With the Department of Landscape Garden in Wuhan Bioengineering Institute for example,the talents training model of gardening technology majors was reformed and innovated according to the requirements of the market,the 2+1 model for cultivating the talents with application and innovation ability was constructed.Based on this model,the teachers,training,curriculum system,base construction,appraisal model and quality improvement were reformed.
A reform and innovative 2 + 1 model has been constructed by Department of Landscape Garden, Wuhan Bioengineering Institute to cultivate applied-type students in accordance with the requirements of the market.The model divides the 3-year higher vocational education into two parts——in the first and second years,more attention should be paid to basic knowledge teaching,and in the third year, professional skills should be emphasized.This model has carried out some reforms in the cultivation of teachers,the system of curriculums,the construction of practice bases,the method of examinations and the improvement of students' abilities and has been proved effective in practice.
The paper introduced the main content of the integrative practice of landscape garden,and then expounded the integrative practice mode and its innovative points,aiming to provide an important method for the cultivation of applied talents with innovative sprits for the landscape garden major.
The importance of fostering students' practical skills,the project plan,design and implementation were discussed.The results showed that the students' ability of application and innovation had been improved significantly in the practice-teaching of landscape plant cultivation,landscape design and engineering.
Fall-color trees species are very important in landscaping in China.For the sake of reasonable exploitation and utilization of the fall-color trees species,fall-color trees resources used widely are summarized in landscaping and their actuality and mode of application are analyzed.At the same time some fall-color trees available for future are proposed.
以光叶楮的根段为外植体,探索其试管苗体系的建立。结果表明:(1)外植体适宜的消毒方法为0.1%升汞,8min;(2)不同培养阶段适宜的培养基为:诱导愈伤组织,MS+BA3.0+NAA0.3;诱导不定芽,MS+BA2.0+NAA0.2;丛生芽增殖,MS+BA1.0+NAA0.1;生根,1/2MS+NAA0.1(3)增殖倍数及周期,一个周期(28d),增殖系数可达3.8。
Broussonetia paprrifera is an important industrial material used in feed, paper making and fi-berboard industries. Its biomass in Wuhu, Xinzhou, Wuhan was determined and analyzed. In dense planting of experimental forest, annual biomass of leaves , bark and stem is 18 t/hm2, 9 t/hm2 and 37.5 t/hm2 ,respectively.
通过对退耕还林工程县(区)的现场调研,充分肯定了湖北省退耕还林工作,同时对退耕还林工程中"年度计划"、"生态林比例"、"项目管理费"、"幼林抚育和退耕地套种"及"生态移民"等问题进行了初步研究.
构树适应性广,萌芽力强,易繁殖,是四旁绿化与防堤护岸的重要树种.构树全身是宝,树皮是优质造纸及纺织原料,树皮浆汁与果可药用,尤其是构叶蛋白质含量丰富,经分析蛋白质含量达24.0%,且安全无毒,属优良的蛋白质饲料,亦可供保健食品添加剂之用.构叶经畜禽喂养对比试验,畜禽增效达46%~108%,效果显著.构叶资源利用潜力巨大.
湿地松4种初植密度(900、1350、1800、2700株/hm2)林分间树高、胸径、材积、蓄积量和单位面积上1~2级优势木数理等因子存在着显著的差异.初植密度对其人工林木材管胞解剖特征、化学成份含量、干缩性状和木材力学性能有一定的影响,但没有达到显著的程度.稀植的林分木材纵向干缩大、差异干缩大.1800、1350株/hm2的林分,其木材管胞长、长宽比大、微纤丝角小,干缩特性适中,力学强度较高,适于培养建筑结构用材.1800株/hm2林分单位蓄积量大,管胞长、长宽比大、纤丝角小,纤维素与综纤维素含量高,木素含量低,适于培育纸浆材.
