The data on gas compositions are obtained in a Kuzbass mine by the Novokuznetsk Detached Force of Militarized Mine-Rescue Unit. The analysis of 1200 mine air samples, as for instance, in Alarda mine, shows that the extreme values of fire-hazardous gas contents are (% by volume): max 0.8 for hydrogen, max 28.3 for methane, and min 0.8 for oxygen. The conclusions are drawn about possible concept of neutron–proton structure of the core being the source of hydrogen and hydrocarbon-bearing gases releasing from the subsoil of the Earth as well as about potential applicability of chemical technology for removing hydrogen from the gas mixture to increase its explosion safety.

The paper discusses the problems of working out a comprehensive regional cadastral survey of the Kemerovo region natural resources intended for providing local governmental and legislative bodies with reliable and understandable information about the state of natural resources, their potential, pollution of the environment in the short and long run. This system is an integral part of the regional information system and comprises systematized data for government use on natural resources and objects intended for the support of management decision making aimed at the sustainable development of the region.
The creation of technologies of rational use of mineral resources comprising complex extraction of wastes with an account of environmental impact of mining enterprises is possible only in wide application of the latest achievements of chemistry in mining industry. First of all it concerns the use of flotation reagents for selective separation of minerals, coagulants, polyelectrolytes and polymer flocculants to control the stability of disperse system in hydraulic mining, hydraulic transport, thickening, filtration, creaning of effluents.
