针对长型管材存储的特点和出入库运行要求,设计了一种适用于长型管材存储的自动化立体仓库.新型立体仓库采用了悬臂梁搭配料框的储存结构,在出入库装置的设计上摒弃了传统仓储业所采用的堆垛机存取货物的模式,利用卷扬机搭配行走机构和抓取机构的方式实现长型管材的升降以及出入库运输.同时应用有限元方法对货架的强度和刚度进行了模拟分析,进一步验证了设计的可行性,为长型管材存储的自动化立体仓库设计提供一定的参考价值.
The hydraulic system has been designed for up-down worktable of laser cutting machine.Four hydraulic cylinders of the system can move synchronously by use of dual pump,serial hydraulic cylinder and flux control valve.
The invention relates to a three-dimensional laser cutting machine, in particular to a cutting head driving mechanism of a three-dimensional five-axis numerical control laser cutting machine. Due to a series connection mechanism with more simply and easily controlled movement locus, the structure is better simplified, the subsequent control program is more convenient, and the maneuverability is more superior. The three-dimensional laser cutting machine comprises the cutting head driving mechanism which comprises a support seat, a motor alpha, a motor beta, a duplicate gear, a reflecting mirror group I and a reflecting mirror group II. Due to the relative rotation between two shell pieces with the light guide function, a product can be cut by the three-dimensional laser cutting machine in a three-dimensional way. During processing, on one hand, 'avoidance' can be realized, and on the other hand, the effective stroke is longer, and the cutting space is larger. In the cutting process, the focal position and the distance between a nozzle of a cutting head and the surface of a part to be cut can be maintained to be constant, so that the cutting quality is stabler. The three-dimensional laser cutting machine is small in volume, light in weight and simple in structure, and the manufacturing cost is greatly reduced, so that the cost is low.
By use of the three-dimensional elastic contact finite element method,the numerical simulation has been adopted for the compensation process of the compensation device of press brake,and the load-deflection distortion curve of the upper surface of workbench has been obtained. By comparing with the deformation curve of the lower surface on slider,the design parameters of the machine compensation device has been revised. The curve coincidence of workbench and slider has been highly improved and the manufacturing accuracy of the press brake has been increased,which provides guidance for the design of machine compensation commendably.
Throat is a weak link in the design of press brake due to the concentration of stress.On the basis of the new developed MB8-250×3200 CNC press brake project of author's company,the frame has been optimized by use of FEM.The optimized frame can effectively reduce the stress concentration in the throat,which saves material and enhances the economical benefit.
The three-dimensional elastic contact finite element method has been used to numerically simulate the compensation process of the compensation device in press brake in the text.The deformation rule of the compensation device has been obtained.The results show that the compensation device has a good effect on the machining process of press brake, which offers a theoretical basis for the design and operation of the compensation device. In addition, the accuracy of contact analysis has been verified by comparing with the results of geometrical computation.
A proposal to set up lifetime distribution model for CNC turret punch press based on life cycle has been put forward,and fault mechanics and rule involving early fault period and accidental fault period have been revealed.The module depicts that,after an executing technology of reliability improvement on CNC turret punch press, distribution of fault interval is Weibull distribution with form parameter close to 1.Few fault rate λ (t) curve remains on the left of bathtub curve,by cutting off curve of high fault rate,which indicates that most faults are eliminated by the manufacturer,resulting in effective technology application.Lifetime distribution model for CNC turret punch press on the basis of life cycle serves as theory base on scientific evaluation of CNC turret punch press reliability.
The kinematics of the new elbow link-style CNC punching machine transfer system of CNC punch is studied in the environment of Matahematic5.2 software,and the links' length of the toggle transfer system is determined according to displacement of the slider.The dynamics analysis of machine body frame is built to extract the first ten natural frequencies and modalities of the frame structure in Lanczos way.Finite element analysis and calculation have been done with the finite element software COSMOS.The deformation and the stress distribution of the body in the nominal pressure stroke are studied.The influence of the structure towards the stress and the strain of the body are also investigated.Based on the results,the optimal design of the body structure is given.
