焦类炭材料的颗粒尺寸分布是重要的质量指标之一.目前,主要采用人工筛分抽样统计焦类炭材料的尺寸分布的方法,统计结果粗糙,抽样效率低下,工人劳动强度大,无法自动化完成.基于上述问题,研发了用于实际生产线的焦类炭材料颗粒筛分装置及成像测试分析方法,根据颗粒度的判断规则,最终实现自动化粒径检测,实现对焦类炭材料粒度的及时反馈.运行证明,系统运行稳定、可靠,筛分准确率很高,大大提升了生产效率和产品质量.
The damage and corrosion of titanium regulating valve is described and the fracture cause of valve core is analyzed.The analysis shows that the fluorine containing ion in solution and flushing are the major causes of the damage of regulating valve.The service life of the regulating valve can be prolonged by the improvement of the valve structure and surface treatment of valve core and valve seat.
The effect of temperature variation on the metering of liquid anhydrous ammonia is analyzed. The measurement principle with temperature compensation for mass flow, mathematical model for liquid anhydrous ammonia density and temperature and realization of the new measuring method on DCS are described. After the flow rate metering method with temperature compensation is used, the metering accuracy is improved.

Sampling pre-treatment system is an important factor in magneto-dynamic oxygen analyzer system for detecting the oxygen content in coke oven gas. On the basis of introduction to operational principle of magneto-dynamic oxygen analyzer and structure of sampling pre-treatment system, by combining with the experience in field, the problems in the pre-treatment system are analyzed and relevant improving measures are proposed. Excellent effects are obtained in practical implementation. The system is stably operating for accurate measurement. Lifespan of sensing chamber of the analyzer and filter paper is prolonged after the implementation.
