采用叶面喷施锌营养液,研究了不同生长期喷施不同浓度锌营养液对烤烟烟叶生理特性和烟叶锌含量的影响.结果表明:旺长期和成熟期同时喷施高浓度(0.40％)的锌营养液能增加叶绿素和烟叶中锌的含量；成熟期喷施或旺长期、成熟期同时喷施高浓度(0.40％)的锌营养液均能提高转化酶(INV)和苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)的活性.结论:旺长期和成熟期同时喷施高浓度的锌营养液(0.4％),可以明显改善烤烟烟叶品质,利于优质烟叶的生产.

The concept and characteristics of modern tobacco aigriculture were introduced,the status of tobacco production and the problems of developing modern tobacoo agriculture in china were analyzed,and some suggestions for the quickening development were put forward in this article.
