few, in the meanwhile, the eutectoid presents segregation severely, so in such low speed heavy load working condition, this could cause worm gear by way of coherence attrition primarily, at the same time is following other attrition ways.
The Model“PQ45A”annulus gas vent device is a control line actuated valve that attaches to the packer.On application of control line pressure,the device valve opens and allows gas trapped in the annu- lus below the packer and vented to the annulus above.The“PQ45A”device has a fail-safe closed design.If the control line pressure is lost,the device valve automatically returns to the closed position.In the appli- cation,the vent also provided the means to operate the contingency gas lift equipment installed above and below the packer.The device has been used on more than 27 wells in the offshore oil field in Shandong Province.And the result shows that it can meet the need of the well control in marine oilfield.

With the further exploration of oilfield, there are some heavy-deviated and much deeper wells need to be fractured. The pipe strings being used now for well fracture all have shortcomings in fracture operation of heavy-deviated and much deeper wells, that decreases the success ratio of fracture operation. This paper analyses the characteristics of present pipe strings for fracture operation, and put forwards a new pipe string that is easy to be set, to be checked, to be released and suitable for heavy-deviated and much deeper well.
由于Y241封隔器为单一的上提管柱方式解封,使得该型封隔器只能用于直井和小斜度井,而不能用于斜井、大斜度井和大斜度超深井.为此,将现有Y241封隔器改造成双解封方式斜井封隔器,这种封隔器结构的上半部分与现有Y241封隔器完全相同,只对下半部分解封部位做了改动.改进后的封隔器增加了解封滑套、挡块、解封剪钉Ⅱ、挡环、下中心管等部件,它可上提管柱解封,也可打压解封,解封安全可靠,适用于各类斜井.
Y341封隔器在大直径套管油井中应用时易出现自动解封现象,为此,在分析其解封原因的基础上,提出了一种可承受双向压差的带平衡活塞的Y341封隔器.该封隔器的平衡活塞可以平衡掉作用在解封剪钉上的力,使封隔器可承受较大的双向压差.室内试验证明,该封隔器在244.5 mm(95/8英寸)套管内坐封后,承受20 MPa的上压差和下压差,封隔器不会自动解封.
针对目前胜利油田探井试油在录取含水、流量、温度、压力等试油数据时测量精度低、容易存在人为误差和测试数据不连续等问题,研制开发了IMM-I型单井井口多参数智能计量装置.这种装置主要由测试模块、数据采集模块和气体分离模块3部分组成.实现了测试自动化操作和油井采出液连续不分离自动计量,并且整个装置为橇装式,便于移动安装,能满足探井试油、稠油、低边远井的精确计量和测试需要.测取资料准确、可靠.
