The mandatory component «Technology of perfumery and cosmetic products of industrial production» teaching purpose is complex of knowledge and skills formation and providing future specialists with the opportunity to perform multifaceted functional duties in a highquality manner. The aim of the work: study of modern approaches to teaching the educational component «Technology of perfumery and cosmetic products of industrial production» on the example of the National University of Pharmacy. During the work was made system analysis of the experience of providing educational services in the National University of Pharmacy according to program «Technology of perfumery and cosmetic products of industrial production» comparative and analytical, statistical, logical method of discipline teaching analysis; was researched scientific publications of domestic and foreign authors. It has been proven the relevance of teaching the mandatory educational component «Technology of perfumery and cosmetic products of industrial production» and presented updated structure of the educational process, the experience of teaching the components was analyzed, the need for students to acquire knowledge about the classification of cosmetic products, the mechanisms of action of assets, the influence of auxiliary substances on achieving a given level of action that ensures the planned cosmetic effect, and approaches to the development of the composition and technology of cosmetic products, which forms professional competencies of a domestic pharmacist-cosmetologist specialist, who must be competitive in the professional environment ‒ the public health care system. Motivation of students of higher education by mastering the material content of the normative component, obtaining high results during the control measures of knowledge assessment confirmed the students' sufficient assimilation of theoretical knowledge and acquisition of practical skills that help to achieve the planned goals and tasks that form the program learning outcomes that are the basis of the practical tasks of a modern pharmacist-cosmetologist, and possibly future scientist. The analysis of teaching experience (approaches, content, hours) of mandatory component «Technology of perfumery and cosmetic products of industrial production» was carried out and it testifies to that the general and classroom volume of hours, the educational component structure, it’s thematic content are able to form the necessary theoretical knowledge, and practical skills are acquired during industrial practice of educational component «Technology of perfumery and cosmetic products of industrial production» which make professional competence of the future employee, making and expanding his employment opportunities. The place of employment can be not only pharmacies, but also cosmetology establishments and perfumery and cosmetic enterprises that meet the request of employers.
It is reliably determined that the presence of the G allele in the 174C/G polymorphic region of the IL-6 gene promoter and a higher level of IL-6 are more commonly observed among patients suffering from various metabolic disorders and obesity, malignant tumors, type 2 diabetes, periodontitis, oxidative stress. Over time, muscle damage and inflammation processes develop. Aim. To study the frequency of the IL-6-174C/G single nucleotide polymorphism in the Ukrainian population. Materials and methods. Buccal swab samples for the DNA analysis were collected from 102 healthy volunteers (48 males, 54 females, Ukrainian residents, predominantly ethnical Ukrainians). Genotyping to determine the IL-6-174C/G polymorphism was performed on DNA samples from the buccal epithelium using the polymerase chain reaction followed by RELP. Control of the genotype distribution for compliance with the Hardy–Weinberg equilibrium was performed using the χ2 criterion. Results and discussion. The distribution of genotypes of the IL-6-174C/G polymorphism in the Ukrainian population samples was as follows: CC – 46 %, CG – 49 %, and GG – 5 % of residents. The frequency of the IL-6-174C/G polymorphism allele in the population was pС – 0.71 and qG – 0.29. The population structure did not deviate from the Hardy–Weinberg equilibrium since there was no difference between the theoretically expected and actual frequencies of three genotypes. Conclusion. The data obtained demonstrates the presence of the IL-6-174C/G polymorphism in the Ukrainian population.
У статті описано розроблений метод епізоотичної оцінки місцевості щодо іксодових кліщів. Існує методика збору іксодових кліщів «на сухий лід». Методика полягає у тому, що на певній місцевості розстилають покривало на краях якого та посередині розміщують шматочки «сухого льоду», який випаровується вуглекислим газом, що і приманює іксодових кліщів на нижню частину покривала. Існує методика збору іксодових кліщів «на себе», яка є найбільш простою і не вимагає ніяких спеціальних пристроїв. Існує загальноприйнята методика збору кліщів на «прапор», або «волокушу». Після підрахунку іксодових кліщів роблять висновок щодо епідеміологічної безпечності тієї чи іншої місцевості у розрахунку на прапорокілометр. Методи епізоотичної оцінки місцевості щодо іксодових кліщів в Україні відсутні. Метою роботи було розробити метод епізоотичної оцінки місцевості щодо іксодових кліщів, який буде передбачати оцінку кількості кліщів не лише на прапорокілометрі, а також і на квадратному кілометрі досліджуваної місцевості. У 2014 році кількість іксодових кліщів на прапорокілометр за розробленим методом була на 23,8% (Р < 0,05) більшою, ніж при застосуванні загальноприйнятого способу. Кількість кліщів на людині була меншою на 89%, за умов використання розробленого нами способу. Епізоотична забрудненість іксодовими кліщами склала 344,67 ± 47,70/км2. У 2015 році кількість іксодових кліщів на прапорокілометр за розробленим методом була на 30,8% (Р < 0,001) більшою, ніж при застосуванні загальноприйнятого способу. За умов використання розробленого методу кліщів на людині взагалі не було виявлено. Епізоотична забрудненість іксодовими кліщами склала 610,00 ± 88,88/км2. У 2016 році кількість іксодових кліщів на волокуші за розробленим методом була на 15,98% (Р < 0,05) більшою, ніж при застосуванні загальноприйнятого способу. Водночас кліщів на людині за умов використання розробленого методу також не було виявлено. Епізоотична забрудненість іксодовими кліщами склала 888,33 ± 172,68/км2. Таким чином, розроблений новий метод епізоотичної оцінки місцевості щодо іксодових кліщів дозволяє підвищувати ефективність виявлення паразитів на прапорокілометрі у середньому на 23,53% (Р < 0,05–0,001). Дозволяє унеможливити ймовірність нападу іксодових кліщів на протикліщовий костюм людини завдяки триразовій обробки його репелентами. Розроблений новий метод уперше дозволяє провести епізоотичну оцінку місцевості щодо іксодових кліщів у розрахунку на км2.
The research results of the effect of essential oil of rosemary on the human short-term image and numerical memory have been described. The study involved 53 secondary school students (24 boys and 29 girls) aged 13–15years, residents of the Ukrainian metropolis. Participants were divided into the control group and “Rosemary” group, in which the rosemary essential oil was sprayed. The statistically significant differences in productivity of the short-term memory of the participants of these two groups have been found, while sex differences in uniform groups were absent. Therefore, the essential oil of rosemary has significantly increased the image memory compared to the control. Inhalation of the rosemary essential oil increased the memorization of numbers as well.

