地下水是雷州半岛的重要供水水源.以雷州半岛地下水为研究对象,采集并测试了47个地下水样品中的常规水化学组分,综合运用Gibbs图解法、Piper三线图、离子比例法等分析方法,研究该区域地下水中主要离子的来源及其控制因素.结果 表明:研究区地下水中主要阳离子和阴离子分别为Na+和HCO3-;浅层孔隙水水化学类型以Cl· SO4混合阳离子型水为主,HCO3·Cl-Na·Ca型水次之,中、深层孔隙水水化学类型主要为HCO3-Na型水,HCO3-Na· Mg型水和HCO3-Na·Ca型水次之,孔洞裂隙水水化学类型为Cl· HCO3-Mg· Na型水和Cl· HCO3-Na型水;影响研究区内地下水的主要水文地球化学过程是水-岩相互作用,地下水中离子比值进一步说明硅酸盐矿物的溶解作用是影响研究区地下水水化学组分的主要控制因素,同时浅层孔隙水水化学组分受到一定程度蒸发浓缩作用的影响,离子交换也是影响中、深层孔隙水的重要水文地球化学过程;硝酸盐在浅层水中普遍存在,37.5%的浅层孔隙水样品中出现NOa污染.该研究结果可为地下水资源合理开发与利用提供一定的借鉴.
由削坡建房遗留的人工边坡存在大量滑坡隐患问题,在降雨引发土质边坡自身动力变化分析条件下,以稳定性评价建模为基础,提出降雨型滑坡动力学预警预报模型.文中以广东省梅州市花岗岩地区为例,使用GIS技术构建了1727个预警分析单元,并进行关键地质环境因子赋值及与气象站点数据关联;按坡高、坡度等参数,分别构建16个边坡失稳动力学预警模块,并根据降雨量变化,计算边坡稳定性系数,最终按其阈值确定风险等级并予以预警.本研究对于推动人工边坡诱发的滑坡地质灾害预警预报与预防均具有重要意义.
近年来,我国逐渐加大以物联网技术为基础的地质灾害自动监测预警系统的推广力度,但工作上一直存在实际应用效率不高的问题.究其原因,在于无法确定有效监测预警模型、厘定预警临界值.基于斜坡土壤含水率变化,结合土体抗剪强度和降雨渗流相关理论,建立了土壤含水率与斜坡稳定性安全系数的关系式,并得出了浅层滑坡自动监测预警模型.通过对模型相关参数的测定,可以得到预测斜坡危险性的土壤含水率临界值,并划定预警等级.考虑到我国崩滑流等地质灾害以小型为主的基本特征,此模型的提出对当前我国(特别是华南地区)地质灾害自动监测预警工作具有较大的实际应用意义.
The purpose of the study is to provide theoretic data for the reform of land expropriation system by analyzing the benefit relationship among farmers,local government,and government at higher level in land expropriation game, as well as the action induced and the probability to win the game.Methods of documentation,diagramming and deduction were employed.The results indicate that there are many shortcomings in existing land expropriation system that make the actor's behavior irrational.The reform of land expropriation system shall make the local government get less benefit through illegal land expropriation,but more benefit through legal land expropriation.The penalty cost of the government to solve the conflicts derived from illegal land expropriation shall be increased.The cost of forceful execution derived from the farmers' resistance against legal land expropriation shall be decreased.
Considering the game relationships in three dimensions which between the local government and peasantry whose land is expropriated , between the local government and other local government, between local government and superior government, The article discusses the interest relationship among the peasantry , local government ,superior government and their action choice and the all-benefit possibility of three actors based on the analyses of x university town's land expropriation procedure. the article analyzes the game mode of Chinese land expropriation by the models of complete information static game, complete information dynamic game, incomplete information static game. Lastly, the article demonstrate how to optimize the ongoing expropriation system.
Exampled by some university towns,considering the game relationships between the local government and peasantry whose land is expropriated,between the local governments,and between the local and superior governments,this paper discusses the interest relationship among the peasantry,local governments and superior governments;it also infers the corresponding action choice and the allbenefit possibility.By using the complete information static and dynamic game model,and the incomplete information static game,the game mode of Chinese land expropriation is discussed in this paper as well.Finally,the reform direction to optimize the ongoing expropriation system is put forward.
From the point of gambling between government and farmers, this paper discusses the possibility of both-winning, and analyses the gambling pattern during the course of land requisition in our country. It also points out the problems of land requisition system, and suggests optimizing the current system of land requisition by the means of Nash balance, and then analyses how to select the operating mechanism and optimization system in agrarian land requisition of our country.
Taking Guangdong province as an example, the paper introduced some case on lawbreaking about land and mineral resources, analyzed features and reason on lawbreaking on land and mineral resources. At last the author put forward some suggestions on how to enhance the work on disposal of such lawbreaking case.
