高校实验室安全管理工作复杂,管理难度大.综合国内外高校实验室安全管理经验,从组织体系、管理制度、教育培训、安全检查、废弃物管理、试剂管理等方面加以比较,发现国内高校在实验室安全管理方面存在差距:部门分块管理,分工界限模糊,安全意识有待加强;规章制度的部分内容与高校实际不符,过于框架化,缺乏操作性、实用性;培训体系尚不完善,培训频次较低,培训形式单一,职责不清晰,参训人员单一;检查与评估脱节,检查结果不科学、不准确,未形成闭环管理;处置危险废弃物的有资质企业偏少,处置成本高;试剂管理平台有待完善.国内高校实验室安全管理的发展方向是,健全实验室管理体制,明确各部门分工和职责;细化完善相关规章制度,提升可操作性;健全安全教育培训体系,提升师生安全意识和能力;推进安全检查常态化、闭环化,积极协调实验室废物处置途径,进一步深化危化品管理;运用信息化手段,建立全面、准确、动态的实验室信息数据系统.
高校实验室安全管理工作复杂,管理难度大,而实验室风险评估是提升高校实验室管理科学化水平的重要举措.在综述高校实验室分类、危险因素识别方法、常用的风险评估技术基础上,比较各种技术特点和使用中存在的问题,从而为高校实验室安全风险评估的发展指明了方向.
[Objective] The application framework for ecosystem services evaluation in environmental impact assess ment on tourism resort plan was established and then applied it in Suzhou Taihu Lake National Tourism Resort.[Methods] According to the features of tourism resort,the study was carried out by ecosystem service function value evaluation.[Results] On the conditions of scale adjustment of tourism development,and maintenance of water area and wetland,the resort can keep the original ecosystem service function.The ecological service function value increased 53 million yuan after the adjustment.[Conclusion] Construction land growth led to the decrease of water area and wetland,whereby reduce the value of ecosystem services.
实行分区污染控制与管理是开展流域污染综合防治的有效措施.基于“近岸海域-入海河流-沿海地区”协同管治的理念,综合运用压力-状态-响应(P-S-R)模型、层次分析(AHP)、聚类分析法,从污染压力、水体自然净化能力、水环境状况三方面构建水环境健康评价系统,将南黄海近岸海域分为海洲湾、灌淮、苏北浅滩、长江口4个控制区.按照分区控制的思路,对各区提出了相应的污染控制对策.
以望虞河引清调水实践为背景,利用引水调水现状及实测数据,建立适合太湖的二维水量水质数学模型,并模拟计算调水前后湖体各项水质因子浓度的空间变化规律.结果显示:水利调度影响下太湖湖体中高锰酸盐指数、氨氮、和总氮的浓度大体上有所减小,改善率分别为6.0%、16.0%和9.2%,总磷稍有反弹,其指标恶化了4.4%,太湖湖体水质总体改善面积37%,主要集中在贡湖、梅梁湖及东部湖区这些引排水水流流经的区域,表明“引江济太”调水工程对改善太湖局部湖区水质、保障太湖供水安全具有重要意义,可为其他类似水域的水污染治理提供科学参考和依据.
Using principal component analysis method in SPSS 20.0 statistical software,the data of 28 water quality indexes in 9 level Ⅲ aquatic ecological function zones in the Lake Taihu basin as well as in each lake region were separately processed.Five principal components from the original monitoring data were derived.According to the contribution rate and score of each principal component,the combination of main pollution factors and relative pollution sources were analyzed finally.The first principal component reflected the key factors of the water eutrophication including N and P.The second principal component reflected the heavy metal matter level.There existed a significant spatial pattern in pollution source characteristics,and water quality both in basin and lake deteriorated not only from the south to the north,but also from the east to the west.The results indicated that exogenous source was a key factor causing water pollution in Lake Taihu.This study provides important information and foundation for the environmental monitoring and pollution treatment.
Since the bio-treated coking wastewater contains many kinds of aromatic compounds with biological toxicity,its advanced treatment must be carried out. The research progresses in the advanced treatment of bio-treated coking wastewater are reviewed. Various technologies are compared on their removal effects of aromatic compounds from the bio-treated coking wastewater,and the problems in their use processes are discussed. The development direction and application prospect of the advanced technologies are forecasted.
With a view of coordinating the relationship between regional economic development and water environmental protection in the coastal regions of Jiangsu Province,a typical small river basin downstream Huaihe River was chosen to study in terms of functional zoning.In a watershed scale,a method was established for qualitatively and quantitatively analyzing the regional development taking into consideration of the economical growth,social welfare and environmental conservation,in which five factors related to the water environment were selected such as utilization of the waterway,target for water quality protection,accessibility for cleaner water,communicable status of the waterway and status quo of the water quality.In addition,based on hierarchical analysis of the above five factors,the study region was divided into four different areas to limit the industrial development according to the different levels of industrial pollution,e.g.,only the industrial sectors,which discharge less wastewater and have advanced cleaner production techniques plus higher waster reuse rate,can be allowed to be built in the region that is the extremely restrained.
The applications of international aquatic ecological region in the establishment on water quality criteria,assessment on rivers and lakes,and response on land cover change were summarized in this paper.According to the analysis on the characteristics of the aquatic ecosystem in Tai Lake and the demand for the water environment management,some ideas for the aquatic ecological region management in Tai Lake were put forward.
The technical points of planning environmental impact assessment (PEIA) varied with different region and industry,because the different industries have different impact on ecological environment. In this paper,we analyzed the characteristics of tourism planning on the practice of EIA in National Tourism Resort of Suzhou Taihu Lake. On the base of this practice,we also discussed the technical points of EIA in tourism planning,such as establishment of identification and indicator system in EIA,analyse of programming solution,carrying capacity of regional environment and capacity of sustainable development. Finally,we presented the technical method and key points for drawing up EIA of tourism planning.
The strategy environmental assessment(SEA) of the eleventh-five-year energy development planning of Taizhou is studied.Environmental resources consume is paid more attention to.The useful alleviated countermeasures on adjusting energy structure are presented based on the support capacity of environmental resources.It is important to control economic scale to the ecological environmental capacity by carrying out a series of alleviated measures.
To ensure the security of drinking water,pollution control on organic toxicants has become one of the major aspects in present environmental protection.Started from the pollution status of organic toxicants along Yangste river in Jiangsu provinces,the sifting method of priority organic toxicants are present and applied,some suggestions of pre-warning system of prior control organic toxicants are listed in this paper.
Hypercrosslinked polymer(NJ-00) was chemically modified with trimethylamine,and a bifunctional polymer(NJ-03) was achieved.The experimental results show that amino groups were successively added.The Effect of pH and salt on adsorption of aromatic acids by this functional polymeric resin was studied,a comparision of the adsorption behavior under different pH and salt concentration between NJ-03 and commercially macroporous strongly basic anion exchanger resin D-201 and macroporous weakly basic anion exchanger resin D-301 was also made,and the mechanism was discussed.
The present invention discloses a method for implementing clean production of sebacic acid by using scavenging resin. Said method includes the following procedures: making the neutralized water containing monosodium salt sebacate which is produced after neutralization by using sulfuric acid in the production process of sebacic acid undergo the process of filtration and successively pass through two groups of adsorption towers, every group of adsorption towers is respectively filled with a kind of scavenging resin, firstly removing chromaticity of liquid material, then separating diluent phenol in the production process so as to attain the goal of removing impurity and purifying material, so that it can raise quality of sebacic acid.
