通过剖析高炉炉缸结构的传热体系及其变化,从用后炉缸砖衬结构、砖衬背面的气隙、凝铁层、冷却壁壁体热阻和铁水的流动等方面,阐述了影响传热体系平衡的主要因素.重点讨论了在役炉缸砖衬状态的辨析与诊断问题,如砖衬结构中的气隙状态、砖衬实际厚度、砖衬温度的某些“异象”等.认为实现炉缸稳定长寿的两个关键因素,一是要确保砖衬结构稳定有效的传热效果,二是要缓解铁水环流对砖衬表面的冲击效应.
通过设计制作一种特殊的高炉炉壳应力检测装置,对在役高炉三种代表性的炉缸外壳的应力变化进行跟踪检测,获得了具有明显特征的应力变化规律,为改善设计、有效维护、提高高炉炉壳使用寿命提供了可借鉴的实验依据.
By protective means of investigation,measured the carbon lining erosion profile of blast furnace hearth after use, access to the debris-structure of the macro-and micro-morphology,analyzed the residue.Meta-analysis of a large number of relevant international investigation report states:large carbon block after use is no longer a single homogeneous,but changed to multiple segments of different characteristics along the direction.The taphole to the center line,upper and lower parts of fixtures are different,and foreign composition of brittle zone are different in residual linings.By these,brittle zone formation mechanism was inferred,and provide the basis for the establishing erosion model of carbon block in hearth lining.
