本研究对来自我国东部、中部和西部共计15位省级科协科普部部长进行深度访谈,累计获得标准化访谈文本13万余字.利用质性分析软件Nvivo11Plus对访谈文本进行开放式编码、主轴式编码和选择式编码.借助矩阵编码,在分析我国东部、中部和西部地区部分省级科协科普部部长对各具体指标科学性、准确性和可获得性方面的意见和态度的基础上,提出了三套分别适用于东部、中部、西部的科普工作评估核心指标体系.这三套核心指标体系不仅包含科普人员、经费、基础设施等传统指标,同时融合了科普创作与传媒、科普新态势等能够体现最新科普动态的定量指标.此外,定性案例也被纳入其中,用以辅助定量指标来对省级(域)科普工作进行更为全面的评估.
科学综艺节目因其对科学性与娱乐性的结合,逐渐成为科学传播的一种重要形式.从文化循环视角出发,通过对成功案例《加油!向未来》第三季节目表征、认同、生产、消费、规制五个环节的分析,揭示科学综艺节目通过符号选择表征科学、宣传手段激发科学认同、生产进行意义赋载、消费过程中关注意义再生产、对已有规制产生影响,最终在整个社会中建构出热爱科学、探索科学的科学文化氛围.通过案例分析,为未来如何做出更有文化意义的科学综艺节目提供启示与借鉴.
按照规范发布科研成果对保障科研生态和传媒生态健康发展十分重要,失范发布科研成果对科学共同体和媒体都是伤害.本文以"疟原虫治癌"事件报道为例,探讨失范发布的反转科研新闻传播过程及模式,发现有科学专业知识背景的自媒体与规范操作的主流媒体一起引导舆论、还原事件真相,有利于建设规范、健康的科学新闻报道生态环境.
选取中国科学院所属的北京植物园和西双版纳热带植物园及地方性管理的杭州植物园和沈阳植物园四个典型植物园为调查对象.分析科普资源条件、科普支撑条件对其植物园科普能力的影响.调查发现,作为非专业性科普机构,植物园科普能力主要影响要素是科普支撑条件,体现在科普的政策环境、科普定位和科普组织管理.因此,在未来科普能力评价中,中国植物园应该加强对科普支撑条件的定性调查评价.发挥各个植物园管理者、倾斜政策对科普能力的推动作用,加强科普政策环境建设;强化科普功能、目标定位等关键要素,明确科普能力建设的方向与定位;加强科普组织管理制度建设,提升科普评估、投入和产出的效果.
以进入五大排行榜前50或前100的21个科普类抖音号为例,并选取21个账号内点赞量前10的短视频为对象,从主体类型、学科内容、叙事方式、科学性等方面进行分析研究,发现:部分科普类短视频在内容的科学性上存在问题;内容呈现上过度偏重视觉冲击而非深入解说;部分内容在选题上存在"标题党"的隐患,且科普类抖音短视频较少利用平台运营规律扩大影响力.对此,提出以下思考和建议:科普机构应提升抖音内容的吸引力及运营能力;重视信息来源,提升账号及内容的权威性;打造鲜明特色,提升科普类抖音号的辨识度;加强对平台运营规律的利用,提升科普类抖音号的影响力.
德国"女生日"是世界范围内最大的通过科技传播活动开展的职业指导活动,旨在引导中学女生关注传统男性为主的职业,18年来致力于改善女生对男性主导职业,特别是对MINT领域,即数学(Mathematik)、信息(Informatik)、自然科学(Naturwissenschaft)、工程技术(Technik)相关领域职业的认知,提高女性在该领域的培训、实习、求职的申请率.本文通过梳理文献资料和访谈记录解析"女生日"的组织思路及支撑体系、项目管理运行机制、活动内容组织和宣传推广情况,分析女生日的影响力及效果.
中国科学院科学传播局建立以来,中科院作为国立科研机构的科学传播活动逐渐系统化和规范化,科学传播工作进入了新阶段.近年来在综艺节目类型不断丰富的背景下,中科院也参与到一些科技类综艺节目中来.本文通过中科院参与电视综艺节目的两个代表性案例,探讨了中科院传播局成立后,中科院作为国立科研机构参与到电视综艺节目中进行科学传播的相关实践,总结了中科院参与电视综艺节目的两种模式:"资源支持"模式和"内容合作"模式,并根据实践过程中的问题提出建议.

宁夏西海固回族扶贫搬迁移民在迁入新的居住地之后,生产方式、生活方式、社会交往和思想观念出现了一定的变化,处于不断适应新的生存环境的过程之中.他们的物质生活条件有了明显改善,但依然困扰于生计问题.其生产方式基本上完成了以务农为主向以劳务为主的转变,但仍然生活于乡土社会之中.他们在逐步适应快节奏、商品化的现代化社会生活理念与习惯,但保持着回族传统习俗和文化特征.实践表明,对贫困人口进行精确识别、加大扶贫力度的过程中,要注意到贫困人口自身主体性的发挥.
全国科普日是我国影响力较大的大型科普活动,近年来它的线上新媒体应用也有了快速的发展.本研究对全国科普日官方微博、官方微信公众账号的发展现状进行梳理,对其影响力以及影响其影响力的因素进行分析,并且借鉴国内其他活动官方微博及微信公众账号的经验提出了建议.分析发现:全国科普日的官方微博及微信公众号的内容特色及服务功能与其他节事活动相比有差距,但在信息权威性上有一定的优势.官方微博、官方微信公众号在活动的传播推广中发挥了积极作用,本文借鉴其他节事活动运用"两微"的经验与优势,结合全国科普日活动自身特点提出建议,使我国大型科普活动得到更好地发展.