Participants were divided into three groups: the control group, “Lavender” group, in which the lavender essential oil was sprayed, and “Rosemary” group, in which the rosemary essential oil was sprayed. The statistically significant differences in productivity of the short-term memory of the participants of different groups have been found. Therefore, the essential oils of rosemary and lavender have significantly increased the image memory compared to the control. Inhalation of the rosemary essential oil increased the memorization of numbers, and inhalation of the lavender essential oil weakened this process.
Drug-induced liver injury has approximately 10 percent of adverse effects associated with pharmacotherapy. This issue is particularly important to pediatrics. The multifactorial pathogenesis of the liver injury identifies the prospects of finding new hepatoprotectors of the plant origin with a wide spectrum of the pharmacological activity. Bupleurum aureum (hare’s ear) has long been used in folk medicine for the liver diseases treatment. This plant has a choleretic, wound-healing, and tonic effect. Aqueous and alcoholic extracts of Bupleurum aureum contain a large amount of flavonoids (quercetin, isorhamnetin, rutin, narcissine), tannins and phytosterols. The aim of this study was to investigate the potential hepatoprotective and membrane-stabilizing effects of herbal extracts of the aerial part of Bupleurum Aureum on carbon tetrachloride-induced hepatitis in vivo. The study of pharmacodynamics of alcoholic and aqueous extracts from Bupleurum aureum Fisch. was carried out under conditions of the rats’ acute experimental hepatitis caused by tetrachloromethane. It has been found that prophylactic introduction of extracts of the aerial part of Bupleurum Aureum to rats restores the bile secretion and synthetic function of the liver. It has been determined that the herbal extracts studied have hepatoprotective and membrane protective properties. High effectiveness and a wide spectrum of pharmacological properties of extracts of Bupleurum Aureum can be described by their chemical composition. The alcoholic extract of Bupleurum aureum has been found to possess the maximum efficiency. This extract is not inferior to found reference drugs “Silibor” and “Quercetine”.

A targeted synthesis of a series of halo-substituted 6-hydroxy-2-methyl-4-oxo-1,2-dihydro-4H-pyrrolo-[3,2,1-ij]quinoline-5-carboxylic acid anilides have been carried out. Peculiarites of the 1H NMR spectra and the results of investigating the diuretic activity of these compounds are discussed.
A large series of 4-methyl-2-oxo-1,2-dihydroquinoline-3-carboxylic acid anilides has been prepared as potential diuretic agents. The effect of all of the synthesized compounds on the urinary function of the kidney has been investigated. The appearance of a "structure - diuretic activity" relationship is discussed.
Two methods are discussed and the synthesis of a series of 1-hydroxy-3-oxo-5,6-dihydro-3H-pyrrolo[3,2,1-ij]quinoline-2-carboxylic acid anilides has been carried out. The antitubercular activity and the effect on the urinary function of the kidney have been studied for the compounds prepared. A structure-biological activity relationship is discussed.

The following compounds were designed: 2-phenyl-6-benzyl-2,4,6,8-tetraazabicyclo[3.3.0]octane-3,7-dione, N-acetyl-N'-(1-phenylethyl)urea, (1-phenyl-3-methylbutyl)urea. Their interaction with phenobarbital-induced hepatic microsomes from rat was investigated spectrophotometrically. The dissociation constants Ks of enzyme-substrate complexes measured are in good agreement with the values predicted by QSAR models. The results demonstrate usefulness of FP method for design of biologically active compounds.