本研究聚焦于心理咨询类APP上健康信息通过用户沟通进行的传播,选取当前知名度高、影响力大的四款APP作为研究对象,通过对参与沟通的用户、提供沟通渠道的运营商的访谈调查发现:基于倾诉和求助动机用户有很大的沟通需求,沟通正向促进了用户的咨询认知和行为;沟通方式丰富、信息质量高的APP更受用户欢迎;互联网背景运营商比心理学背景运营商更重视用户沟通;未来心理咨询类APP上健康信息的单向传播和通过沟通进行的传播将会同时发力.
本文通过问卷、深度访谈和专家咨询方法,调查科研人员参与科普的动机和激励需求、科普积极性的影响因素等等,分析激励科研人员参与科普所面对的问题,探讨科普激励政策.调研显示,单位对科普活动的重视和组织、对参与科普人员在考评尤其是职称晋升方面的具体鼓励政策等对科研人员的科普积极性影响大.存在的突出问题有:科普工作在个人考评中得不到有效认可、针对科研机构的科普工作评价机制及科普项目评价机制不完善等.所以,应提升科学共同体对科普责任和功能的认识,完善对科研机构科普工作的评价机制,建立科普项目评价激励机制,加强对参与科普的科研机构及人员的正面激励,加大科普奖励的力度和范围.
英国科学节是英国历史上最悠久的科学节,在欧洲乃至世界都具有较大的影响力,几十年来逐步建立起较为稳定的评估体系。本研究从评估目标、内容和方法对英国科学节的效果评估进行了梳理,揭示并分析了内部和外部评估角度和调查问题的不同。分析发现:英国科学节在评估的指导思想和方式上与NSF相比仍有一定差距,但其内部评估的方式在进行经验总结、提升工作团队的总体实力方面具有一定的优势;评估在检验科学节的目标、产出、组织实施情况及受众传播效果中发挥了积极作用,同时也存在客观性不足、流于表面等局限性,这对我国科学节效果评估体系的建立和完善有一定的借鉴和启示意义。
In order to gain an insight into what the attitude was and the way how it had organized the coverage on acupuncture during the past 40 years,content analysis and framing analysis have been adopted to identify the main sources of news,subjects,and reporting frames. Results demonstrate that the reports about acupuncture had been related to the patient and western doctors,whose opinions had contributed to 50%for each other among the 9 main sources. Besides, the topic of the medical function of acupuncture had been beyond half among all topics,and doctors from western countries paid great heed to effeteness. We find that the frame of progress presupposition had been widely used,which was more than half. In addition,the reports which had made use of the frame of progress presupposition and focused on western doctors was 64.2% with patients being 83.3%. This fact tells us that a majority of doctors and patients are in support of acupuncture. However,that different topics that doctors and patients were concerned about made their reports covered in different styles.
Evaluation plays an important role in measuring science & technology exhibitions’ function and value. After analyzing and comparing the development course and current situation of evaluation of science&technology exhibitions both in America and China,some differences have been found. Firstly,evaluation of science&technology exhibitions in America emerged in the beginning of the 20th century, and has formed a quantitative-focused evaluation system including front-end, formative, remedial, and summative evaluation so far. While Chinese researchers had not paid attention to the evaluation of science &technology exhibition until the 1980s,thus carrying out visitor studies and evaluation practices far less than American works. Secondly, there are institutional demands of evaluation for government-funded science &technology exhibitions, yet Chinese government has no such requirements. Thirdly, evaluation practices of science &technology exhibition in America and China vary in type,evaluator,content and tools.
According to the requirement of this study,the concept of science popularization industry was defined and the industry itself was classified. The existing problems of current policies on science popularization in China were analyzed;the basic principles and missions of the development of science popularization industry in China were elaborated;proposals on promoting science popularization industry in China were brought up from 9 different aspects, such as:national strategic planning on rising industries,to enlarge the demand on science popularization,to give special support to leading industries or industries with huge potentials.
Underdevelopment and low specialization exist in the evaluation system of science and technology museum professionals in China.Discrepancy presents between the main job content/core functions of S&T museum professionals and the existing professional titles and specific vocational qualification series system.Thus the existing professional technical titles are complex and scattered,with no national standards or regulations.Abide by the industry characteristics;administrative management,job system and hiring policy related evaluations of professionals in S&T museums,personnel administrative authority should be decentralized,with the transformation from the mode of administration management to the mode of providing public service.Based on the standard competency model,the evaluation dynamically maintained and developed,with the function of business organizations,regulations of business,professional competence enhancement of assessment panel and personnel managers,and the moderately considered connection between the evaluation of professional titles and the system of professional qualifications.
It is archaeological industry’s responsibility to share archaeology achievements with the public. Public archaeology’s core is the popularization of archaeology. It needs archaeologists to communicate and interpret to the public. China’s public archaeology concept has experienced different periods of development and changes,and entered archaeology shared with public stage now. Different subjects communicate to the public through different channels and forms. Internet has become an important communication channel but the present content is not plentiful enough. While the public archaeology communication research also urgently needs to be strengthened.
